First things first: it is rarely busy inside, an excellent place to study or read. The staff are friendly and helpful, whether you need a recommendation off the menu or have any questions they are incredibly knowledgeable in their product. The restaurant itself is always super clean, as well as the bathrooms. Most Starbucks are an “order, pickup” deal, but if you’re sitting in the restaurant often the staff will come around and ask how you’re doing and/or if you need anything. An overachievement in a business without “waiting staff”. The store faces west, so if you decide to go first thing in the morning the sun won’t be blinding you; there are also taller apartments a few hundred feet west, so if you are there in the afternoon/evening the sun still won’t be too bad. To top it all off this is one of the most consistent Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

Definitely have to get five stars to this Starbucks restaurant,, Lexi the person that looked after us did a fantastic job a great smile everything treated us personally asking our names and just following the company policy and making us feel like family,, this location is very clean very easy to get through a nice clear drive-through with lots of room for lots of cars definitely would come here time and time again thank you Lexi for making us feel like family family

My husband and I visit separately often and stay a while to do work. This location is great. They are welcoming and service is accurate and quick. They are never frazzled when it's busy. Immanual, the manager, is lovely and always friendly. I brought my littlest for a mom and daughter date and he chatted with her too! (You win me over if you're good to my kids!) It feels like a local community place even though it's a huge chain business. Good work Transcona Starbucks!

This store is usually good but they made two of my drinks wrong and then when I phoned them as they were closed when I left, I got no return call and I called a day later and the phone just rang. I came in and told them what happened and they didn't remember my order and told me I would have to contact customer service which I did. That was a cat and mouse game and they would not refund my order to my account or my credit card after I explained what was going on.

I visited here over the New Year weekend, and was helped by Jay in the drive thru, and you guys are beyond lucky to have him! While I waited for my order he chatted with me through the window, and helped to teach me different ways I can order my favourite drinks in decaf form (I currently can't drink a lot of caffeine, and it was so helpful to be taught how else I can order my favourites!) I really hope this gets back to his managers, he deserves the praise!

Everyone here is so very friendly. The entire time I sat in the shop, they greeted every customer and thanked them for coming in/have a great day. Every. Customer. Including their own staff who were coming on shift and/or leaving shift. Their energies towards customers and each other made the whole shop a welcoming and fun environment. It's nice to be around people who love their jobs. I highly recommend this location and I will definitely be coming back.

So they messed up my order but I really loved the coffee they made for me once I told them about the mess up. It was outstanding, worthy of praise! The staff was welcoming as they said hi how are you have a good night etc which I really liked. Place is spotlessly clean as well. Definitely coming back!

Starbucks is great for customizations of coffee and drinks. The problem is with the inflation of their products and their recent changes to their rewards program. Which makes this a once in a while thing and less of a everyday thing.

Ordered two drinks and the caramel macchiato was just steamed milk, no coffee in it at all. I ordered through the drive-thru and it wasn't until I got home that I tried it. Opened the lid and it was completely white, no coffee at all.

Staff was excellent and explained coffee to me in a way that I, somebody who does not drink or understand anything about coffee could understand. Location is difficult to navigate as a pedestrian or as a driver and the layout of the store is... compact. Expect to bump elbows with your table neighbours.

Friendliest staff I've ever met! They made my drink with caramel syrup instead of caramel sauce like I requested (I wouldn't have noticed likely, lol) and they ended up making a new drink and giving me the wrong one no charge. Made my day!

Best Starbucks in the city. The only place that I've found where the baristas will go around and ask if you need anything. Always really clean and tightly run ship. If I can, I go out of my way to go to this location for work.

I frequent this location first thing in the morning, on my way to work. The staff are always pleasant, cheerful and happy to help. Always makes for a great experience when you start your day off with friendly service.

Love coming to this store because staff are so nice and friendly, but lately they have been disappointed with my drinks as they are done wrong - size, taste, flavor or will also get a completely different drink.

Usually pretty good, except todayot there at 6:50 says they open and 6:30 but they just looked at me and couldn't even be bothered to at least pop the window open and say they weren't ready for customers yet.

One of my favourite locations! I often do mobile orders and even if I'm there super fast, they're always ready and executed to perfection. Would highly recommend this location. It seems very well run!

This Starbucks is great. They are close to my house, but also on the way to work. They are usually not too busy at the times I go. Everyone is super nice and always gets my order right.

What has been normally decent service took a big time nosedive when I got home, took my muffin out and found that a very obvious bite had been taken from it. I am shocked and appalled.

Great staff, very friendly. I wish the location had a larger seating area with more comfortable seats for laptop work and East+North facing windows! Would be nice to hang out there.

This is my favourite Starbucks in the city! The baristas are always great, my coffee is always on point and it has a nice little patio in times of non plague.

I usually use drive thru, and order thru the app. I have had a good experience here, they are quick and friendly, never had an issue with my order.
