never again . limo was supposed to be there at 1130, didn't show up until 12:33 when funeral started at 1pm and we were 45 min away. By the time everyone loaded in the limo We arrived 30 min late. We paid for escort that showed up in a mini van. He took the long way out and got lost so I got in front and he followed . We waited at every red light and did 60 mph on the freeway. Funeral was rushed and they were very insensitive towards the family . Funeral home also got the DOD wrong on the obituary . Will be contacting who ever it is I need to in regards to making a formal complaint. Please, do not use this company to bury your loved one, it will end up more painful in the long run

Very unprofessional I have witness first hand today how they rush a homegoing service start at 11am and got cut off at 12:17 than lie and say we have to be at the cemetery before 1pm once we get there we not supposed to arrive til after 2 pm this funeral home is all about the money and not serving family in time of needs I would never recommended this funeral home for your loves ones final destination period please take your love ones to somewhere who cares and just not about the money To top it all while bringing the casket out to the herse the flowers drop off the casket because they are in such a rush and they just throw the flowers back up there like it’s noting SMH

My dad looked very nice I can’t deny that but this funeral home is very unprofessional. They tried to charge us for a hearse and we wasn’t even leaving the funeral home. Also one of Mr Stocks son had an discussion with a family member about our arrangements which we feel like he shouldn’t have….. friends and family paid to plant a tree for my dad and da funeral home don’t even know where they are located….. the only reason he used them is because he wanted to because Mr Stock was his god father and they services sucked to be a long time FAMILY FRIEND…….

Very unprofessional establishment. Understand not every black-owned business is the go to. Funeral homes are supposed to be welcoming & warming to their guests. My first encounter with them they towed my car with no warning or anything and were no help when asking how to get my car back. After that incident I didn’t think twice about coming to them to burry my mother. I do not recommend them.

The Stocks are family to us. We have been using their professional expert service for 41 yrs. The Staff are compassionate, they reach out to you with opened arms meeting your every need. I HIGHLY recommend their service for anyone's loved one. They are sure in caring hands. Carla Tucker

very unprofessional, staff extremely inconsiderate, on top of poor customer service my friend had to pay $220 to get her car out of the pound for parking near the establishment when we were there for service. this place won’t be getting any business out of me!

Stocks Funeral Home staff is very professional. I love how personable they are with everyone. My family and I felt like we were apart of their family. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to everyone I know.

The Stocks Family took care of my family in a very difficult time. Everything was seamless and they took care if us in a very loving and professional manner.

Unless you want your family member(s) casket turned backwards to where nobody can see and they refuse to turn it around then don’t go to this funeral home.
