Zero control. From security (no record of cars and people coming in and out of complex) to uncontrollable noise levels (every weekend is a parking lot party with the same people throwing the parties) to kids playing in the parking lots and corridors. Wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for serenity and quietness

Nice and secure complex. Looks clean and some flats are still vacant. The security isn't tight. There is a park where kids play, which they can stop playing balls where cars are parked and are moving rather play on the grass that's plenty.

This place is beautiful and all that but the security sucks. Other tenants do as they please n make noise in the middle of the night all the time, almost everyday n nothing is done. There's no rules that can accommodate other tenants as

4 months in and I’m leaving. I’ve had problems from day 1. My unit was not ready when I moved in and the maintenance were still painting, breaking the door lock and going to buy a new one. My bedroom has never closed.

Best place we have lived in here in Cape Town. The vibes are fire, it's kid friendly and safe. You just need to brave holidays and salary-weekends because the guys here party all night.

I don't stay there but judging from outside it's a nice complex though the problem is security people get in and outside without being questioned infact the security is not tight
