I'm talking about the autism family restrooms here in the food district. They are literally designed for autism. There's two of them!! They accommodate autistic women who have men caring for them, as husbands and dads and grandpas (maternal grandfathers) and granddads (paternal grandfathers)don't come in women's restrooms to hold the stall door shut from outside. The family restroom is SAFE for the autistic to go in alone, she won't get beat up by other women, because it's only one person. Her caretaker can wait outside the door and hold it shut and make sure people outside are quiet.. He can have access to her at all times. I just wanted to say thank you for considering others needs above your own!! One of the biggest worries I have as an autistic adult is that there is no restroom for me and you guys really made my day!! God bless everyone at the food district!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't been to the SI mall since my last visit here last year. I used to come here when I was younger. They haven't changed much other than the new food court area and theatre, etc. I haven't been to yet, but I hear it's great. I came here with my two boys and my double stroller. I was actually disappointed that they still haven't updated the doors, at least on the Primark Applebee's side, I presume more. Those doors are so difficult to open for people with strollers and people with wheelchairs. Of course, I had people help and open the doors for me when they saw me struggling, which shows theirs still hope for humanity. Otherwise, the mall was great. We walked over and saw that the tree was up already.

I don’t usually write reviews especially not so good ones but this circus if you wanna call a circus was not good matter-of-fact terrible first of all hot as can be couldn’t take it the kids wanted to leave cause it was so hot. We try to stick it out but right after the first intermission we left bring a lot of cash cause you’re gonna need it Popcorn stale $10 a box snowcones $15 each. I understand they have to make money but $10 for a box of popcorn, the performance and performers were OK. Juggling was nice some of the high rope was good but again heat was unbearable. I had to go to my car and get a towel and paper towels to wipe myself for my grandkids down. Not a show for young kids.

I've known this mall for many years, and it's a good mall, but please add more styles and aesthetics in clothing stores, and plus size clothing to welcome different types of people, it takes me two hours to find my own style because you guys lack on that, even if you had it it would be for the thinnest people, like come on after you guys changing the whole mall you can't add the main thing that attracts more people, and to be fair the carnival that comes every summer barely has any rides and more food spots then rides it's overpriced just to ride the same rides over and over , just please add more useful stuff and stores then a roof store that has no costumers in it, :) .

Great Experience , especially at Macy's all the staff was very professional and everyone looked Happy to be there. Such a Festive time of year and the staff definitely gave you the feeling of it. Lots of credit to the management, Alyssa M was very professional and provided me with fast and highly responsive service. She was very kind and greeted me as soon as I walked in. She carried herself professionally and definitely deserves the respect.

As far as malls go, this mall is fairly good. It's not as big as the Paramus or Menlo Park malls but it has a fairly solid selection of stores and the food court isn't that bad. They're also expanding and constantly adding newer, more modern stores to fit in with the changing needs of their consumer base. All in all it's a pretty solid mall with two floors though not as expansive as nearby stores outside of New York.

What a unique & beautiful native store I have just found in the SI mall. Such a wonderful experience, I don’t wanna live lol. I definitely will come back. Please do come & support this unique & beautiful store . Btw I did try to review the store but it end up putting the review in the mall. I gotta figure out how to add first review of a place

The mall was busy but huge with a lot of high end stores and easy to find and get around. the food court was decent. Love the mall. Great stores. Great place for the families to visit. I highly recommend it. This is the only indoor mall in Staten island. There is Zara, hm, michael kors, guess, loccitane, sephora, primark, etc.

Hands down the most amazing mall. It’s spacious and clean and has a lot more stores than other malls. From my location, it’s not that far. There’s always parking in the parking lot. The grounds are stunning as well. There are many places to take nice pictures. Definitely a mall to check out when you have free time.

Overall very good, but same problem with the escalators in Macy's and JCPenney. They are always out of order which forces Me to walk more. I have severe arthritis and this makes it very difficult to get from floor to floor. Have to walk to the elevator. This has been going on for too many years!!!

Overall it’s a clean mall with some nice stores, the food court should have more variety and why is it that your one escalator that goes up always breakdown even when it’s fixed over and over again it’s always out of order! At this point just put in regular stairs at least, we can walk up!

I went to Staten Island mall to see the circus. I enjoyed the show very much. The mall is very big and busy. All types of restaurants and shops. They also have a supermarket. Cosco is near by too. Lots of city buses go there. Whatever you need, you can find it in the Staten Island mall.

This mall has all the in style fashions that we don't see in York pa. The shoe selection is so great. The prices are right on target and they even have lots of good deals. If you are lucky enough to live by this mall , enjoy it. We live in pa and don't have anything like this near us!

Talk about clean. I haven't been to a mall this clean in ages. We went just to go to the Lego store. But wound up doing a little extra shopping. At the end somehow we found ourselves in to food court getting a bite to eat. All in all it was a good experience …

Mall is ok. Went here to see if it’s different from NJ malls. Pretty much the same. The food court is the best part. The food court looks renovated and is next to the Dave and busters. Plus side there’s other stores and restaurants outside of the mall as well.

Fantastic mall with lots of stores for everyone. This mall was very clean and there’s even a nice Barnes & Noble that’s next to but separated from the mall with a cafe inside. I would highly recommend going here since there’s something for everyone.

It was our first time to check out this carnival by the mall, my kid had a great time. That crazy mouse roller coaster is awesome but a little too scary and aggressive for me. They have mini roller coaster for kids and 2 play ground and etc…

The Staten Island Mall has ample and well maintained parking. The indoor and outdoor shopping is abundant , ample dining options available. The entire area and shops are clean and inviting making a visit to the mall a day's outing.

If I had $100 in my pocket, this is where I can spend it. So many stores to go to and so much decisions. Love to go here again. I went to master wok here a bunch of times, a good way to spend $10+ for lunch and dinner.

Mall is great but hours are not convenient for working class. Mall closes at 7pm during the week making it impossible to shop after work. Have to do my kids back to school shopping at other locations.

Staten Island Mall is definitely one of my favorite places. You will find everything there from fixing your iPhone to getting a haircut it’s all there. Shoutout to Repair expert my favorite store…

I love to go to this mall, you don’t get bored here. You can play, eat, go to the movies, shop, go and read a book and many other things. Is one of the places that we enjoy with the family.

This is a very good place to go to with your friends and family, the movie theater there was great,the food court is nice,but not a lot of things to choose from,there are tons of stores.

Fun mall. Spacious, less crowded and clean. I visited the food court, dave & busters and the pepper palace! I was surprised it closed so early at 6pm on Sunday.

Staten Island Mall is a great place to shop and window shop and catch the bus, and drive around around and pick up your family and friends after shopping.

It was very quiet for the mall than I went to Dave and buster good God I couldn't take the noise level so I left everyone in there and went to chick a fil

This mall is great, it has a lot of different stores. Its also very cute and cozy to be in, especially when it's around Christmas and the big tree is up.

Very little security. Used to be a very nice place, but now a lot of cheap stores and the whole atmosphere of the mall has gone downhill.

not the worst but some stores should be closed, the unnecessary stuff they sell. Open a Uniqlo or abecrombie & fitch! Would go crazy!

This was a very great place to go to. The Dave and Buster's made it feel like 5 minutes had passed. It was very fun and a great time.
