Customers read to the end for full story. This workshop says all nice things when you make the initial enquiry. Thats the only good thing. After that. They promise to deliver service in 2 days turns out to be 5 days. Ordered wrong cars parts or missing parts as they say. Therefore your car sits there for couple of days while they correct they ordered parts again. No communication from mechanics to inform customer of the progress of the service over first 24hours. They say they called you but never left a message. I picked up.my car and all the dash board gauges not working. They said they have checked all the wirings and it was fine. They told me I had to replace a all lot of other things on the dashboard to get it working which will cost me another $300 when I just spent $400 for the very poor services they gave. A quick search on google told me. The fuse could be blown which I told them. Sure enough it was the fuses which cost me $10 and not another $300 in parts plus service. Bad workshop. Trys ro make money of customers who dont know much about cars. DONT GO THERE PEOPLE.

My experience with Star motorworks is just amazing. I lived in 3 different states and 8+ different locations throughout this country but to be honest, this place gave me the best customer experience. I know the automotive service charges so I am happy with their prices as well. But most importantly, reliable services is the key thing. They don’t misguide you. Their maintenance instruction you can blindly trust. They adjust their bookings and appointment timing, according to your urgency of attention. They don’t give you unnecessary expenses. Highly recommended.

These guys are great I bought a car from an auction house and had to get a RWC turned around very quickly to get the registration transferred into my name. I called around for half a day and couldn't book one in. These guys fitted me in for the next day, quoted on required works, completed and RWC in time. Very professional. Greatly appreciative of helping us in a timely manner. We'll be back with all the household cars

Surely a shop like this paid for all the 5 star reviews, Nash couldn't fix my sons toy BMW let alone an actual car. Terrible customer service with no respect AT ALL. My engine seized a few days after getting it serviced at Star Motorworks, after calling Nash he tells me that it was BMW's fault and ALSO Penrite oil (the oil that he put in my car) that caused the engine to fail. DO NOT BRING UR CAR HERE!!

When I took my car there, they gave me the best advice and they explained me everything with great customer satisfaction. Also, they took me in to show me what exactly was wrong with my car. Whilst other people would bluff you and rip you off as customers might not have the knowledge of what’s going on inside the car, these people are very honest and trustworthy. Very helpful and highly recommended!

Quality people. I pulled in on a saturday arvo (at the start of a road trip) with a broken radiator. If they didn't put in the overtime to help me, I would have had many hours of commuting back and forth to get the car sorted (I don't live in pakenham). They turned the car around in about 3 hours and saved my road trip :) Awesome work guys.

Was told to arrive at 8am, waited until 8:25am and no one had arrived. Called them later to cancel, and was told that they were delayed due to traffic. If I can be there before 8am in peak traffic, so can you.
