I have been parking here for over 3months. The snow fall for three days and they charged me the ‘snowed-in day which is an additional $9. I asked the guy why he charged me, when he’s doesn’t clean the snow off the vehicle. He just pretend to not understand English and shakes his head. I damaged my windshieldvizer from making the car cleaned the snow off. This is ridiculous and the service stinks!
Customer Service Sucks. They Only Do Monthly Parking.
