This place is an absolute nightmare. It doesn't matter what time of day you go, you'll be stuck in like for 20-30 minutes. I just spent 30 minutes in their drive-thru at 1PM. The employees seem disorganized, too. It's at the point where I only come here when I get a gift card or it's my birthday. UPDATE: Still terrible. The employees seem friendly enough, but they can't even get the basics right, like giving you the drink you ordered. At this point, it's basically 50/50 whether you'll get the correct items. And I only come here once every three months. UPDATE 2: LOL. These people clearly don’t care. The last two times I’ve come here with a gift card, I’ve owed more than was on the card. But they simply swiped the gift card and shut the window in my face. So I guess go here for free coffee?

Was a bit busy early in the morning and as the 3rd car in the driveway I know how much fun I was in for. I asked for a drink with almond milk as I have an issue with dairy and don't think I got what I asked for. I didn't have my favorite reaction to it and my stomach was not happy either. All in all the attendee was nice enough and my sandwich was saltier than I recall from the last time I had it but they did the job. Will likely be back because it's Starbucks and I knew what I was going to get.

1st time to this location. Went inside instead of drive thru..cashier was nice and friendly. Waited about 15 min for my drink. Alot seemed to be going on.. there was training and walk ins and drive thru so I get it was busy but the layout for pickup was a bit confusing people coming in looking at names on orders to find theirs tat seemed odd to me. Wasn't pleased with this location. My whip cream was melting by the time I got it and I couldn't tell if my shot was included as I got it affagoto style which is notmally on top... asked for extra drizzle n got barley any.. cheese Danish was warmed but barley was going to ask for a redo but seemed like it would take longer n I was on my lunch so.. just went with it.

Ordered from the app. Arrive and see a ton of people waiting. The sandwich is a mess, looks like someone literally threw the thing while in its bag. The drink is missing, I guess I am waiting when I don't have time. It is worth noting that the drive thru is getting pushed, I imagine they were getting traffic complaints from the plaza. Overall don't come here in the morning, when you would usually look for coffee. This place has issues with their espresso machines apparently (though I didn't order an espresso drink!!). I asked for a refund for the drink, which is a clunky experience if you use their Starbucks card...delaying me further.

The darkness of my soul is only reflected in the blackness of coffee. Dark coffee, brewed by fine arts majors, lost in the morass of baristas and depression. There is no room for cream in this darkness, only coffee. Dark coffee. Maybe decaf, but you need a pour over to get the Americano.

Do not go to this Starbucks. The workers are extremely rude. I ordered a Venti Strawberry Açaí drink with no ice and they put less than half of the drink in the cup. I have never had this happen. They didn’t even give me a drink holder, even though I had three drinks… go to another one, save your time and energy. This is exactly how they gave me my drink, because I asked for no ice!!!

I thought I ordered a cake pop not cake batter do better don’t rush the baking process. I waited in line for 15 min to place my order in the drive thru and the car behind me also waited 15 min and they denied service to him because it was 9 on the dot and the employees were taking forever. We were in line 15 min before 9 PM. How are they not embarrassed to serve and charge people for raw batter?

Starbucks has lost its edge. With drinks, service and over all products. Purchased ALOT of cups. Just recently they have came apart or peeled within a couple of weeks of purchase. Even with hand washing an taking care. The customer service has seriously taken a turn for the worst. With so many other coffee shops in town to choose from I'll be heading over to one of them.

Check the time to see how busy it's going to be before planning a stop here. I seem to be getting there at the wrong time and waiting half an hour just to order in the car queue. But the beverages and the barista are always worth the wait in the end. They've been cheerful and happy regardless of the probably impatient guests. Way to keep it up!!

Unfortunately, this Starbucks location could never get the order correctly. I keep returning, hoping it was the employee that got it wrong, but now that I have been approximately 4 times and different times, and still unable to get my simple coffee with oatmilk and classic syrup, and that drink is not complicated to keep missing the classic syrup pump right!

Aloha South Mountain Residents! It's Starbucks and what can I say? I've been to at LEAST 100 STARBUCKS. I LOVE TO TRAVEL AND SEE THE USA this one didn't disappoint me. Great Staff. Absolutely horrible Starbucks location. They gave me a drink that was beyond hot and had burned my mouth. I was in urgent care it was so bad. Doctor said I got second degree burns in my mouth from their carelessness. Skip this Starbucks and go to another. Save yourself medical expenses and physical pain and don’t go here!!

I don't know exactly what I order, but the dragon fruit drink kept me up all night going to the bathroom. I will never forget this terrible experience. The unpleasant taste of dragon fruit in my throat. I was vomiting all night.

Always loved this location until now. They changed the entire inside. Seating is awful, which means there's no seating anymore. Just 3 tiny single sad tables and an awful marshmallow background behind the counter. Horrible. I will not be going inside again.
