This library is the largest library by structure, located in the Quetta club, having the capacity of more than 80 students in a single time. The enivronment is ideal for prepration competative exams such as CSS, PCS and other educational related exams. Moreover it has the vast variety of books including history, public adminstration, law, and other general books. The current timing is 9.30 AM to 9.30 PM. I will give this library 4 out of 5, the reason I have deducted one star is because of its low Internet services.

Liberty Station is a large commercial development that sprawls across the grounds of a former naval training center. It’s home to stylish bars, restaurants, and boutiques, as well as Liberty Public Market, filled with gourmet eateries and shops. There are also art galleries and several small museums housed in Spanish Colonial Revival buildings. Along the waterfront, NTC Park has grassy lawns and bike paths.

It's Good For Self Study No noise at all It's clean and well Managed. But In winter It's Too cool Must increase the Heating system bz there is Only two or three ACs for Heating and the library is Big enough.
