I came in for the first class package and a few add ons. The car was done sub par in my opinion. I paid $256 for a paint chip and swirls and scratch marks everywhere on my car. It looks like they drove the car through a machine washer. The car was paint corrected and ceramic coated by a certified Gtechniq technician prior to the wash, so no way that scratches and swirls were “Already there before and just show up under detailing lights.” Also, I had to re washed the car afterwards since there were tower marks and water-spots everywhere. Interior was done quite well with a few minor spots missed. The staff were nice and friendly but I don’t think they care all that much about cars. Overall 8/10 interior and 1/10 exterior, I guess you get what you paid for. If you want basic cleaning they are sufficient but if you want an actual proper detailing job, go to a certified detailer. 2nd update: This carwash is buying reviews online to look good, they also have a disclaimer which basically say if they scratch your car it’s not their responsibility to compensate you anythings. Be warn!

If I could give no stars I would. Writing this review from the waiting room as the only reason I left my house today was to get my car cleaned. Dropped my car off for detailing around 11:30am, at 1:40pm I get a phone call saying they have lost my car keys which also have my only set of house keys on there as well. At 2pm they asked me if I had a spare key (which I don't) as that would solve the entire issue, my fault for not carrying 2 sets of keys with me I suppose. It's now 3:25 pm and I'm still waiting for them to give my keys to me, they have figured out they ended up in another customer's car and one guy has gone to pick them up in Preston. The car has been quickly vacuumed and that's it. Almost 4 hours so far of waiting. I've been offered nothing to compensate for their mistake. And this situation hasn't stopped some of them from laughing the whole time. Edit: I was given a voucher

Yesterday I came in with my mum around 2:30pm for a car wash. Not happy with the service at all. I paid the premium package, for interior and exterior cleaning for $100. I told the worker to clean the sun visor then he proceeded to explain that he couldn’t do it because it’s leather??….. I told him we paid for interior cleaning as well so it’s expected to clean all surface areas. He then said okay he will clean it for me. Turns out they didn’t clean it. They barely cleaned the interior of the car. They practically only vacuumed the floor mats. We could’ve done easily ourselves at home. Today my mum had to get a bucket and water to clean all the interior all by herself. The cloth is dirty filled with dirt still. I really want my refund back point blank. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! SUCH A SCAM, A WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Don’t take advantage of paying customers!

Awesome service! They did interior leather cleaning and conditioning along with the usual economy servicing for my SUV. The gentleman who received the car for servicing did an initial walkthrough with me to identify the areas which need special attention. I was told 2 hours for the job, and when I returned, the car was neat and clean shinning like brand new. They then again walked me around the car to see if everything is fine. Unlike magic hand car wash or star car wash which I have been to previously, I observed that these guys only service a few cars every day with attention to detail and good customer care. It is prefered to book an appointment with them to avoid disappointment.

Interior was done well however a lot to be lacking upon closer inspection on the exterior. Bug splats, soap marks etc (things that can be wiped off pretty easily). If I only got the package I went there for (economy) then this standard might be considered okay but considering I was told I needed to upgrade to the business package ($75) as they weren’t doing the economy this week I was expecting a little better.. So disappointing because of all the amazing reviews I read!

Very poor service. Went with first class service + wheel protection extra for $150 Tires not done properly, bug marks here and there. Muds in the tires not clean properly, marks in the back seat still there, many more interior and exterior things not properly done. Could have done same from laser wash for $14. Mate it’s $150 and your top range wash give something back to the customers !! Not recommend at all

Genuine 5 Star! The boys/girls at Uni Hill Auto Detailing have an admirable work ethic, they wash every single car as if it were their own and treat all clients like family. The owner/ manager should take great pride and be proud of the team assembled, they work hard for their dollar and make it well-worth the 20 minute drive. I have referred many friends to take their cars to them. Keep up the great work!

I’ve never had professional cleaners, clean my car and my gosh was that a mistake! They cleaned my car perfectly, polishing everything - even removing a scratch from my I car I thought was permanently there!! Like what?! Best surprise/service ever! As well as their price, I don’t know the cost of too many places but I felt their costs are so fair with their generous services. Definitely will be returning!

They have a good service. But, they don’t focus on dirty spots. Even, when they finish, they can not listen for the feedback from their customers. I try to speak with them to remove some dirty stains on my car, and unfortunately they are against me that need a lot of time to clean up these stains. I know that my dirty stains on my car need less then two minutes that can clean up.

DO NOT be fooled by the fake reviews. Most of the reviews here are bots or from friends and family. Read the lower stars review, one of the most common issue is this place using poor scrubbing sponge, harsh chemical and improper wash technique leaving swirls and scratches to your paint! I have learned a valuable lesson from them, don’t make the same mistake as me!

Got my car washed here a few days ago and the amount of little scratches and swirl marks left is crazy. Seems like they're using bad sponges or using way too much pressure when scrubbing. Would NOT recommend on new cars or if you care about your car's paint job - Came out just as bad as if I ran it through a machine wash. Regret coming here.

Do not wash your car here. They use reused old sponge only to scratch your car. My car body parts were scratched all over, they all make your car wash from inexperience Uni students and they won’t clean your car with car. My brand new car was washed with old materials that ended up scratching and leaving marks on my car. Was a big pain!!

I used this place for the second time the other day, with great results both times. Having driven from Gold Coast to Melbourne on both occasions, the car was a bit of a challenge to get clean due to bugs and gunk from the roads. The staff are polite and helpful and take the time to do a thorough job.

Would give minus stars if I could. Crumbs and rubbish left in car. I asked for all rubbish to be put in a crate in the boot and was left scattered. Only dash was nice and clean but everything else was very very subpar. Paid $75 for the ‘business class’ clean. Never going there again.

Really good and quick reliable service by Uni Hill Auto Detailing team. for the price, they have done really good job with my car and it was really quick, I dropped the car and requested to do it asap and they accommodate me and cleaned my car in 40 mins. Thank you guys!

Absolutely appalling service, I paid $180 for interior only.. now all I can smell is a wet smelly dog smell.. not cleaned properly. Of course they don't answer calls.. see you Monday morning I don't even own a pet. It stinks of dog or cat odour. Never again

My car looks almost brand new with the interior detailing! I was sceptical about what they could do with the internal (dashboard and console etc) scratches, I was amazed how much they got rid of! 100% will use them again!
