I am 86 years old. I am in good health other than 3 years ago I broke the femur bone in my leg. One year later I developed osteoarthritis in my knee & hip followed by arthritis in my other leg. I could not stand by myself or walk. My daughter in Illinois found Stephen Fitness and wanted me to to call them. But being stubborn I decided I didn't need any help, I could do it on my own. However I finally gave up and called A.J. He was very courteous and pleasant. He came to my home that afternoon and we got along right away. I see improvement all the time. Sometimes very little, other times quite a lot. I can now stand by myself without hanging onto something and I am working on walking with a cane. I know I will continue to improve as the year progresses thanks to A.J. and his team. I think he deserves 5 and a half Stars.

AJ and his team are so knowledgeable when it comes to helping seniors increase their physical activity levels in safe ways that not only help heal & prevent injuries, but take their health to the next level. He worked wonders for me and is currently working wonders for my cousin who just moved to Oakville.

AJ is amazing. I have complex medical issues and he is knowledgeable enough to keep me safe while working out. I highly recommend him. It's also been great working out on zoom with him during the pandemic.
