The rooms are overpriced and the breakfast was one of the saddest I have ever seen. The food was the least expensive and lowest quality that money could possibly buy. The eggs tasted like they are from powder, the coffee more like tea, the sausage was like sawdust in a skin and burnt, there were fake cheese slices in plastic wrap, the oatmeal was an enormous lump in a warmer, the bread the cheapest sliced white bread, the juice was so sweet there was no way it was not from mix. There was not a single bit of real plates, cups, or cutlery, it was all cheap single use plastic and Styrofoam. There was one overworked lady in the dining room taking care of guests. There were no courtesy toiletries either, I was forced to buy in an onsite convenience store at twice the price it was worth a tube of toothpaste that I must throw away as it is too large to fly with in my carry on. It is obvious that the owner is padding profits by cutting back on staff, food quality, and overcharging for rooms. That being said the rooms are clean and orderly and the beds comfortable. This could have been a real gem in a long day of complicated travel but ended up literally leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

I stayed here for business and It was my first time staying at this Staybridge location. I stayed for 2 nights. I have stayed at Staybridge suites before and I liked this one didnt love it but I liked it. The front desk staff was very good check in was fast which is very good because after traveling the last thing you wanna do is wait to be checked in and that was a BIG PLUS for me!! Also the housekeeping was good and friendly and they say hi when you walk by them which I like because at other hotels they don't!.. There was one thing that DISGUSTED me and that was the guy cleaning in the breakfast area. as I was eating my food which I have to say was very good until I saw the gentlemen put he's hand in the back of he's pants and It looked like he was excuse my language picking he's a** to be honest and after I saw that i could not eat my food because I saw him go to the kitchen and bring the food out and how do I know he washed hes hands!.. after I saw that I couldn't eat my food and I told the front desk staff right away and I hope that they are going to do something about that because just writing this makes me sick! I HOPE he did not touch my food! over all the hotel is great but I would come back but I just would not eat the food just because of what I saw..

Horrible, honestly save your money! This is a very poor excuse for a staybridge, the service alone is not worth any money you spend here. They are NOT accessible for disabled persons or those who travel with a service dog. I was met with ignorance- then after contacting management I was met with even more. Additionally, speaking on the hotel services - the pool had NO towels and was littered with dirty used wet towels. The breakfast was not labeled or accommodating of allergies, the waffle maker is/was broken upon my stay. The staff in the breakfast area then also tried to tell me I couldn't have my working animal with me. I have written other reviews about my stay because management refused to hear me out privately so I want others to have a full disclosure of this location before staying. Make your own decisions, check the other reviews. not worth 4 stars

What an awesome room!!! We had two rooms and both were awesome in size and furnishings for the price we paid. My sons had a suite with a King +2 Queen beds with a common space with a kitchen. They were ecstatic to find there were 3 TVs in the room, so they could hook up their PS3s and play team games against each other. It was a perfect place for them to enjoy a bit of 16 year old partying (Food, Buddies, Video games and a Pool) before and after Playdium. It's in a boring area as there's nothing within a short walk (in the rain), so we had to drive them down the street for some McD's and a movie. The only drawback was that there seems to be only a single person working housekeeping (she was awesome!! when the boys accidentally broke a glass in the kitchen, so I guarantee the cleaning is based on time allotment and not bad work), so the room wasn't spotless. We will stay here anytime in the future and we highly recommend it!!

We needed a place for a few nights, and this hotel was just great for our short stay. The hotel is clean, bright, quiet and comfortable. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable no doubt about it! I had comfortable beds, a full kitchen with all the needed appliances and dishes to go along with it. The hotel itself, parking is free, you are greeted by a modern look and bright open lobby. Slept great, breakfast was well attended. They do offer a pretty good complimentary breakfast with hot items, bagels, toast, muffins, juice, coffee and tea. This is served in the common area on the first floor beside the front desk. The hotel met my expectations for what I was looking for, a comfortable night's sleep. The staff is outstanding. They go out the way to ensure that guests have everything they need! Very happy with my stay here .

This hotel is amazing, the staff is really kind, I stayed there for 3 weeks and I still want to go there. First of all, the rooms are big, there is a living room and a bedroom in two separate places. Their buffet is really good, it's not that big, but it's just over enough for anyone's appetite, they have a waffle machine and a Soda Dispenser. The waffle machine doesn't work at supper, which is from Monday to Wednesday 5:30 To 6:30 (they have a different menu everyday), but the Soda dispenser does. The Pool is great, it's not that big, but it's good enough for a adult who just relaxes and swims. The jacuzzi wasn't available when I was there, but it was OK. Overall, this hotel is really good.

Stayed here while my son played in a baseball tournament in Mississauga. Room was spacious, a little outdated and did need some maintenance in the bathroom to correct some sealing concerns on the floor and bathtub area. Breakfast was included but was a little disappointing. Food options were not the greatest. During breakfast the door to the kitchen area was open and I did note that it didn’t look very clean. Pool area was clean, pool itself was small and towels were not replenished when we went for a swim in the morning after breakfast. Overall I would not visit this location again.

Well mannered hotel staff. Good spread breakfast and dinner for vegetarians. On time room service. Polite staff and front desk members answering all our questions. Hassle free check-in and checkcheck-out. Clean rooms. Highly accessible to public transportation. Very close to my work location. Silent and peaceful stay. Free washer and dryer to use during our stay. Business room with basic needs that just fits a traveler. Exercise room and swimming pool. Overall an amazing stay that suited all my needs.

Stayed overnight at the Mississauga location with a friend that was visiting - she'd gotten a suite with a full kitchen, which was very helpful as we had groceries to refrigerate for a road trip the following day. Room was very clean and comfortable, the floor was quiet, and we were appreciative of the clean dishes and complimentary amenities in the kitchen. We took advantage of the complimentary breakfast buffet the following morning, and were pleasantly surprised by the selection and quality of the food. I would definitely recommend Staybridge to others.

Be very careful. I stay at IHG properties at least every other week. This Staybridge is one of the worst maintained properties I have EVER stayed at. I found black mold on a ceiling tile on the first floor, my room was not very clean and had dead grubs on the floor. I woke up yin the middle if the night with about 20 grubs crawling around the floor. I always prefer to stay at Staybridge Suites because they are usually cleaner newer which demands a higher cost. This property is not worth the money they are demanding!

The Staybridge Suites brand is a fantastic extended stay hotel, with comfortable suites and a kitchen in each room. Free breakfast every morning has enough variety to keep the palate entertained, and evening socials 3x/week give an opportunity to unwind and enjoy some light dinner without having to cook! This hotel definitely lives up to the reputation I've come to enjoy at these great hotels. Especially great for the business traveller who is sick of the "usual" hotel experience...

  • Amanda C.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was large, clean and quiet. We enjoyed using the pool with our son. Also there was a pretty good ( and complimentary) breakfast in the morning. I would recommend this hotel if you are travelling with your family. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast is served on styrofoam plates with plastic cutlery. It creates a lot of unnecessary waste.

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are a little dated but have all the amenities required, especially for a longer stay. Laundry facilities are very useful. Use of a kitchen makes it easy to have a break from eating out all of the time. There are tons of restaurants nearby as well, along with many fast food options. It is also very close to the airport and the highway, and getting here is very easy.

  • Adrian K

This is one of the better hotels I have stayed at. The rooms are fully equipped for longer stays. They give you complimentary coffee, tea, popcorn and a dishwasher pod in the room. The front reception staff are very nice. The room was a little messy, but the front reception staff promised that it would be attended to immediately and they were very apologetic. I would definitely come back here again.

  • Camille Cunningham

I have been impressed with Staybridge Suite accommodations in western Canada. Unfortunately this one is not of the same standard. The room wasn't very clean upon check-in: sticky cabinets with dried on food in the kitchen; makeup smeared on the wall in the bathroom. But a few things are consistent. The complimentary breakfast is nice to have, and hotel staff are courteous.

  • Karol Boratynski

3 days a week free dinner(mo-we) is a good bonus and there is a kitchen in the rooms, but... cleaning is done surface like. The back of the cabibets of the bed looked like noone vacumed there for months. I am a 28yo guy and usually are not bothered with ckeanliness but i am alergic to homedust and first night was challenging to go through. Fixed on the second day.

Stayed here for a quick family getaway. Rooms were spacious and well cleaned, all amenities worked properly. Quiet location close to restaurants and groceries. Lobby and hallways are oddly warm. Breakfast dishes were disposables-hopefully this is updated to reusable in the future.

I stayed in this Hotel from Oct 2013 to May 2014 and again from June 2015 to August 2015. really loved the room. it is big and have all the required utilities. the Breakfast buffet is just great. 3 days in a week that have evening snacks. The staff is very helpful and available round the clock. It is the one place i always prefer whenever i visit the GTA

  • Tushar Batra

The place is good with all the amenities but it's not a upscale place. It works perfectly as the name suggests "Stay" "bridge" while you look out for a permanent residence. The staff is courteous and goes the extra mile in making sure your stay is comfortable. Overall a good experience, however, I would have preferred something upscale for the price.

  • Abid Hyder

I stayed here for 21 nights in a one bedroom Suite. It has 2 king size beds and a kitchenette (reason for taking up this place). It's a nice place to stay and is reasonable without being pricey. Complimentary breakfast was good but the items are but regular. I would recommend this place who are considering a budget friendly decent place.

  • LMAT

Hotel is dirty and has a bad odour as soon as the front doors open. We booked because of good recommendations, checked in despite the odour, as soon as we walked into the room I noticed what looked like an old vomit stain on the side of the bed and bed skirt. No, not a small stain, over 12” in diameter! We checked out 30 seconds later.

  • Danielle Shawcross

This hotel has seen better days. The sheets were tattered and worn, and the cleaning was not thorough(smudges of someone elses makeup on the bathroom door for example). The breakfast buffet was very low quality, but there was some edible choices like yogurt and fruit. One pro would be that it was easily accessible from the highway.

  • Wyatt

The hotel is lovely, clean, and well-appointed, the staff is friendly, the rooms are big, and it's not too expensive, but the wifi is UNUSABLY SLOW. Makes it very hard to work from here. Not sure if anyone else has had this experience, or if my room is just in the wrong place. It's very, very frustrating.

  • Robert

Nice hotel staff but there are way nicer hotels in the area for equivalent cost. The hotel allows smoking and interior is a bit dated (sheets worn and maintenance lacking). Pool was open but the hot tub shut down. They have a laundry facility for a dollar per wash and dollar per dry.

  • Uchechukwu Michael

Staybridge suites have been my favourite in hospitality in Ontario. The settings of having your own kitchen, sitting room and bedroom is second to none and makes you feel at home. Nice breakfast and courteous staff. I found out that happy and friendly people stay with Staybridge.

  • utkarsh srivastava

It's an awesome place if looking for a second home in Mississauga... Most of the staff are friendly. They serve hot breakfast daily and also supper for three days a week which is a good option as for starting days of week, one need not to be bother about going out for dinner...

  • Ellen Musialowski

This hotel is very reasonably priced. Clean and efficient. Serves breakfast every morning and light snacks certain nights of the week. I stayed in a basic King sized room and included a kitchenette and a fairly large bathroom area. I would stay here again.

  • Brandon Loree

This has to be the WORST IHG/Staybridge hotel I have ever stayed at. I travel a lot for work and usually stay at IHG hotels. The rooms are dirty, the hallways/lobby is always +30 degrees, seen the cleaning staff countless time just lounging

  • Mahalasa Bhat

I stayed here for about a month while on a business trip. two things you ll notice the minute you walk in - the cosiness and the warmth that the place offers and the friendliness of the staff at the reception. I was put up in a STUDIO SUITE

  • Nat Vora

Great Location. Excellent rooms. Well trained, courteous & helpful staff. Awesome amenities. Free Parking, Free WiFi. Free Breakfast & Free Supper 3 days a week. Overall 5 star, would return definitely and recommend to all

  • Alex A

Great hotel with spacious rooms (w/ kitchenette); excellent service; & convenient breakfast buffet (& dinner Monday-Wednesday). Only possible negative is the lack of an oven. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this hotel!

  • Alexandre Seguin

I'm actually really enjoying my stay there! The room is very spacious, complete with a full kitchen and living room. On top of that there is complimentary breakfast and dinner (the latter for half the week).

  • Z

Exemplary service, checking in and out was smooth, the manager even brought food back out for us late risers haha. Haven't been to the nearby hotels, but I can say that you can't go wrong with this one.

  • Keerthi Subramanian

We stayed here for close to 20 days , the room is very clean bright and room service is also good. The manager was responsive to our queries .we had a pleasant stay ..thank you stay bridge suites More

  • Kev

I stayed in room 309. Room had a weird odor to it. Bed sheets had stains. Toilet seat broken. Washroom in general needs maintenance done. Breakfast is basic. Hotel is overpriced. Won't return again.

  • malak

It was so dirty, the pool is so small and not even deep. The coffee machine didn’t work, overall I would never go there again. I didn’t even stay one hour there. That place is disgusting. More

  • Fred Ordona

Had room next to pool and heard noise coming from pool area until late into the night. Asked the desk for more towels and was told to go find the cleaning lady. Breakfast was decent.

  • Dr. Zu

Used to stay here for months at a time and it was very comfortable! Only minor complaint is the lax security and the cleanliness of the elevators at times. Not a bad spot though!

  • Емил Трънкаров

The first apartment smelled terrible. I can't explain why. We were moved to a second one. It was OK. Breakfast was extremely limited and not good. Very expensive for all this.

  • Prasun Das

Nice rooms. Connection is good. Gym and pool is very small. Room cleaning service is very bad :(, they don't clean properly.
