I understand airport Starbucks are especially busy, but on top of the busy they were so disorganized and not helpful. I placed a mobile order and my drink was ready on time. However I waited almost 15 additional minutes for my food (egg bites!) to come out, while watching others who arrived much later than I did receive their food first, and even though I flagged it twice they did nothing to get me my order. Another woman was waiting and had been waiting 10-15 minutes longer than I and had placed her order much further in advance. They really gave our flagging of their mistake no attention and in the end I had to walk away with only a coffee and board my flight. It also seemed like they were prioritizing airport staff, which I understand, but it shouldn’t be to the degree that airline customers are seemingly pushed to the end of the line and have to walk away. If my assumptions are wrong and it really does take that long to prepare food, the app should be giving more accurate pick up times. I only gave two stars because my drink was well made.

I was here on a Friday evening, so there's a longer queue. But the service was excellent, my server crafted a custom pumpkin spiced latte for me, since they were out of what I ordered. Loved the service and the food/drinks, would definitely go back the next time I'm in JFK.

Disappointed with the service. Very disrespectful rude lady working at bar this morning, asked for a simple request and immediately said no. I proceeded to say excuse me? To see if she would change her demeanor and she didn’t Proceeds to be rude to customers— Horrible service — looks like their unhappy to work there Props to the dude working on register. Great service

The coffee is the only reason we go there before our flight, the service is ok. The cake are cold n old. Some of the staff don't want to work there. The coffee is expensive. Is near our departure gate n is convenient and less we can go to the lounge at American airlines when we flight business class. Once the cashier wanted me to pay cash but I said want a receipt then she ask me to paid full price.

Cero simpatía y esfuerzo en enterarse bien de lo que pedí, me puso otro diferente después de esperar un buen rato cuando ya no quedaba casi nadie, sirviendo antes a otras personas q pidieron después. Some dude works there has a major attitude! Dropped my latte, picked it up, cleaned the cup from the outside and wanted to give it to me…i thought he was kidding but he wasnt. I asked him to make a new one and he goes “now you will have to wait!”…waited additional 15 minutes before a nice/polite young lady made it and she even apologized for his rudeness.

The employees are rude and unprofessional, especially the lady name Angela, she is 5’6 Jamaican and skinny , she’s rude and yelling for no reason, idk why they hire rude ppl over there, the manger should investigate how they serve people,unless he or she don’t care, I wish T8 have another Starbucks so we don’t have to see those rude ppl

Like any Starbucks, this one located at Terminal 8 of John F Kennedy International Airport, New York has got all the varieties of Starbucks but the same is not that crowded. Sitting space both inside and outside available. Rates are as usual. Its location is on the way to gates 31 to 43. Do visit and have a sip of hot Starbucks coffee.

I get that it's an airport Starbucks but if you are "out" of food during normal hours of operations, you should probably put a sign up saying so, so that travelers won't waste time in line. Throw in rude service about the inconvenience, and I'd recommend steering clear of this one.

Poor preparation of coffee at this Starbucks located at JFK terminal 8. Paid over $6 plus taxes per cup for froth in the name of cappuccino. When asked to fix, rude staff didn’t admit to the mistake and asked to add another shot. Sadly, that was again a shot of froth and no coffee. Terrible…!

I was very disappointing with the service here as it is not the usual in other Startbucks. I ordered a Small capuccino and I got the biggest one. It had to wait for more than 10 minutes until the manager came to approve the change and more than 5 minutes more to do it. They gave the capuccino cold on top of that. Service: 0

Is it the best coffee shop? Is it even the best Starbucks? No not really. But it’s slim pickings in Terminal 8 and this is the only place that doesn’t suck, so it gets 5 stars. Waiting for the day they open a Shake Shack or even McD’s in this terminal, but until then, Starbucks is the only game in town.

Le dejo una estrella porque tienes que dejarle alguna. Pedí un café que llevaba nata me lo entregan sin nata, y al decírselo me vacían medio vaso de café y me ponen la nata encima. Al destapar la tapa le faltaba la mitad de vaso de café. Realmente decepcionante
