My experience with this company was nothing short of a complete nightmare. The employees I encountered were not only highly unprofessional, but their behavior was downright abusive. I was appalled when they resorted to making threats simply because I couldn't accommodate their demands to have the house open and hand over the keys. Despite going the extra mile and investing in a professional cleaning service recommended by the company, they deceitfully seized my bond. What's even more infuriating is that they had the audacity to hire the same cleaning company to clean the place again, essentially making a mockery of the entire situation. This establishment is an absolute disgrace, and I would strongly caution anyone against ever considering any involvement with them in the future Edit to review: I am not listed as a current tenant or landlord because I am not a current tenant or landlord with you anymore and won't be again

Had a woman from here attempt to enter my property, leaving my flyscreen door wide open and tampering with my lock box in an attempt to gain entry to my home, even though she had her head buried in her phone and loitered outside on my verandah for approximately 5 minutes staring at my property number without realising they had the wrong while staring down my house number. This displays disregard for other people's property and is unprofessional. Have The CCTV and Photos aswell RESPONSE: it was not an inspection. it was an open home opposite to myself, but they tried to gain access to my property.

Our property is being looked after by Sugar Pirie and we a super happy with the way the property is being managed. Sugar is doing an amazing job and goes above and beyond to help us with everything to do with the property. We are currently doing some renovations and Sugar has organised multiple quotes for everything we need to renovate and upgrade, she has provided us with all necessary samples to make this as smooth and easy as possible. She is very hard working and caring, she is dedicated and committed to her work. Thank you so much for everything.

Worst experience ever dishonest abusing staff and manager stooping to extremely low levels of deceitfulness and asking for their tradespeople to even stoop to the same level and be dishonest I would never rent through them again even if I was desperate not after what abuse we endured with them was the most far worst experience we had head office did nothing for our concerns they changed their name to stone real estate use to be richardson and wrench so please be careful

The owner is selling the property we have lived in for the past 19 years so we have to move. We found a rental home through Stone Real Estate Ingleburn and Sugar is our new property manager. Sugar has been fantastic and so easy to deal with. This move is very stressful and has been hard to deal with emotionally and sugar is making the transition so much easier for us. We genuinely appreciate the work Sugar has done in making the move so much easier.

do not go with STONE. there must be 20 other agencies i would talk to before these people at Ingleburn. They are incompetent. Let's just say you go with them you 'll be in for a ride. they have not only cost us a packet due to their poor choice of tenants. the staff are no good. they are liars. 1 star is not a true indication. that's my opinion.

Tanya is a wonderful property manager! She is thorough, organised and always delivers on her commitments. There is never an issue Tanya can’t fix. She is great at her job and I would highly recommend her, in fact I do always recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing property manager. I will put two stars for other agents that helped though. But our business with the property manager was not a very good one. At first we respected and responded in a well mannered way so she feels welcomed and appreciated for her job. Yet she takes that as an excuse to simply cast the tenants aside as if we totally meant nothing .
