2nd time I’ve tried this car wash - first experience wasn’t great but tried again and also wasn’t impressed. I won’t be returning nor would I recommend them to anyone. I paid for the Platinum car wash and asked for it to be ready in 1hr, they asked for 1.5hrs and that was ok but I returned 20mins after the agreed time and it still wasn’t ready. They got a few people over & rushed. The dash had dust/cloth on it and looked dusty, I saw them run a cloth over it but it couldn’t have been “conditioned” with a quick run over with a cloth. The inside sides of car were not vacuumed or wiped down (see pics). Wheels hardly wiped at all despite advertising “detailed wheel wash”. Before I left I asked for the wheels to be properly cleaned as advertised/paid and they did - then laughed and spoke in their own language behind my back as I walked back to the car. Rude & unprofessional, no attention to detail. Don’t waste your time or money! Concierge Car Wash in Brookvale do a far better job.

This is the second time I have been to this car wash and again a terrible result. I never leave a bad review but I contacted the store directly with a reply and then nothing after that. I paid $100 for a car wash and interior detail and nothing on the interior was touched apart from the rubber mats being hosed and were sopping wet put back into the car. I sent them my feedback and received a text message the following day advising to bring the car back and they would vacuum the interior. I had already cleaned the interior the day I got home from the terrible wash job and advised this in the message and request a partial or full refund of the money I had paid. The outside of the car was ok… by no means spotless as there were a few big bits missed but was ok. After my request I received no reply at all! I’m highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service and would not recommend this car wash to anyone.

Star Wash Car Wash Level 3 (Woolies end) are THE BEST!! I often drop my car off to be cleaned with the great team, service is fab, they are efficient and goodness only knows how they do this job in the stinking heat. Today I took in that my son just bought to be detailed. I picked up the car, and it looked brand new. It was cleaned so well, interior smelt great, the mats were all cleaned. It genuinely looked like a new car (not a 5 year old ex company car). So a big shout out and thank you to Deepak and his team. Great service all round. Deepak is always so friendly and professional, a credit to Star.

Efficient work, accurate timeframes, and clear communication. I’ve always been happy with their service, and in this case detailing was for a sale so needed to be high quality, and they delivered as always.

Poor quality and over priced. Any other car wash is better than this establishment. Rushed job and then don't want to hear your issues once you do bring it up. Poor form.

Always a great job. Well done. Whenever we travel from home in QLD, one of our first stops is here, in Brookvale.
