So I’m not sure what just happened.. I normally order a refresh venti in a trenti cup, extra water (like mine watered down and because it’s just extra water it’s free.) Today I decided to order venti, regular. Water is free and I thought about asking for a cup incase it was to sweet but decided not since it was wasteful. I got to the window paid and it was in a trenti cup so I said “oh perfect, can you top it off with water?” The employee said “that’s a trenti cup not venti that’s why it’s not filled.” I said ”I know but I prefer it watered down.” She told another employee and they said “if I put more water in this l‘ll have to charge you for a venti.” I looked confused because I normally order it that way with no issue and trenti has more syrup and that’s what make the price go up not water. The employee then said “I can give you a cup of water but if I put it in this cup then I have to charge you for it. I know its silly but thats how they want it done.” How does it make more sense? It’s more waste then topping off my cup. Anyway I left confused. Still a great location just a weird interaction.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Their wait times are ridiculous! There have been days where I have waited 30-40 minutes even when I order ahead on the app. I understand they will have busy days like Fridays, promotion days, cold days, but how is it that they're never prepared? They make no effort to be welcoming, friendly, or nice to their customers. I come here almost daily, and I swear they could not pick me out in a line up. My previous usual locations knew my name, face, voice, and/or order. My last experience here was the worst! It happened on the free reusable day where it was advertised as free cup per holiday drink. I decided to do a nice thing for my coworkers and order them drinks. After I waited 40 minutes, outside in the cold, and was late for work, I was told there's a 2 cup limit per customer despite their advertisements. I even called another location to confirm and guess what I was told. No limit! This location will no longer get a single cent from me. The 1314 Starbucks will now be my new usual location.

Today, an employee took my order, I remember the amount I would pay because it lists it on the screen at drive-thru. I noticed this time when I grabbed my order, she did not give me the screen to decide IF and HOW much tip to add, she said it so fast, I paid and took off. Later I happened to see my bank acct and realized the amount charged was the amount that would be if I had tipped a $1. It’s not the amount that upsets me, it’s the AUDACITY of an employee choosing to tip themselves. What’s upsetting is if they’re doing this to unsuspecting customers, they get whatever amount they want at the end of the day, and it’s not honest. Instead of SNEAKING tips, maybe put in that effort and make small gestures like offering a straw or napkins. That alone are reasons why I tip most times. Stay alert y’all!

Let’s face it, many Starbucks locations in the Humble and Kingwood areas suck. Their standards for drive thru time have suffered over the years and the location on Townsen doesn’t even understand how to make your drink correctly even when given multiple chances. This location however, always gets our drink orders correct and is very timely with drive thru wait times. (If you’re going at peak hours, expect to have a long wait people. Make your coffee at work or home.) Nothing but great things to say about this location with its friendly team. :)

Congratulations You did it again You managed To get my order completely wrong this time!!!! I went down on my stars again, so tired of them not getting my chai latte right. I don't want free drinks i want it to be right the first time. When i take my first sip. I am excited to taste it, then to often disappointed. Chai is such a simple drink to make and i only alter it with extra pumps but it still taste like hot milk I am revising my 5 stars because I'm tired of paying $5 for drinks that aren't fixed to what i requested. Learn how to make the chai latte correctly. I'm there 3 to 4 times a week. That is alot of money wasted on drinks i can't drink

Ordered a mobile order ahead of time so I wouldn’t be late to work. It took 12 min over the estimated time. I was definitely late to work. I asked for a refund they said it would take longer for my refund then to get my coffee. One woman that ordered at the location went to ask about her coffee that she was waiting 9 minutes for. She got hers 12 min before me. When mine took a total of 22 minutes to be made. I get mornings are hectic there but what is the point of ordering on the app early if I’m going to be waiting there longer than the person that ordered there. Very unlikely I’ll be visiting this location again.

Yall never in my life have I ever felt so special, to when i came into this store. I ordered my coffee and then stopped to look at the coffee cups and Byron (sorry if i spelt your name wrong!), a starbucks employee having a meeting in store, asked me what my favorite mug was. I pointed to a tumbler that I loved and he promptly, got up, and said, it's on me, and bought me the tumbler!! Omg I was shocked! This is exactly what I needed today!! Thank you so much Byron for the kindess m, I will never forget it. And I love my new tumbler!!!!

I ordered my usual two large drinks no problem it was a little busy they messed my order and they fixed cause I got a two medium sized drinks so they change the cups to a large so I was happy but the lady working there just put more ice! My order was with light ice was not happy plus it was cold out side two drinks full of ice! Was to mad to argue and left lady serving looking like she didn’t care the way she was working any just amazing more ICE to make it larger.

Quite possibly the slowest Starbucks I've ever been in. Normally I would just order in app for pick up, but with covid going on the employees at this location give you the evil eye for doing that, so you'll end up waiting 15 minutes in drive thru for a black coffee. The young guy often working the drive thru window has a lot of unnecessary attidue. Do yourself a favor and go the kingwood/green oaks location or the northpark/glade valley

The Service was Very Efficient and the Servers were Courteous, Polite and Professional! The Ambiance was Warm and Welcoming on a Very Cool Morning. And the Accommodating Attitude of the Baristas was Both Energetic and Refreshing! Kudos!

Would leave 0 stars if I could! Was having an amazing day but suddenly ruined after leaving this new Starbucks location The little girl rolled her eyes at me when I had asked for extra napkins. Wasn’t able to read her name tag since I didn’t have my glasses but I’m pretty sure her name was Kayla or Katie. She has got to learn to respect her elders!!! Will not be returning to this location ever again

The baristas at this Starbucks made delicious drinks! My cappuccino was perfect! My husband had a Vanilla Creme Frappuccino that he enjoyed. Four of our grandchildren, who were with us, loved their Pink Drinks. The place was very clean, and the service was prompt. The free parking lot is clean and well-maintained. Recommended!

I stop here and the staff is great there is 1 really sweet and kind young girl who usually waits on me most days I stop by an order via the drive thru window. I typically order my drinks according to keto standards and its truly a hit or miss because sometimes they say they are out of Passion tango tea. I mean I get it but they should let their customers know before we pull up to the window.

I went through the drive thru. It was fast and the customer service representative that worked the drive thru had a smile that was permanently plastered and infectious! The drinks were amazing

Please consider who you are hiring. My God! What are yall doing?!! I told the girl at the speaker I wanted to use my reward. She said to remind her at the window. Ok, I did. But guess what? I was charged anyway. She had a hard time saying sorry because it I guarantee you it was done on purpose. I'll use my reward at a different location that knows what they are doing.

Unfortunately Starbucks is still having supply chain issues, so many of the drinks that people commonly order are not available. Service is still great though.

Overall the employees are super nice and i’m always satisfied with my order, BUT I fear the building is a little too hot and humid, especially for the employees dealing with hot coffee, I myself was uncomfortable in my short time at the store. With the upcoming summer months, it is definitely imperative to the well-being of everyone that the AC problem is addressed.

The service here is nice and the workers are friendly, but it is SO HOT inside!!! It's humid and gross and with experience in the food industry I'll say any restaurant that's hot and humid most likely has bugs. I've never seen any here but with as hot as it is it's only inevitable. They NEED to fix the AC here!!!!! It can't be good for food temp requirements either.

I prefer to come to this location instead of going to the one in Porter. The entire staff except for the chick with rainbow colored hair is very nice which is one of the reasons I'm not giving 5 stars. The other reason is that everytime I walk in to order they're more worried about doing drive through orders so I have to wait like 30 minutes to get my coffee.

This location is very busy! They frequently shut off the mobile orders so be prepared to wait. The baristas are friendly and I enjoy my coffee. The reason why I didn't select 5 stars is there wasn't much caramel in my wife's drink and the sweet cream wasn't very sweet. Other than that, I am usually quite happy with the service and my order.

This is my favorite Starbucks, everything about this establishment is great. The CS is great...

Great service! My new regular starbucks store, the baristas know my name and order by memory. Super quick even when running late to work. All the baristas (especially morning crew) are super outgoing and extremely friendly. If your looking for a new starbucks to visit, this is definitely the one.

This is a very close location and my drinks are always made right! However, they always run out of stuff I like quicker than the other Starbucks I go to and their prices seem to be a little higher than other locations charge me for my orders…

I’ve been coming here for 2 years and my order is always correct and I never have to wait a long time ordering ahead on the app. 99% of the time my drink is ready once I get there, other locations I’ve waited 15+ mins after ordering ahead.

Very nice staff and very nice location! This would be my first time being able to order in person and get my drink very quickly at any Starbucks! Maybe it was the time of day (2:06pm on a Tuesday) well it was a pleasant experience anyway!

They never have the correct hours up on the doorway. Instead of closing at 7 PM, they like to close whenever they would like: 3 PM. I wish they would be more organized and update the hours of service accordingly.

The new kid staff can’t do the job. Didn’t understand what I ordered. Had to say 4 times. No wonder the drive through line was so long. Why not use a professional staff on Saturday??? Nah. Would not go there!

Staff is always so friendly, sweet and welcoming, but I noticed the past few times I’ve been in the store it feels extremely warm. Even spending a few minutes in the store I get uncomfortable.

Love this. I would say I often go there every morning for my iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. It champion beat taste that other starbuck. Yum yum. And people are very friendly

This location is always on point! I don't have a difficult order but pretty specific and they always listen and get it right and I reallyappreciate it.

The food is still good if they have it,the coffee l find not quite as good.They have trouble with the proportions to the water,but not always.

The management is great. I had a problem with a gift card not be properly applied to my app and the manager quickly resolved the issue.
