(Some similar VM's did not garner the same reaction ~ as a sales & marketing professional & manager i can be a little fussy about professionalism, esp when dealing w my $$) !! I have been working with Stephen Ostapchuk Desjadins Insurance for close to if not more than a decade (time flies). I have nothing but great things to say about the team there. My agent is Mike and I have always had excellent experiences when I reach out. I called Mike one early morning after I was rear ended heading out to a business meeting, and his initial response was "oh-no - are you okay? Is everybody okay?". When I reassured him yes, all parties are fine, he swung into action and took care of everything for me and the others involved. I was able to continue on with my day knowing the situation is in great hands. I find their rates to be competitive, but more than that, I know they care about my business.
