This is the most convenient Starbucks on my way to work and I have been coming here often in the last two years. I won’t anymore. The service is very slow and looks like the employees are doing you a favour. I place my orders on the mobile app and most of the time it’s not ready by the time indicated in the app. The items for mobile orders are hidden behind the counter so I have to wait for someone to help me when I come in. This is never happening at other locations - that’s the beauty of mobile orders, you don’t have to wait in the store as the items are placed so you can walk in, pick it up and walk out. Staff never acknowledges you, you come and wait and wait and wait and when you finally get someone’s attention, they don’t even say a word. I work in customer service and this is not the right way to do business.

This Starbucks is on the way to my bus stop every day so I stop there occasionally. I would stop there more if they weren’t so freaking slow. Yesterday there drive through was completely empty, and the parking lot in front had about two cars so I knew they weren’t busy and I gave it a shot. They took 7 minutes on the clock to get me a coffee and a bagel. Today I left 10 minutes early so I could stop, ended up waiting 20 minutes and had to leave without my food. Not once have I ever come here and been pleased with the fast and efficient service. There have been times where I came into the store, been the only one there, and stood there and waited for 5 minutes before anyone even looked at me. The service here is terrible, incredibly slow, and frankly not worth it.

This particular Starbucks has not gotten my order right yet. Today, the drip coffee was bitter. Previous iced cold brew pumpkin cream was not right, no pumpkin flavor. An americano was bitter and tested old. My expectations of regular Starbucks drinks are not offered here. I am going to have to drive further to a different location. All 3 occasions I have been to the drive thru, and I have not returned my drink. I have driven away before taking a sip, which is my fault. The staff have been friendly.

This place is poorly managed. I ordered a beverage and a breakfast item (eggs). Got the drink fast but had to stand for 10 minutes until one employee flagged me and asked what I was waiting for. Turns out they forgot about my order, even though there were 7 employees on the floor and barely any customers. I asked to see the manager. Keara came, did not even apologize, lied to my face that "they were very busy", and said the only thing she could do was issue a refund for my item. No breakfast, time lost, and the worst possible customer experience.

This is the worst Starbucks. Every time I go my order is wrong or bad. Today I went and asked if the mocha cookie crumbles was good and the girl said yes so I ordered it. But it was gross so I went back and she charges me $7 for a replacement drink. Every Starbucks I've ever tried something new at they've always said, "if you don't like it we'll make you a new one for free." Just honestly bad service. The drive thru is also slow as hell.

I specifically said light ice and still they filled the cup more than half with ice and when i showed it to the employee this is what you call light ice she said yeah this the way we make drinks for light ice. I asked for new drink and she refused plus didn't give the refund. They charge so much but you get nothing in return.

Very convenient to meet colleague as it's just off the highway. Only has a shared bench with high stools to sit. But this is fine for two to sit with a laptop and paperwork.

I have ordered from here a few times hoping that it will be good, but it is always horribly made drinks. I know there are other Starbucks in the area, but I don't always get a say in what one I'm taken too. Every time I order any drink it is not made properly and tastes of burnt espresso. Giving two stars is generous.

Purely for the guy taking our order at drive trough. He was so happy when I asked him back "how are you doing?" Because, as he said, most people jump into placing their order instead of partaking in that back and forth of "how are you? I'm fine, how are you?" etc, etc. It was a genuinely sincere interaction and I could tell he really needed it.

They are the worse, I had to wait for like 15 minutes. And another 10 to 15 to make my order, what is this I was telling the cashier my order she wasn’t getting it at all. And other cashier jumped in and they were also rude couldn’t take it. I am speaking English not other type of language. Ugh so bad, the worse of all time

I spent Friday there with my daughter .. What an amazing spot. The kids had so much fun. They have been there before and we're busy explaining everything in the Longhouses to me. They also has a blast digging in the Archeological Site that has been set up. They had some much fun in there, that they went back before we left.

I enjoy a coffee treat once awhile but they got my order wrong. While this could have been fixed they didn't allow me to get a refund or a different drink. Very unfortunate as I have countless food restrictions and couldn't even enjoy the wrong order I got. Highly convenient store location but poor customer service.

Staff are awesome but management…you need to get your act together. Google and the app say you’re open until 930 but you now close at 9, and the employee said they’ve been asking for it to be changed for quite awhile.

We were hoping for a treat after a tired several hours. My husband ordered caramel macchiato for the 1st time in a year. I ordered a grande bold cream and sugar. Mine tastes like it had no sugar and both were luke warm. Don’t recommend this Starbucks

I went here this morning to get an Venti iced coffee, the cashier that assisted me was nice. Surprisingly they are open at 5am; which is really early! It was the only place that was open in the area. It’s a nice location, very bright.

This Starbucks serves their drinks significantly hotter than standard (they were so hot the barista even warned us how hot they were…). Unfortunately this ruins the mouth feel and flavour of the drink.
