MALOS DENTISTAS Te Hacen Mal Trabajo Las muchachas de enfrente y asistentes son muy amables pero los DENTISTAS no sirven. Me hice el procedimiento de 2 coronas en los dientes de enfrente aquí. Cuando la dentista me puso las coronas temporarias me hizo un desastre. Me pego las 2 coronas temporarias con mis otros 2 dientes de enfrente. Yo me miraba como una caricatura que no se le ve donde termina un diente. 4 dientes parecían uno solo pero la dentista me dijo que estos eran sólo los temporarios, que los originales me iban a venir perfectos. Al siguiente día los temporarios se me cayeron tuve que ir otra vez ala oficina de ellos, y la asistente Jeaneth muy amable me arreglo lo que la dentista dejó mal. Por fin llego el día de que la dentista me pusiera las coronas, y ¡esto fue una total pesadilla! Una de las coronas no llegó de la moldura de mi diente lo peor fue que ella decía que se veía bien. Cuando ella me midió una de las coronas yo ya notaba que una estaba demasiado floja y ella me decía que era porque no estaban pegadas todavia. Cuando ella me las pego esa misma Corona era muy grande de la parte de atrás entonces no me dejaba morder completamente con los dientes de abajo. La solución que ella sugiero fue devastarme mis dientes de abajo para que se acomodara la corona que ellos hisieron mal. Aunque me desvastaron mis dientes de abajo la corona no quedaba bien entonces ella tubo que desbastar la corona de atrás para que pudiera yo cerrar bien mi boca. Aun así, todavía la corona se veía mál, porque de enfrente ese diente se mira salido para afuera y ella sin ninguna vergüenza me me sugirió que arregláramos mi diente de alado de la corona por $900 para que la corona que ellos hicieron mal, se veiera bien. Déjenme decirles que las coronas que está dentista me hizo se miran como que si yo necesitara frenos Lo peor es que el servicio de ellos es carisimo y yo por eso esperaba algo bien echo. Mis dientes me duelen an quedado sensibles cuando alguien se pone coronas en los dientes se supone que ya tus dientes no deben de estar sensibles pues ese era mi propósito pero ellos me arruinaron mis dientes. Me da vergüenza reírme con la corona que me hicieron ! Tenía muchas más cosas por hacerme en los dientes pero no quiero que estos dentistas vuelvan a tocar mis dientes.

They were very attentive, nice and courteous from the time I walked in until I left, which goes a long way with me! The receptionist was the glue and also very knowledgeable about questions that I had to ask as i waited a fem minutes to be called back. After being called back I was greeted with excitement, respect and kindness. However, as my journey continued it wasn’t a good one! The Dentist was nice but after doing 2 Root Canals and Buildup , my Temporary Crowns were the worst then things went from bad to worst as the tTemps kept coming off over a period of 3 weeks as i waited for my permanent Crowns to come in! It seems that I had to go back and fourth ever other day and hear the Dentist say “it’s not going to be perfect” Which wasn’t acceptable to me at all! Not happy!

WORSE AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM A DENTIST OFFICE. First off they will not tell you what your insurance does not cover. I paid $500 for a treatment that would have never been that high if I was actually told that my insurance did not cover that treatment. They will take your money for the next appointment and then change the appointment date every other week. The office I went to is only open 1 day of the week. They will do and say anything to get your money and do not care about your satisfaction. Please reconsider if you are going to the Mesa Drive location in Houston.

I was a new patient, I had a appointment for 9:00 am I arrived 10 mins early. I stood outside waiting for them to open. 9:10 came and they still wasn’t open so I waited for a few more minutes until I called them the lady answered the phone and asked me for my birthday to check and see if I was scheduled then she proceeded to tell me that they had to close the office due to an emergency. I told the lady someone should of did a courtesy call or text or put a sign on the door to inform the patients. They will not be getting my service again

When you first walk In the ladies at the front so sweet and kind then you head to the bank where Tiffanie at she is so sweet I was scared she never left my side and the dentist she is gentle explains everything she the best I ever had and last but t least the financial lady she awesome what can I say they all work together and they are awesome I travel an hour just to get their and it was worth it thank you all

I visited this office today for the first time and I am absolutely satisfied with my visit. Every employee there is very professional and super nice! I honestly Have never been this satisfied with a dentist office. I got my wisdom tooth pulled and the dentist was able to fix a tooth I have been self conscious about for years. Super glad I came here today, beyond thankful and happy with everyone here.

I WAS IMPRESSED WITH ATTENTION I GOT FROM THE DENTAL ASSISTANT AND GREATLY OVERJOYED WITH THE DOCTOR! SHE SHOULD CONCERN ABOUT MY TEETH!! I AM WAITING TO GO BACK AND RECIEVE MORE SERVICES TO GET BACK TO EATING FOOD!!

I must admit I do not like going to the dentist. But this was a lot better than I thought it would be. The dentist was very good at what he does. And the office personal was very pleasant and friendly.

Staff was great, but Kristen was AMAZING! She totally helped me out with prices & was very patient when it came to answering all of my questions. Will definitely recommend …
