Ramazan you are an amazing person! This store helped me get my phone back that I was tracking on find my iphone. I am literally typing this review on my retrieved phone that an employee working here by the name of Ramazan helped me recover and ship back to South Georgia. My poor iphone 13 pro was stolen in Puerto Rico and somehow wound up in Austin Texas. These people helped me do something police made so complicated by requiring me to come in person! That is a pretty expensive roundtrip ticket for a possibility… This establishment helped me move mountains on my mission to retrieve my phone on my own.. and for that I am very grateful! When I saw the phone appear at the Lakeline Mall - I quickly called all 3 stores and told them what I thought was about to happen.( someone sell my phone). And offered 100$ since it was apple locked anyway, in an attempt to retrieve my phone. I would obviously cover shipping. Ramazan was swift to text me after securing possession of the phone! I hope this detailed review along with my tip is enough to encourage anyone in the world including Ramazan to continue to do good in the world. If we continuously pour out good, then people doing bad will seem more out of order. And Should I mention never steal an apple device.. ( GOOGLE FIND MY NETWORK) they are locatable 24/7 no sim card or juice in the battery needed. Also the 13s and up are satellite enabled phones. I recommend everyone to use E SIM so the location is 100% more precise and live! Although it will always be within 100ft radius anyway. Which is pretty small. Although I located my device very well without a sim card in it. And of course.. I would highly recommend doing business with these honest folks. THANK YOU SO MUCH! ‍

Went to go get my screen fixed in January, the screen they gave me had some issues (like when I typed it glitched) but I dealt with it until the screen went black, went back, they replaced (no receipt but guy remembered us. New screen still glitched). Recently my screen went black again and I tried to go back (no receipt same guy) but they said that I'd have to pay to get it fixed even though the problem was with the screen they supplied to me (why pay for the same screen i have that will stop working in a month or two?). So ended up going elsewhere to get screen fixed. Also I'm aware of the risks of getting my screen replaced from a non-Apple store ( I have iPhone) but I never had this problem before in the past and to be honest my screen worked better when it was shattered.

I will recommend this place to everyone I know! Oh man, I wish I had a photo of the before and after! I shattered my iPhone 5S screen, and the home button fell off. First, I sent a request for a quote through Yelp. They were very quick to respond no matter what time I messaged him. They completed the repair in about 15 minutes. Since he had the phone opened, I went ahead and had him change the battery too because the phone is over 2 years old and was having power issues also. My phone is now good as new, operates flawlessly and the total cost was less than my insurance deductible. This place is wonderful! I have been twice (2 separate phones) and both times I was so impressed. The guys that run the place are really friendly and helpful as well as honest and upfront about expectations. The work they do is quality so there is no frustration involved and you don't have to worry about them taking advantage of you - that's so rare these days! The good news is that they sell accessories so I can visit them and support them when I'm not crying over a broken phone :-) so thankful that I got a recommendation to go here. I made several Star Electronics purchases or repairs. I also read the few 1 and 2 Star ratings for this store. Such low ratings appear to be unreliable sources based on my experiences. Being a dependable gentleman, please consider that this owner (Sam) offers to resolve ANY customer problem; yet he, unfairly, does not receive an improved rating after I am sure Sam corrects the matter. Star makes exceptional efforts to be an honest and reliable store. If Google would allow me to rate 6 stars for Star Electronics, I value their worthiness to give them a higher ranking.

Got a quote to fix my x series hdmi port that was less than half of what Xbox quoted with no guarantees of it getting fixed with a 2 week lead time. Dropped it off the next day and another gentleman was at the counter, he seemed to question the price but stood by the quote I had gotten the day before. They finished by the next afternoon and mentioned that they definitely gave me the wrong quote but again stood by the original. The machine works great again and my son is extremely happy. I would definitely use them again. Very satisfied with the result

My daughter spent her own money on a hover board from here. She had been saving up several different occasions. As you might guess, she was absolutely devastated when the wheel started to crack and we had to take it back. Further devastation occurred when my daughter couldn't find the receipt!! Luckily, I brought it back into the store and asked them for help. I wasn't sure what their return policy was, but they were very receptive and offered to exchange it. It was a pleasant experience and I thank them for setting a good example! Great job

I had difficulty finding anyone who could repair my Bose Wave Music System...then I found Star Electronics in Cedar Park, TX!! I spoke with Rami on the phone and he assured me they could do it! So I took it in and in just a few days it was cleaned out and ready to go...working perfectly!! Sam was the gentleman who fixed it and I am so thankful it is back to full working condition! I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing small electronics repairs! The price to have it fixed was completely fair!!

I contacted them at around 5pm over phone. I told exactly what I wanted (I wanted to swap 4 yellow LEDs with white LED for my car’s map lights). I shared a picture with him and he understood what exactly need to be done. In next 30 minutes I went to his shop with the circuit board & the new LEDs and he explained how is he going to do the fix and within 10 minuted he completed the job perfectly. I am super happy with the service provided by this guy named Sam. I highly recommend STAR ELECTRONICS.

I went into star electronics for a new battery in my Samsung Note 8 and it expanded less than 2 months later. This cracked the back screen and make the phone useless. They put a new battery in and it seemed to resolve the issue. The screen is still messed up because of this though. They are so friendly and it's worth going in for a reasonably priced repair. Edit- this completely broke and shattered my phone, I should have just traded it in and not trusted them for battery repair.

I had my iPhone 7 repaired here, and I was not warned that the screens they use to replace the broken ones are cheap/horrible quality screens. I have a phone that is not cracked but, I cannot use it in the daylight because the screen color resolution is so dull. I took it back and there was nothing they could do. I am very displeased and I wouldn’t recommend that anyone go here.

I called around everywhere to find anyone that serviced headphones here in Austin without any luck. Most places that had it listed didn't do them anymore. I found Star Electronics, called them and they said yes without hesitation. I dropped them off and got a call a day later with an estimate. Sam fixed it within 5-days and it's as good as new. EXCELLENT service and incredibly knowledgeable! I had a shattered phone screen, he fixed it immediately within an hour. The next day I came back with fingerprint not registering. He ordered the part and called me to come back in. The part didn't work, but he tried another solution and the phone is now good as new!

Came in after first going to Ubreakifix! I left there after they told me it would be a 2 hour wait and $150. I walked into Star and Sam repaired it within 10 min and it was much cheaper. He was very nice and professional! Definitely will go back although I hope there isn’t a next time! ☺️

I had a very expensive Bose speaker system with blown out electrical boards. They helped me fix the system within 24 hours and the price was pretty much free compared to others. Very thankful for this business and I'll be coming back with more electronics that need maintenance.

Very nice all in one store for people who need used and reburished products and device repairs, I had water damange and needed to replace a charging port for a reasonable price. He also said he would test if a new charging port would work and wouldn't charge me if it did not.

Daughter shattered the screen on her iPhone 6S. They had it fixed in 20 minutes! They had her sign in before we left so that they could check that everything was working properly. Expensive fix but was in line with several other quotes I received. Overall fantastic service!
