They only publish sale prices of some sales that go well. The sales that go bad the price is withheld so their agency does not look bad to potential vendors. Buyers and vendors are not fools. The sales price is easily found once property settles on corelogic with a subscription which only makes this practice unpalatable. I urge anyone to do this as it really shows which agencies get the best prices.
