Absolutely disappointed. Despite the fact they raised their prices by $10-$15, they also reduced their quality of work and lowered my expectations. I had my umbrella in the back seat, when i went to move it, they had not even vacuumed the seat, and then i questioned them, they said it’s vacuumed, i said okay so then what’s that? Regardless the whole car was not vacuumed or wiped down properly. Really ridiculous that i need to tell them where they did not complete their own job. Following this, the part underneath the door was not wiped at all. I specifically asked for stains on the side door to be removed (coffee stains) and they said yes they would with the basic package. I opened my door to see the stain still there and when i questioned him, he said “this is the basic package” and i said yeah so don’t fool your customers and tell them that you will remove the stains or ask for an additional amount (which shouldn’t be needed because of how expensive it has become). On top of all this, they took an hour and a half to complete the car, and then made me wait an extra 10 mins to fix what they had not cleaned and even then, it was not clean, but i didn’t bother anymore because clearly they don’t understand the concept of clean.

Took my car for a wash inside and out. There was dirt in multiple places around my car.. Windows were not cleaned. Entire body of car now has swirl marks all over.. Don't risk your car being scratched all over. Took longer than quoted and had to wait a bit which would be fine except I had to point out all the spots that were still dirty. Don't waste your money. Go anywhere else. My cars paint job is ruined.

Don't bother. Booked online for an interior and exterior clean. My partner dropped the car off, only to be told you have to drive here first before booking online, that makes no sense. She was then told to pay cash and that the car was "too dirty"(it's experienced daily driving conditions on sealed roads)to which they wanted to charge extra. Take your money elsewhere, this place will rip you off.

Went to get my car washed, small hatchback and it was dirty but not as if it had been taken off road just general use. Inside was the same, price on board wa $55, he wanted to have a look and said it was to dirty and it was at least $90. No wonder there was no other cars been washed there. There was rubbish all over the car wash as well, doesn't look well run.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! - took my car here for there " platinum service" they said it would take about an hour, I left my car there for an hour and a half, when I arrived back I found they had forgotten about my car and to top it off they had misplaced my key which took another 5 minutes to find, highly recommend against using these guys.

Just paid $90 for my car to be "washed and cleaned" inside and outside. Please don't waste your time and money on there services. Im absolutely disappointed and the worker tried to tell me the car was "cleaned" it honestly looks the same as when i dropped it off

Fabulous service, efficient, friendly staff. Left my car Toyota Camry went for a coffee came back and car beautifully cleaned inside and out. I go frequently and have recommended friends, family’s and neighbours all have been just as impressed with the service.

Very average job done on the interior and exterior. Had to point out heaps of things they missed and im the least fussiest of people ... I just gave up after the 2nd quick attempt of them trying to reclean...

Went here today… it’s under new management. Everyone was really friendly, great customer service and it was the best my car has been cleaned in a long time. Will definitely be going back!
