First I went with my 3 kids my baby is just 10 months old I didn't have anyone to keep my kids after all it was Thanksgiving day, when we arrived at 2:35 pm at the emergency at the children section there was only around 6 pple ahead of us ok! we register we see pple going in and out and every one come n got through leave me and my kids, I went in for my 5 yrs old daughter in the night she was vomiting, breathing short , clearing her throat constantly, her daycare can attest to the clearing of throat and the vomiting while eating! Anyhow that night she was throwing up and in the morning also and it was alarming for me , my baby girl has speech delay so she is not able to talk up fully for herself to express her feelings! I wen't there yesterday because am taking medication for my anixity. It got to the point where it actually become a health concern because how much weight I was losing from my anxiety because I would be constantly sweating and having anxiety attacks every couple minutes. and I didn't know how bad an energy drink would be with my medication. Well let's just say it didn't react well at all, and I literally felt like I was having an heart attack. And I had a good reason to believe it was as well, considering my whole left arm got numb and I couldn't breathe for for solid hours properly, that and extreme chest pain. I explained the situation to the EMS who seemed to be understanding, but since I am 17 there had to bring me to the children's stollery because of my age. Anyways when I got there the nurses were extremely rude and gave me weird looks and was disrespectful to me, which made my anixity so mush worst then it already was (that and the amount of stress it was going to the hospital).there got me in a room and i waited 3 hours for an doctor to speak to me (it was about 1 AM at the time and literally seen no other patient there, not even in the waiting room). And eventually there hooked me up to this machine to see if my heart was healthy and I make it wasn't an heart attack. Before I even got the results back from the doctor I had an nurse come in my room just to say "you know you can leave now right?" I wish I was joking... The doctor comes in a few minutes later to explain the reason why I felt like i was having an literal heart attack and gave me some meds to ease down my chest pain. And the doctor said I was good to go.. i explained to them I had no way back across town.. I didn't bring my phone or debit card. Because I totally forgot about it when the ambulance came because I nearly collapsed making it out of my house and there had to put me on a sketcher. And that's the main reason I didn't want to go to the hospital in the first place, because I was afraid of how I would get back.. but the EMS wouldn't let me go because it could have been an mild heart attack so they had to bring me to the hospital. They eased my worries at the time because they said they would figure a way back once I get released and said I shouldn't worry about it, which I thought would have been the case at the time. And at that time I had no friend or family who could have drove me home at 5 AM. A nurse told me I could wait in the waiting room and wait till morning to take the bus home, I explained I didn't even bring cash or anything, because I left pretty quickly because it felt really serious and didn't expect to be out that soon. And again the nurse was exemplary disrespectful and suggested I waited In the waiting room until children services could come and pick me up (even know I live on my own and have nothing to do with them?) And this is after I explained I was extremely tired and said I felt like I was going to past out at any moment.. again, very disrespectfully she said that wasn't their problem and I had to figure a way back myself. i understand that some of the nurses are not used to someone with really bad anixity. My anxiety actually started to get to the point where I constantly passed out over anxiety attacks. And with me being basically an adult at the children's stolery there probably not used too that either, but it's not like I wanted to be there at all either. There gave me such bad anixity from the disrespect that there gave me horrible anixity Attacks(Even known I tried my best to be as polite and forward as possible, which was extremely hard with my anixity being as bad as it was at the time) I guess there might have thought it was a waste of there time or something and it wasn't an actual medical concern? I honestly wasn't quite sure why I was treated so horribly, the doctor was the only one that was half what nice to me. And I eventually ended up walking home at around 5 AM across town ( 2 and half hour walk) just to get home get some rest.. collapsed a couple times making it home... Fun times lol

When I tried to ask her what is going on I am waiting 6 hrs NOW AND STILL NOT IN TO SEE THE DOCTOR SHE GONNA TELL ME NOT TO INTERRUPT HER! This lady rub me the wrong way I felt stereotype she done red flag me not to see a doctor! .. I had my 10 month old son in my hand acting up and my daughter fussing even though she has the sweetest smile ever even in her pain...one of Alberta bill of rights is not to refuse a person care no matter race or gender but obviously she did refuse me cause of my race... anyhow she didn't want it to look bad so around 8 :45 she pointed to a room to go into and I went with my kids and can I tell u how long were waiting I ended up bawling my eyes out cause I see my 2 kids crying my big son is 13 so wasn't crying just was sad to see the discrimination and politics in Alberta health system! This other nice pretty eye nurse name Kenzie came in after hearing the crying in the room she showed some empathy offer us Sandwhiches n water/juice but my baby girl still not eaten cause we don't know what the dr might request.. My baby was crying and fussing so I went outside where all the patients was and I said to Kim KARMA will catch up on her and that she showed no empathy knowing I have a young baby in my hand fussing and the cases that I observed went before me aint urgent than my daughter case! she red flag me not to see a Dr this was now like after 12 midnight anyhow I went back to the waiting area not even 15 minute's good me see a doctor Mark come he was very nice and cheerful to my baby girl ....did the x-ray it came back fine thank God nothing stuck but obviously it wouldn't show inflammation due to her ears infection previously so I got a nasal spray prescribed plus follow up at pediatrician by around 1:30 am I was out total of 11hrs at the children section this is sooooo crazy! I pay nuff tax in this country if a cause the Healthcare free why dem treat us soooo Alberta Healthcare system need fixing 1 dr for so many sick kids nah work unuh need to treat kids them better with respect and dignity hallelujah Jesus they are the future Right now since I left the hospital my 10 month's old baby sick 2 days he not able to go daycare fever high baby stuffy bad we reach home around 2:45am causemy daughter was starving grab her McDonald's ....my baby is sick and I am home trying to help him get better with home remedies I am so scared of the hospital system at Stollery children hospital not sure if the other hospital is the same my frenz told me noooo..this treatment the kids and i went through is a lawsuit but I am save a child of God and I forgave u all! I just need the Alberta's Healthcare government to do better the system is broken and the kids don't need to feel the pinch they are the future.treat them with respect and dignity show empathy they can not be sitting for 11 hrs in a hospital or nowhere that is so confine! I know this review might get push under the mat like the others but u need to make adjustments!

I have never seen the worst medicine. I have already been to the emergency room in Strollery hospital 2 times in 2 weeks. the first time my mother was in the emergency room because she was bothered by pain in her arm and 1 leg and stomach pain. she could not walk well because her leg and arm were swollen. who helped her, they took a blood test, checked the pressure, temperature, and dripped with sodium chloride, and fluorography was done 2 times (they asked several times if she was falling), they diagnosed «gout». who issued them diplomas, please tell me? how can you be such doctors who do not know what they are doing? why didn't they take a urine test, why didn't they check the ultrasound in the hospital? we waited 12 hours in the waiting room to hear the wrong diagnosis and the wrong treatment, which led to the worse condition of my mother, who after a week could not stand on the other leg. that is, she cannot walk at all. I didn't like the attitude of the nurse who checked the pressure and put the dropper. she was condescending, scoffed that my mother did not know the language and said that many people who do not know the language have now come from Ukraine. . The next week, we went to the emergency room again, waited 15 hours, but this time the male doctor told us that everything was fine with her and that she should continue taking pills for stomach pain, Tylenol... are you serious doctors? who gave you the diplomas? which you have the right not to reveal the diagnosis and send home, and also this doctor gave me a printout of our tests, which shocked us... I will attach the results for sure. we sent these tests to doctors we know in Ukraine and they told us that my mother would die with such tests.... she is dying…. doctor said that everything is fine with her, let her take the medicines prescribed by the previous doctor! Previous doctor was : “ Dr Amanda Schouten “ the condition worsened, the next morning I called an ambulance. we got to Misericordia Hospital on the WEST waited 12 hours. The doctors were surprised by the diagnosis given to the mother and do not understand why she was not prescribed antibiotics? doctors could not understand this hospital teaches other students, so why do they teach not to diagnose correctly? all the nurses and doctors waved their hands and shook their heads, how could it be that they are treating something that is not needed. they prescribed an antibiotic, but it doesn't help either, they didn't do an ultrasound of the organs, although it can all be done in the hospital once we got to the hospital, they didn't check the kidney examination, they didn't prescribe a blood thinner, they didn't prescribe diuretic pills either, that is, they didn't do anything again!!! I hate Canada and medicine in the first place!!! Please tell me, doctors, why did you take the Hippocratic oath? you have to treat and look for a diagnosis, what exactly is bothering your client, if there are doubts about the diagnosis, make a consultation between several doctors? you should help people and kill like you are doing now with my mother!!! you have spoiled our impression of Canada so much and we don't want to stay here for a day, they don't treat but cripple. I will add later how everything will happen. I don't even know where to turn to an ordinary person, where to get advice, who can protect in such a situation? who takes responsibility for a person's life? how can all these people be punished so that such mistakes are not repeated with others in the future? tell me please!

My child was admitted with a 40 degree temperature. Had to wait 5 hours to even be seen even though she was delirious and having problems staying awake. The emergency nurses put in an IV in her because she was dehydrated. They attempted to take blood 10 times, blew her arm veins out and were only successful 3 out of those ten times to collect blood samples. The first time they put an IV in, they didn’t turn on the drip and it said on her chart she had a whole bag of IV when that was not true. There is an extreme lack of communication between nurses and nurses and doctors. What one doctor would say, a nurse would not be aware of and vice versa. Nurses sat outside the door giggling when one was tasked with taking blood making joking remarks. While some nurses seem to actually care and treat children like humans, the majority here seem to treat this as an entry level job. My child is four and small. All over her hands and arms are bruising to the point where she looks like a drug user. My child complied with the poking in the beginning, she’s tough and very gentle in her personality. Now she is traumatized by the nurses and by needles, and their roughness with her. She is now screaming and waking from a dead sleep screaming because she thinks nurses are going to touch her again and hurt her. She was a cuddled and now hates being touched. She screams to be saved from them and the mental toll it is taking on her aggravates me to no end when it could have been avoided had they just taken the care to make sure blood draws here done by nurses who were competent. One nurse was able to do it in about 30 seconds and was easily successful. The amount of trauma they put my child through is deplorable and we will never EVER bring her here again.

I visited the strollery a couple of nights ago and was disgusted to say the least. My daughter had what was thought to be croup 8 weeks ago, and continued to get worse even after being on inhalers, croup meds, nasal spray. I visited clinics, family dr and our paediatrician all said it was nothing. After getting worse I decided it was time to visit the stollery. I arrived only to be loaded into a room full of sick children sitting on the floor and crowed among other very sick children. (We choose to wait in the hallway) I had been there for 5 hours by now and was with another mother who had been back for the 6th time in 5 days with a severely dehydrated 2 year old. She could not get any help forcing her daughter to drink pedialite through a syringe. So she politely asked me if I would (of course I did) this was not okay, there were nurses everywhere talking about someone’s engagement in the corner. Then I witness nurses and emt staff laughing and mocked a 14yr old indigenous girl who obviously needed consoling and help. (Two male ems attendants proceed laughed at her while she cried for her dad in the hall) After waiting for close to 7 hours I was told by a nurse that I was wasting their time and to bring my daughter back when she couldn’t breathe. She wasn’t even that sick. Well, we visited a walk in clinic today where my daughter was actually looked at. Turns out she has had bronchitis for the last 8 weeks which has gotten so bad she now has a throat infection and oral thrush from the harsh inhalers that were not necessary! Which you nurses would have caught for me if you would have just seen her and taken an X-ray. I will NEVER bring my children back to this place. I will pay for them to be taken to Calgary !

My personal experiences with the Stollery have always been positive. The wait times can be frustrating, but as with any emergency room, patients are triaged based on urgency. When my son was 6, he started suffering chronic pain and swelling in his hip joints to the point he could barely walk. We brought him into several doctors and pediatricians who all said there was nothing wrong with him. It was a Stollery ER doctor who finally referred him to the rheumatology department where he was diagnosed with juvenile arthritis. His quality of life drastically improved after this diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Fast forward four years, he has been seen on other occasions in the ER for broken bones and mental health concerns. The nurses are knowledgeable and patient with children who are anxious and fearful. The staff have good bedside manners with the children. When my son was younger he was given an iPad to play on. I understand it’s frustrating to parents who think their child is sicker than others and should be seen right away. The longest I have had to wait here was 4 hours, which with a 9 year old with a broken collarbone, felt very long. But they gave him a wheelchair and the doctor came into the waiting room to talk to us and check on him. He might have been more comfortable in an exam room, but it would not have affected his outcome. I will continue seeking treatment at and donating to the Stollery.

How can I thank the NICU team and the extended team of specialists for taking exceptional care of us and our little one during an extremely stressful situation? Prompt, attentive care from each speciality area; clear communication about results both in scientific and layman’s terms; patience, compassion, and also - a bit of fun! From the nursing team who would answer our endless questions and make small touches like putting a gauze bow in our sweet girl’s hair. Coming to rounds every morning (or videoconferencing in) allowed us to know exactly the status of things and her care plan, as well as us being about to raise any concerns. I can’t even begin to name all the people who supported us through a situation that ended up much better than we could have imagined. Guaranteed I will forget/mess up some names, but I’m going to try - Crystal & Clement from transport, Amara, Brianna, Sydney, Brooke, Julie/a, Kathryn, Praisegod, Brenna, Gail, Chetna from the nursing team (I know I’ve forgot some names here!), Dr. Hornberger, Dr. McBrian, Dr. Spencer, Dr. Tessa Meral, Dr. Joynt…And of course all the staff behind the scenes! Please know if I forgot your name it’s only from sleep deprivation. We are endlessly grateful for everyone’s support and we are blessed with you angels on earth who take care of these precious babies. Thank you for getting us home safe with our little girl.

We were visiting Edmonton when my 7 month old stopped breathing. We called 911 and he was taken to the Stollery. During the ambulance ride my son was given Tylenol and his fever was starting to subside. When we got to the hospital they checked his vitals and then asked us to wait to be seen. I had his vitals checked twice, once they gave him advil. We have been waiting for 6 hours now and my 7 month old has still not been seen. I was told he needed to be seen because he had a seizure which is serious but since he looks okay now, it is not an emergency. Here is my issue, the nurses and emergency care personnel see so many patients that the patients they see have just become #'s to them rather than humans. They lack the human element of empathy and care. My son is 7 months old and was brought in an ambulance but until they have seen him passed out, not breathing or having a seizure they don't care. I wish we had an option for private care especially for situations like this because I would never support public care & not have to be forced to stand such lack of customer care. Its quite sad that we pay so much in taxes for such awful patient care.

We’ve arrived at the stollery children’s hospital emergency department around 5:00am to have my son diagnosed due to high fever, cold, stomach flu and other related symptoms and i am so worried because my son’s condition is getting worse, and yet, we have to wait for 6 hours and we’re not being attended yet. I asked the triage nurse how come we are not being attended, she said it’s not a first come first serve basis. So, what kind of system do they implement here? I find it stupid… i don’t understand what type of service they provide to all patients here… i don’t understand what is the basis or guidelines they implement whether the patient has to be in critical condition before they assist it??? What the heck??? Is there only 1 doctor for the whole day? Why do we have to wait for so long like 6 to 8 hours long? Is this the type of service they provide? Why??? Because it’s free Because we don’t pay anything??? This emergency is literally not emergency. Because no matter how early you arrive here, no matter how critical you are as you arrived, it doesn’t really make sense… in short, the hospital service here SUCKS!!!!

The doctors and nurses at the Stollery Children's Hospital are all professional and friendly. However, the journey to get to this hospital with my little baby is too rough. Every day, my family and I are forced to inhale secondhand smoke from people who gather to smoke in front of the entrance. Who would want their baby to be exposed to cigarette smoke? Although there are signs warning against smoking around the building, there is no one enforcing the rules and stopping people from smoking. One of Canada's top children's hospitals seems to have its reputation tarnished by people smoking cigarettes in front of the hospital. Other than that, there are no other inconveniences when using the hospital. The doctors, nurses, and numerous staff members of this hospital seem to have a strong sense of professionalism and dedication to their mission, as they work tirelessly to care for sick patients and their families. I am truly grateful for this. The inside of the hospital building is generally clean, but the outdoor public parking lot on the east side was very dirty.

I tuely hate to give the stollery one star because I have heard amazing things but maybe that just once you are able to make it past triage. I took my 14month old in with a head injury both of the male nurses in triage were very nice the one female nurse was absolutely horrendous. I watched her for hours dealing with patients and I'd go as far to say that she had an issue with any patient that had dark skin because every other patient she dealt with she was very courteous to but not any of the patients with darker skin. She got extremely irrate with me asking if it was ok for my daughter to sleep with a head injury and she said in a very irrate tone as long as she can be woken up. When I tried to ask do I need to keep waking her up or at what intervals she walked away and went and sat back at her desk wasn't walking away to deal with another patient just walked away from us beyond rude. As parents we are there seeking help for our children we are worried and concerned and don't know what to do this bedside manner is unacceptable.

I could not be so disappointed and hurt as a parent. I came to the emergency with my 22 month old child as she had high fever for 3days and not eating and being dehydrated and just sick. Waited for 6 hours, 11-5:30pm. I had need to ask to when we will be seen and the triage did not even know my child was there even they gave her a wrist band. Waited in the room for an hour. The nurse already said she breath quite fast and she check her oxygen level.. that’s it. After 30 mins doctor came check the stomach, ears and said he’s seen 5 kids that day with same symptoms and nothing to do. Wait for 5days, if she have the fever for 5 days then go to the family doctor. Let my daughter fight what virus she having. I asked for anti biotic but the doctor said why would he give one as she is a health baby. I did not go there and wait 6 long hours while my child is being uncomfortable being held in the chair waiting and if I don't see anything wrong with her. This system is just broken.

My son had a bike accident and hurt his wrist. His family doctor told us to see an orthopaedist immediately. When we arrived at the emergency room at the Stollery Hospital there were probably no more than a couple of persons sitting there. It was at around 10:30 of a weekday morning. We got checked in by a nurse almost right away. Another nurse came and showed us to the doctor's office and we waited there for about 20 minutes until the doctor came. The doctor was very patient and friendly. And then we waited for another 20 minutes to be shown into the X-ray room and have images taken. Then, we were shown back to the doctor's office, waited for another 20 minutes to be told by the same doctor that there was no bone fracture. The entire process in the hospital took roughly 1.5 hours. I give this hospital 5 stars. It's not to say that that I or anyone should love going to this hospital but out of the very few visits that I've made, each one has been basically painless.

  • Denise Dutrisac

I understand that as an emergency room, you are busy and will be taking the most important cases first, but when you call the 811 line to decrease the patient load by having early triage and they tell you to call am ambulance and the ambulance drops you off and you sit in the waiting room for NINE HOURS, without being seen, it says a lot about the lack of communication between 811, and the hospital. Do better stollery, as part of the U of A you should be setting an example for other how other hospitals should run. Instead, you pale in comparison and are so far the absolute worst hospital I've been to. This includes the ignorant nursing staff, I am on the edge of my seat to yet be able to meet a doctor here. Due to what I've seen here I think they will just further waste my time. If I had gone to the hospital closer to home chances are high that I would have been in and out in no time. Moral of the story, don't come here, you'll get better care elsewhere. .

The hospital for the children's side is 5 stars!!!!! Don't go to the adult emergency there!! It was my first time going last night. I dont care about waiting.... like everyone else.... but they put me into a room that looks like a dental office for hours. The nurse didn't even want to check me... he said he had paperwork to fill out and he will be right there.... okay cool... over 1 hour later he finally checked me. I asked for a social worker.... they never provided one for me. I go to the bathrooms and someome put poop on toilet paper and had it hanging out of the garbage.... this is the ADULTS side !! Royal Alex is good for adults, Stollery is good for children.... there is no in-between. The staff are not caring for the adults at the stollery. I went to the stollery originaly because of how Profesional they were when I took my kids because they were amazing ! My mistake to think the adults side was just as good Hope this helps!!

I had to get constant care every 3 years for a problem that I was born with when I was a child, the staff helped me alot since I was 3, making sure that the hospital felt like home to me! I remember always being excited to go to the hospital because as a kid, I really loved the interior- even now at almost 18, I still love the interior! I also was admitting into the cardiac unit about two years ago, because I had gall stones and needed surgery to remove my gall bladder and they had no space in the gastrointestinal unit. The nurses helped me so much, they were there 24/7 and kept on asking me if I was okay, even though (thankfully) i had suffered no future pain during my stay. The surgery was quick and I was able to start walking within a day, the nurses there cheered me on while I walked with the iv machine. It just feels like home. Highly recommend this hospital and I hope to work in the hospital once I get my degree!

Never come here for mental health. I’ve been to this 4 times hospital as a child in a mental crisis. Every time I went in I was on the verge of suicide or I had attempted. My last visit there we went during a crisis and we sat in the waiting area for an hour, went into the mental health room for another hour, was told my mother and I had to stay overnight to see the psychiatrist in the morning. My mother went home to grab some stuff for overnight (which was 45 minutes there and back from our place) and I proceeded to get worse and hysterical. I was there for an hour and a half crying my eyes out alone (and the door was open) and not a single nurse checked in on me. In the morning I was basically told to go home. I was given “resources” which was just the kids help phone (which is also useless.) Now I’m an adult, I have received no help. No support. Nothing to help me. I’m surprised I’ve even gotten this far.

We had to take our daughter in over the weekend and we live a few hours east of Edmonton. First off the wait time was told to us upon entry that it was going to be at least a 6-8 hour wait so we appreciate them letting us know. Me and my wife and daughter didn't mind because the nurses on staff are absolute angels and trying their best to accommodate everyone to the best of their abilities so please be patient with them. Yes it is so hard when your child is in pain and you just need that help but I guarantee you that they will get the help they need the second they can do it. I have so much more I can say but this is already pretty long. I know not everyone will feel this way but for us it was an overall positive situation. Thanks again for all your help and please keep up your amazing work!

Went in because my son split his head open. So much blood he looked like a crime scene, and yet we waited over 5 hours and got fed up and left ( and yes I get priority is based on severity but a time sensitive wound should be up there in the queue) The bleeding thankfully stopped and at that point it was too late to do anything. The nursing staff/ triage staff are AWEFUL. They literally know nothing and can't seem to ever tell you anything!!! Why are you even there? Please tell me besides taking down a patients name and abhcc and "history" which you have to repeat all to the doctor. What care are you actually providing ? The Canadian health care system is AWEFUL we should consider privatizing it maybe then patients can actually be seen without bleeding out in a waiting room

  • Chantal Knibbs

If I could give them no stars I would! The staff in childrens emerg. are absolutely incapable of critical thinking and there is no sign of common sense or the ability to problem solve. Their doctor's are lazy and incompetent. And the overall care is a joke. Most people coming in need advil or tylenol administered to their child. Are you kidding me... we came in with a forien object in the body. And waited 8 hours to have it removed. They administered fentanyl without weighting the patient. Absolute negligence and laziness. Even after being confronted about no weight being done. Nurses shrugged it off and continued to administer the medication. Save yourself the trip. Call you family doctor or pediatrician first. At least you'll receive a better level of care.

They are there to help kids but do very little to help. My 11 months old baby had high temperature of 39.8 Celsius for 3 weeks, body weakness, inability to sleep at night, loss of appetite, diarrhea and other flu like symptoms. She was gradually draining in my eyes. I went there and all they told me was use tylenol and advil alternatively (10times a day). I doubt who gives such prescription because even adults take tylenol after 4 hours minimum. Fast forward, with all the painkillers my daughter's temperature was still same. I brought her back after 5 days and all they told me was that they know it is a sad and painful situation but there is nothing they can do to help the situation even if the fever extends to two months. My heart bleeds for my child.

This afternoon/evening there was a lady with longer blonde hair and dark roots sitting outside the stollery emerg giving masks out but she has no bedside manners. She is a grumpy woman that should not be working there. She complained for the 5 hours we sat there about every single patient. I have never heard such a miserable person in my entire life. She clearly hates her job, she is rude, she scowls at patients. She should not be working there at all. This is the first face we see when we take our kids there. I truly believe nurses and doctors are heros but this woman may have swayed me because she was so mean and its hard to advocate for people like her. And no I will not reach out to discuss this further. You know who she was so do better!

One of the worst service I received in Canada. Came here for an emergency with less than 30 minutes waiting time. Even after 4 hours nothing happened. Still waiting here after triage registration done in 2 hours .. attitude of the desk staffs are ridiculous… they have no answers others than sorry.. frustrating … They saw my daughter vomiting 2 times waiting here but didn’t bother to offer a disposable bag unless asked.. Now the waiting time shows 3+hrs… When asked why app shows 3 hrs and it’s 4 hrs for us now already, got a funny response that the waiting time is calculated after triage registration.. It’s as if they expect taxpayers to keep complaining and go against the govt for not providing funds to hire more doctors

  • Connie Hinton

This hospital is a complete disaster , honestly you can't tell it's only good by it's facade , the organization of the nurses is lousy , the doctors have no idea what they are doing , my son had pneumonia and they found out 4 days late , and it was because I demanded they do more than give him Tylenol for the fever . I have been here 7 days and if I wasn't here with my son watching every move I think he would be really bad . I have been here for 7 days and I know what I am talking about. Children can go weeks without getting proper hygiene , if their sheets are dirty and you are not here , I am sorry but that is how they will stay .... The Canadian health care system really is a mockery .

  • Ope Akin

Very positive experience. I got there around 6.30 am and there was no one at the ER waiting room. I don't know if it was sheer luck on my part but there was a disconnect between the services I got and the reviews I read. I was prepared to wait for atleast 5 hrs with my little one but we were in and out in 2 hrs. My little one had a bone fracture and the doctors and nurses were super nice. I peeped through the wait room while leaving around 8.30am and it was still empty. I know people would rather leave a negative review if their experience wasn't up to par but would not leave a positive experience if they received a good service so I am writing this to help others

  • Snow Pendak

Do not bring your kid who has mental illness because they are don’t do nothing to help, they don’t recognize when kid is in self danger, so wow if kid said to them that they will go for therapy and will not harming them self actually they believe the kid not parents and they let kid like that home , my question is did you really finish the school for mental health or just blabbing nonse nse! Horrible experience not just one time, probably more then 10 times.. the Knowledge of this doctors and nurses for mental health it’s 0 they just trust kids , Thanks for great help I don’t know why I even paying in mental help but I will for sure contact them!!!

  • Charissa Lavoie

This review has to do with the new owners taking over the cafeteria in the main part of the stollery. The food is much more expensive. My daughter ordered a grilled cheese 9$, my husband had chicken fingers 7$, and I had a poutine which was 9$. The chicken fingers were soggy., the fries were soggy and the cheese on top was just cheese slices ripped up. To say it was gross and un appetizing was an understatement. I have been going to this hospital every day for the past 3 1/2 months and the d was much tastier and affordable. The staff was much more friendly as well.i give this place a negative 0 out of 100. Do not eat. Warning. April 7 2023

  • Joy Ann

Staff are friendly. BUT!! Wait times are through the roof everyday. 7+ hours waiting to be seen. This is unheard of in every other major city in Canada. The stollery can not keep up with the inflow of Edmonton. The city NEEDS to fund an extension as PRIORITY. Im seeing so many families told to go home or left questioning whether they should. Dehydration running high as the vending machines are broken and or EMPTY!! In both the stollery and adult in take. Overflow waiting in the hallway and missing names being called because you can't hear them over kids crying... It's sad and heart breaking for such a big and up and coming growing city.

  • Thushara Jay

Visited few times and every time the experiences were great. The nurses were so friendly and helpful. It was word class. Waiting times for each test and surgery was very responsible. Most of the time it was just over a month. Dr Dicken and the team was very professional. The nursing staff including ms Karen were so friendly and helpful in section 4D. Never forgot to smile regardless how busy they were. They really made the stay “even better than home” for my daughter. The play area called “The beach” was amazing. So many activities for the kids staying in the wards. Thanks so much to all the staff in Stollery Children’s Hospital!!

  • Lejo M

If any one giving more than a star (there is no option to give less than one ) they either doesn’t know anything about what is emergency department is , or they never ever see any other emergency department anywhere in the world other than canada . It is a disaster , mismanagement ,irresponsibility and etc etc. nothing will impress you other than free unlimited WIFI .not only waiting ,you may think it’s because of short staff . But even after enough staff I am pretty sure you will not get happy because it’s full of junk . Canadians next time when you go for vacation to Mexico or Cuba make a visit at least a emergency over there

  • Dalton Kitching

We had to rush to the Stollery Children's Hospital with our newborn son from Red Deer due to some complications. The staff, doctors, and nurses are so compassionate and it's easy to tell how much they care for all the children in the NICU. We couldn't be happier with our time we spent here. They also ensured we are okay and constantly checked on us and updated us to ensure we have everything we need while remaining totally focused on our son. Every shift change a large group comes in and discusses the plans for the day and fills you with confidence that these people truly are the best ones to be looking after your child.

  • Inspire Studio

Possibly the worst managed establishment. Not just crazy wait times but the way things are managed. Simple e.g : imagine being there with very sick kid and have to wait for minimum 5 hrs and when your child is hungry you can’t access cafeteria from inside you have to go out in cold with sick kid( you can’t leave her in waiting area because only one parent is allowed at property) meanwhile if they call your name you have to wait another 5 hrs no Matter how sick is your kid as far as the nurse think they are not…….. The staff is hit and miss some are very good who try their best. Others I guess just have given up.

  • kenny brown

Lots of people working but they still make people wait over 6 hours in an EMERGENCY ROOM. They don’t care about your emergency your better off finding help elsewhere. I don’t even know what the women at the desk get paid for I watched them talk amongst themselves about their personal lives and have the audacity to refuse service to people because they interrupt there conversation to complain about the wait time. It’s honestly a joke. I had a blood clot in my leg causing me to not able to walk snd they still made me wait over 6 hours. Pathetic excuse these people and they are supposed to take care of us?

  • William Whitefield III

Like many other people said in their reviews: I would not recommend this bed and breakfast. The bedding was stiff The food menu was limited The “view” was sub par and mostly of a parking lot. Other patrons were quite loud. Oh…wait…this is a hospital and not a beach resort? Grow up people. On a serious note the nurses here are amazing and really care for the children. The resident doctors do their absolute best to ensure the accurate diagnosis is given to babies. Yes it’s busy, yes there are wait times, but at the end of the day you can come here and get exceptional help at no cost. Highly recommend

  • Katherine Luknowsky

We had to bring our youngest son here for a sedated ABR at the age of three years old. He lives with autism and we called ahead to inform the team about what could be expected. They had everything prepared for us when we arrived to keep him as comfortable as possible and the whole procedure went incredibly smoothly overall. They had some sensory toys and a quiet room set aside for him and removed all of the drama that could’ve potentially occurred from him disrupting other children or procedures. We never felt like a burden and they were all gracious and kind to us every step of the way.

  • Amy

My baby was in pain and we had to rush to the emergency room, but it seems like they don't understand the meaning of 'emergency.' Even though we came because of a car accident and my baby was showing symptoms, the nurse said a 4-hour wait is standard. I can't comprehend that standard. I just hope every child is safe. They should take action for the child, even if it's just a precaution. After waiting for 5 hours, when we said we were going somewhere else, the nurse just said, 'Ok sure.' If it had been a truly urgent situation, I can't even imagine. I will never go there again."

  • Chris Fearon

Took my daughter in after a very poor experience at a local Medicenter for a bad laceration. We were seen super quick, the triage staff know how to deal with kids, and do it VERY well. All the staff we interacted with were amazing, made both my daughter and I feel at ease with the situation, and dealt with the laceration far faster than the first clinic. Went in with not high expectations after the first clinic and came out very happy with the treatment, and speed of treatment. Bedside manner is hands down the best for small kids, and the staff sure know how to treat them.

  • Terry Peristerakis

Our new born son needed Open Heart Surgery days after birth, and the NICU and the PCICU were absolutely amazing. We had great nurses day in and out and were great to talk to, help out, and answer questions. The DR staff was also great, and very helpful. Our entire experience at this hospital was so much better than what we had in Winnipeg, and changed the situation a lot. In addition we really like the hospital, the lay out was great. The garden on the 4'th floor is nice, and the courtyard area is pretty nice too. Very good experience in the end, but happy to be home now.

  • George Anthony

The conservative government absolutely destroyed healthcare in this province and unfortunately our children are suffering because of it... The staff here is excellent however they don't have enough people and don't have enough beds it's more policy than funding and 100% the fault of the conservative government. Update: I have watched this entire room empty twice while my very sick son remains unseen, (this includes older kids far less sick) I don't know what the issue is here and I hate to say it, BUT I AM CONSIDERING PRIVATE BECAUSE ITS A JOKE AT THIS POINT.

  • Garret Verreault

This hospital is embarrassing, there is no communication between patients and doctors. The communication between doctors and nurses is non existent. Very disorganized, they don't return calls, you can't leave voice mails with the doctors and when you do finally talk to one they only give 30% of the information that you need! We were not told a specific time for our daughter's CT scan also after we asked if she needed it the nurses gave us conflicting information about whether she needed it or not. Is this the kind of health care our children deserve?!

  • Kirk Dewhurst

It’s unfortunate that there are negative reviews considering the life saving work that goes on here. I understand wait times can be long but we all can be more patient. The are prioritizing that needs to be taken into consideration. If you child were in dire circumstances I know that you would get immediate help. All the great work that goes on here should be congratulated. Great place for kids to come to a place to hopefully be healed. I had a close friends child that had a serious accident and they had nothing but good to say about the Stollery.

  • Kevin Skubleny

Wonderful care, we could never ask for better care. I see allot of negative reviews below and it makes me kind of angry. This is as good as in the universal health care system. Emergency room attention is always going to be less than ideal it can't be ideal for everyone all of the time. We can't just keep on adding and spending without any thought or care or we will not have a universal system one day. People should compare this to places where they have to pay for care or not recieve it. Spend a little time in the states

  • hanan elsafadi

Waited In the emergency room for 8 hrs, another 2 hrs inside for my 1 year old to be seen by the doctor. 10 hrs wait in total and still didn’t get a doctor to check on her. They sent a student doctor that seemed unsure about the situation. Didn’t do any tests or blood work on my daughter. She said that she would send a senior doctor but she ended up coming back saying that was it just go with what I told you. Ended up leaving without knowing what is wrong with her or even what can I do to help her getter better.

  • RMA CANADA

January 1 2023 .. my son have high fever and difficulty of breathing due to coughing dry and stuffy nose sinuses.. he have infection.. we called ambulance but its useless because you will still wait for so long .. we waited for 6hrs and half in the waiting room triage watching my son suffering... and this time there are few people in waiting room patients like very little kids that sick are waiting with there guardians but still we wait for 6 hrs OMG! Not included the waiting inside when they call you in!

  • Tonya Kilpatrick

Our daughter was rushed in by an ambulance into the hospital and from the moment we arrived we were treated with compassion and care. All of the nurses and staff members including the doctor’s went above and beyond and were able to calm me and my husband down during a stressful time. Our 22 month old daughter suffered a seizure and it was a very scary time but I felt at ease and well taken care of. Very very thankful for such a compassionate, positive group of people assisting us.

  • Ryan D

Waited the first 2 hours with a 5 year old writhing in pain who hadn't peed in 2 days. Staff did nothing. Triage nurses didn't care. Eventually he gave out a shriek and screamed I'm peeing in my pants. Nobody came so I cleaned him up waited another 4 hours and asked the nurse when we were going to see a doctor after seeing the entire waiting room go through and another. Nurse said he was still low priority and could give me a time. I took my son and left to seek other Healthcare.

  • franchesco

How did they call an emergency.worst city ever, can someone tell me what’s mean an emergency, we have leaders we can call them government officials they are fake and building their life they don’t care about the people,it’s better we can vote to reduce 95 percent of councillors and leader we can use the budget to have more doctors to save more lives instead of wasting money they can’t do anything to public, specially hospitals. Wake up our tax money is being used useless.

  • Jorllet Shaw

I do not recommend at all. Every time I’ve taken any of my kids in we have to wait more then 5 hours and majority of the time get sent home being told to alternate Tylenol and Advil. This time is the last time I will be taking my infant there as this time he was gasping and chocking on air not being able to breath ans the whole time the nurses constantly brushed us off as my son couldn’t breath till he put himself to sleep from attempting to cry but not being able too.

  • Carmen Matinez

How many hours you have to wait until you get into? How many doctors are in emergency? We was waiting for 4 and a half hour and nothing. There was 16 people before us most of them have a flu. How many time it can take to examine a kid with flu? We was there because my daughter can walk. After 4 hours the nurse said that they can give her a ibuprofen for the pain because that is what the doctors could will be made. I can believe! ! Seriously

  • Mikk Williamson

I am so grateful for the amazing nurses, doctors, therapists and specialists, etc. at the Stollery! They have literally saved my children’s lives many times. And so many are just so incredibly compassionate and kind as well as great at their jobs! Everyone from the non-medical to medical teams have provided so much comfort for us during scary, stressful stays. Love love love the Stollery. (But the parking situation is abysmal, unfortunately.)

  • Muamer Dapo

Today's experience with the personnel of this facility makes me wanna give them 10 star review but only 5 is available. So my wife took our younger daughter to emergency room and wife said they were so kind and nice to both of them. I appreciate that so much. Besides of being kind and nice to them they were very knowledgeable. Thank you all emergency services workers who do their job that good as they shoud. Many thanks and God bless you all.

  • Stephanie Macneil

Aweful experience. Toddler with head Injury with swelling growing everyday not going down with ice, forced to leave after 3 hour wait toddlers can't sit for the 6hr wait period in emerge, No pediatrician is the only reason I came and honestly I never even make an attempt ever again to come here, Sick of being told by other hospitals to come here that it's the children's hospital but you come here and theirs 0 help due to waittimes.

  • Candyce Large

Today was so hard taking our baby to the emergency. She had a large burn on her leg. The staff were so remarkably concerned and very professional. They help calm us down and give our daughter Creea excellent health care. We would love to tell the staff that helped today. That we will never forget how you helped our daughter. We know your occupations are not easy and we want you to know that you are our heros. Thank You!!!!!

  • Brenda lee doel

These doctors and specialists are soooooo accommodating when your going through the motions of disease. Once they were done chopping at my daughters insides. Those caring doctors went away. No care. No how to prevent my daughter from pain. Dissatisfaction. No like. Sent off to other so called specialists. It’s a living nightmare. Your left to disaster. Then when the child is in utter pain at home for a month.

  • Ram

Yes. We are all need to be more patience as a patient when it comes to Stollery. Very great people work on this place towards the good cause for the Communities in Edmonton. Nevertheless, the priority has been taken care of promptly and they work their best to service the people. So appreciate the work they do for our kids as they are very much like us in the future. Very thankful for all the staffs, nurse and doctors .

  • Emma

This is the LAST place you want to take your child with mental illness. Not only was the wait 6-7 hours, I went and the nurses and mental team were so supportive but when it came to the psychiatrist, they brushed everything off, even though knowing I was in danger of myself. I was sent home and told to take more meds, do more therapy, in which I already have been doing. Wasted my time, and I’m severely disappointed.

  • Amazing Gaming

Very disappointed, brought my son to emergency as he vomits blood 2 times. There were only 7 kids by the time we arrived including my son, 3 hours passed and all the those 6 kids were gone and lots of new patients has been seen but we're still waiting, I asked them how long should we wait and said that they don't know. We left the hospital without being seen by the doctor.. Wasted 4 hours of wait for nothing.

  • Liam

The nurses in the ICU clinic are the most caring and nicest people around and know what they are doing. They also do a great job of keeping the family informed and as comfortable as possible while there. The hospital is also very well looked after as it is a very clean facility. I would give a way higher rating but I can only give five stars. Thank you for all the awesome work your staff do!

  • Marissa Edstrom

My daughter born injured was brought here to see the pediatric orthopaedic specialist for hip and knee correction/surgeries, with endless efforts, supports and even him seeking second opinions ect prior to treatment Dr. Louis B. has been outstanding with our daughter! We are so thankful for him and his team in day surgery as well as in orthopaedics and mri! Everyone is so great with her!

  • Bella Andoh

This is the most amazing place for children. The nurses, doctors, dietary aides, and the housekeepers are all phenomenal. The staff members are supportive, compassionate, and competent. I am extremely grateful for this hospital and the health professionals who work here. My son received the best care during his stay. I can't stop praising the healthcare professionals of the Stollery. ❤❤❤

  • Kousik Ramachandran

Even though you have to spend a whole night to get to see a physician. The moment your kid's name is called you are entering into a place where AMAZING TEAM OF ER are caring your kid, they LISTEN CAREFULLY, SHOW EMPATHY, understands your emotions and give recommendations based on your history and their expertise. Dr Daina Thomas was consulted twice for my kids, I'm exceptionally happy.

  • Jamie Harding

Had our daughter here for some dental work on general anestesia. As a father I was quite scared of the whole thing even though its minor compared to what a lot of kids have to deal with. The nurses, doctors and staff know what they’re doing here. I was very impressed with all they did to help our daughter feel comfortable. I’ll be forever grateful to how well they treated her

  • mya eisenhauer

Overall OK experience. Loved the social worker that went around making sure everyone was comfortable. Loves a hand full of the nurses, very sweet and caring. But like all places there was some very mean and harsh nurses that talked badly about patients and the kids in open areas where I could hear it. I think a couple nurses in there definitely lack sympathy and friendliness.

  • Steve Gomes

Lady providing masks at the emergency entrance extremely rude, raised her voice at me and wouldn’t answer my questions. We are here for an emergency and she is the first person we see when seeking help. Just another Karen that should be fired. Unpleasant and should work elsewhere. Children's hospital should hire more mature staff. Late night shift woman don’t know her name.

  • Taylor Zimmerman

This is the first time I have had to bring my daughter in a few years and I was nervous the wait would be very long. I was happily surprised and on top of that everyone we dealt with was great and in positive attitudes which goes a long way when you are dealing with an unwell child. Thank you everyone who working the night shift during the holidays and helped my daughter.

  • derek schmalzbauer

Its sad that there are so many bad reviews people whining about having to wait for a couple hrs. This place is where children with the most severe medical conditions are taken care of first as it should be. we spent the better part of 3 months when our child was born with a heart condition and the again twice after for more heart surgery believe me they never quit.

  • Jamal Arsali

This is the worst hospital you could come to,but I recommend to come if you want to waste your time. we had to wait 5 hours in waiting area and 3 hours in the waiting room and all the nurses and doctors are disrespectful every time we would talk to one of them they would have the worst attitude it’s better to die when your home than dying in the waiting area.

  • Javed Khan

i took my son around 4am because he was sick. And until day 2pm there was no doctor in the hospital to check my 5 years old son. i am still here and waiting and don’t know how long it will take. It is very frustrating they only put us in a room in the waiting list. How we can survive if something happens I don’t understand about our health department. thanks

  • Sandeep Dhanoa

I Waited In the emergency room for 9 hrs, with my 5 year sick kid and 3 months old baby. But not seen by any doctor. About 4 times , i asked nurses about my turn.there answer was , they have more emergents than us.after 9 hours , i give up and come back home without seen any Doctor.health system is very very bad in canada. There is no value of life.

  • Kaylie L

Doctors are good and the place is clean but the workers at the entrance need us to change the masks. I said that we can just put the mask on top of the one that we have but they didn't want to us to do that and I was saying that if I take my mask off and change it, the germs will spread but the lady denied it. Stupid service at the entrance.

  • Steve Rawlinson

Even in Covid times with huge overburden in admissions (not the fault of the great admin, nurses and doctors who work here), my kid was triaged, xray’d and diagnosed within 3 hrs. Yes it sucks to wait and yes, every kid is important. But these guys and gals do their best. I would send my kids here for emerg any time of day or night.

  • kieran XOTV

Stollery children’s hospital is a fantastic team of professionals dedicated to children Wait times are how triage unfortunately works — i am a veteran of the canadian public medical system and wait times are just what they are. But the kids eventually are helped. Same for grownups. This team at stollery is the best.

  • Verjeet Bandesha

I don't recommend to emergency because I went there with my 1 year old son, he had high fever until 4 days and nose congestion. After 7 hours waiting dr said you gave to him Tylenol if anything happens you can come again. They gave nothing but they need to hire more doctors then reduce wait time ⏲️. Thanks

  • WY N

This is very outstanding hospital and we never have any bad experiences in our visits. Nurses and Doctors have enthusiasm to their jobs and really take good care of patients and also family's feelings. I am glad that Edmonton has such an amazing children hospital and thanks for all the healthcare workers!

  • Rupinder Kaur

All the staff that work here seem to be working at their own pace. They have no sense of urgency what so ever. I understand there were some cut backs in healthcare but if they worked a bit faster and pay attention to their job first instead of discussing personal issues there would be less wait time.

  • Jaymz Moffitt

My daughter ended up there last Saturday. They had very strict protocols.. during a pandemic.. I fully understand. It seemed there was caring people that work within the protocols, and really went above and beyond for us. My daughter got the help she needed as well.. There was heart in my experience.

  • Abdullah Alakkad

The doctors and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Only reason for a 4 star rating is that I had to wait 4 hours after snapping my Achilles tendon to be seen by anyone. So I was in agonizing pain for a few hours before I was given any Advil / Tylenol or any medical treatment.

  • Jay

Waited 3 hours to get into a room, nurse was rude and very condescending. Just had an ultrasound and have been waiting for an hour to get back to my emergency room. I've been here for almost 7 hours now and they've only done 20 minutes of work. Good intentions, very inefficient.

  • Jessica Kolody

Tried taking my newborn there with serious symptoms and we waited over 6 hrs. The nurses don't listen or take your babies health seriously. Its poorly managed and run. We are at a different hospital and they have already called us in to see a doctor. Less than a 30 minute wait.

  • Paul Li

This is a childrens hospital as it says on the big sign outside. Had all types of people entering. Kids that cant explain their pain should be first. Get it right. Waited for over 4 hours and still waiting. Quit asking for donations if you dont know where to use it.

  • Joshua Stcyr

By far the best hospital experience we have ever had. Our little one was flown to Edmonton and immediately seen in the neonatal intensive care unit. All of the staff treated us amazingly and every effort was taken to assure our little one got the care he needed.

  • avalynn johnson

Bless the doctors who saved my life twice as a baby but I went here multiple times for mental health help got absolutely no help but was told I didn’t try hard enough to kill myself. I have had my severe neck back and hip pain dismissed for

  • Victor Jose Espiritu

I, personally actually had to stay in this hospital for weeks on end, receiving chemotherapy, about 5 years ago, and I can say that I am so happy to have stayed in such an environment. I was diagnosed with a germinoma brain tumor in January

  • Katey Merie

Overall i do love this hospital and they have saved my sons life. But my son has a rare medical condition and I am so tired of constantly fighting with staff on how to save his LIFE. If you dont know about CAH that is fine, i understand you

  • De La Torre

I'm so grateful with all the attention in this hospital. A lot of patience and love for the kids. They inform us about everything and the see my child every half hour. We recieved all the attention including food, medicine and supplies and

  • Virginia P

The hospital should check the kids ears and throats during triage. You guys could reduce the waiting time by 70%. Most kids need antibiotics for ear infection or streptococcus which could be given in the first 10 minutes of assessment. If

My Heart Warroir wa admitted in with low oxygen on May 18th 2023 for couple days .. and WHAT A GREAT TEAM he had on C4 . before that my middle Son was admitted back in December of 2019 and the ward he was in was obviously amazing as well .

My Grandson was injured at a rec center and his mother and I took him to the Stollery emergency as he clearly needed stitches. I have never been to the Stollery before, although I have heard all about it. I have never been more impressed

My daughter just had brain surgery at the Stollery, and I can't say enough about our amazing Neurosurgeon Dr Pugh. He was professional, kind and compassionate. He did a marvelous job and even managed to keep all of my daughters hair (as

  • Patrick Hughson

The staff here are amazing and know how to calm families in stressful times. Hopefully you don’t have to worry about your kids being sick but if you are going anywhere this is the best place to be! Can’t recommend the Stollery enough!!

  • Amrinder Sidhu

May they need more doctors n hospital for emergency patients they don't pay attention instead of understanding the condition of children their waiting period is too long.babies crying get more frustrated of due their negligence those

  • Leah Fenn

Disappointed in my treatment at this hospital. I ended up leaving and taking my son to a different hospital. Good this I did, he was that sick and the nurse at the stollery did not care and no they where not that busy.

  • Shaun Jones

We have been here for 1 hour with a sick baby not one child has seen a Doctor since we have been here on my nurse and EMT I'm wondering if any doctors are even on duty because no child has seen a doctor in one hour

  • shalvin prakash

Most of the nurses are nice and helpful. But they’re this one oriental nurse who is the epitome of rude and disrespectful. She shouldn’t be in the stollery. She made the situation more stressful than it had to be.

  • Red Panda

Been in and out of the stollery unit all my life, the nurses are very kind and understanding and the doctors are good, but wait times are long, I’ve sat in a room waiting for a doctor for a half an hour

  • Missknowalittle

Dr. Souster and her nuerology team saved my son's life and I will forever be grateful. The people who work at Stollery are underrated and I might just be one person but I am thankful for you all.

  • Pheba Joy

Had to visit here for my baby multiple times.. long waiting times which I can understand is normal. However, except one Nurse who was very rude, everyone else in the ER were empathetic.

  • Ernest Kwame

My son had a corrective heart surgery last Monday and he is home today. The team was superb. Nurse Kristi and the colleagues at the ICU were just amazing. Kudos to you all.

  • Lily Robin

Even to get triaged there was more then 1 hour wait when final do get triaged then 7-8 wait more in the emergency. There are talking to each other instead of helping kids.

  • Jessica Buwalda

I arrived when the wait time was listed as 3hrs 50 mins. 7hrs later it was listed as 4 hrs. And yet we had still not been seen. This has happened twice.
