What a terrible experience I had yesterday trying to simply receive a fourth covid jab with a dose of Novavax. Upon entry I was told that despite specifically booking for Novavax, they refused to honor that booking without a letter from my GP, when I questioned where it stated that on any Government website, the person could not find it anywhere. When I asked why that was not explained after I booked it, she offered an insincere apology. I rang my GP whilst there to resolve the issue, my GP spoke to the person and the GP said that if I wanted the Novavax, that there was no contraindication for me not to receive that as a 4th jab. That wasn’t enough, she demanded a letter with a 1 line statement basically saying that the GP recommended I get a Novavax over Pfizer. My GP refused on the grounds that she was under no obligation to provide this unnecessary (and not legislated request). So I was rudely told they wouldn’t give me the jab I was entitled to. It was a total embarrassment been spoken to like I was trying to engage in some sort of illicit action. My wife has also been treated with arrogance from employees there, which on learning this infuriated me further and prompted me to post my first ever review for anything online.

I booked in for covid vaccine a week ago for today 27/12 at 1030. I was early, young girl got my Medicare card and got me to wait for 15mins, one of them decided to come to me and said they run out and delivery tomorrow, 15mins later! And i even received a txt from them that my confirmed appointment!! That pharmacists, he hasn't got the courtesy to come and explain. There were at least 5 staffs working, and I have to wait 15mins to be told that! At 1015am! Very disappointed! What happened to our old school pharmacists! With manners!!!! N customer service!!!!

Majority of the staff are extremely friendly and kind. But this review reflects who I believe is the pharmacist who hangs around at the back (male , dark hair) extremely rude and quick to judge when trying to buy insulin needles! Looks like ill have a soar knee tomorrow, thanks alot!

I’ve been going to this chemist since it first opened.Sue is allways friendly and efficient, Vipul the pharmacist is very knowledgeable and accurate. The team are all very good at their job!! Keep the great work up guys! …

Always very friendly and helpful. We had our vaccines here and they are open on a public holiday. #1 pharmacy in the area
