I've been to this Starbucks twice and have experienced very rude services, the second time resulting in me forfeiting my purchase and leaving. The first time I was there the barista couldn't seem to wrap his mind around me wanting only an espresso and continued to ask what I wanted in it (i.e. hot water, syrup, milk) and despite me telling him I wanted JUST espresso, knowing it was only a small amount, he still gave me an Americano... pissed me off but let it go. Gave them a second chance, this time no one greeted me or asked what I would like, instead I was just given a sour stare from the older lady making the drinks until I started ordering- a white mocha and a caramel macchito with almond milk. I told the younger lady cashier I had a coupon for the macchiato and she proceeded to enter my discount into the system as the old lady made the drinks. When the older lady found out the cashier was giving me a discount she stepped in and said "We don't do that here." I asked her "Where does it say that?" Wondering why and how do I tell whether a store does or does not accept coupons. She told me "Any regular Starbucks will." I'm standing there thinking "Are you not wearing a regular Starbucks uniform, lady? Do you not sell everything that a 'regular' Starbucks does? Why are YOU even talking to me when you are clearly not the cashier who is handeling my transaction, when before you started speaking, my transaction was all but paid for?" So I held it together really wanting to get snippy with that bitter lady who I feel was profiling me from the time I walked up, and said "Fine, that's okay." The older woman (who was making both drinks this whole time) said "But you still want these drinks though, right?" I said "Of course not, I will go to a 'regular' Starbucks." So my whole point is I find it very stupid that not only did I not get my drinks or my discount, but the drinks were made and thrown straight in the trash! It isnt posted anywhere on display for customers that they don't accept coupons. It is irresponsible of a company like Starbucks to not want to let go of a $2.50 discount and instead would rather dump the entire two drinks that they would have made a $7.87 profit from.. All because some lady was in a pissy mood this morning. It is a silly shame and I won't be going back. Not to mention if you are in the SERVICE INDUSTRY and 2 people working behind a counter can't do something as simple as say "Hello, good morning, what can I get you today? Etc." Then they should not be employed. Talk about service basics...

Yeah, this Starbucks put the final nail in the coffin for me for Starbucks all together. I'm done. Over $3.00 for a regular cup of coffee that tastes like burnt popcorn to me...no thanks. The cashier was just as rude as can be. She walks up to the counter and says 'yeah'... that's it. Who does that? I was still friendly back to her and said 'good morning. May I have a large pike place with room for cream, please?' she just pour my coffee, hands it to me, and tells me the total. That's it. No thank you, smile, nothing. RUDE! I'm not spending my money at Starbucks again. I would much rather support a local coffee shop that serves a good cup of coffee and treats it's paying customers with an ounce of decency. On a side note, it's really annoying that the cream and sugar isn't out for customers to access so I don't have to ask the rude cashier for it.

I think Starbucks is absolutely fabulous I live right by it the only problems I have ever had where customers being EXTREMELY RUDE to poor baristas for getting the wrong drink on accident like come on seriously I have never experienced anything but amazing service super nice and fast employees I might just go now!!

The rest of the ladies there are kind But one always has a really bad attitude all the time she has glasses and braids you can’t even get a your welcome and it seems like it bothers her to take orders hopefully she can change it’s my favorite Starbucks.

To the old lady with glasses, blonde hair, and no name tag; the correct response to Good Morning is not yes when you work in customer service. Also, I cant make my latte at home I dont have a milk frother. Good thing its the coffee and not your service I keep coming back for.

I went for the pineapple lemonade and a drink for my younger sister, the lady working was very rude and my drink tasted disgusting. It was very sour and had chunks floating in the bottom, I'm very disappointed.

I ordered the mocha cafe, they gave a me a cold grape instead, however the service was awesome and they gave me the correct coffee right there without arguing.

Tina is one of the rudest I’ve met. I’ve been to this store more than once each time refuses to answer questions she complains that he has a out of mind. I don’t know how this lady has been able to work here truly, doesn’t care about. More

Older lady at the register is anything but welcoming. My first experience was bad but figured everyone has a bad day so I didn’t take it hard. However, I went back today and she was still rude and unwelcoming. Will not be going back.

We love going to Starbucks. Our orders have all been correct and hot if it's supposed to be. Hope they can finally stop running out of the shoulder ham sandwich. That's a great sandwich so I guess everyone else is ordering it, too!!

Rude service, not welcoming. I felt like I was bothering her. Usually when I ask what do you recommend, they answer professional & nice. She answered me “well I don’t know your taste”. Not very friendly. She was the black lady.

My favorite Starbucks in kingwood! The staff here is amazing !!! I come here every morning and they make my experience here great. Awesome way to start my morning off

Usually 5 stars but they have a broken espresso machine that hasn’t been fixed for the last 5 days .. That what they sale! Very frustrating

About 50% of the time they close several hours early. Don’t even bother if it’s dark outside. When they are actually open they are good.

Poor customer service and lukewarm coffee. With almost no customers and 7 people working in the back this location got coffee wrong.

They gave my whole milk instead of almond and ruined my night. I cannot have dairy milk so I definitely noticed. Would not recommend

After waiting 30 min in line asked for boxed coffee. Complained it would take a long time then just told me they didn’t do that.
