We have used other storage facilities in the past and every time have been extremely disappointed. A pattern, StorAmerica ended, thankfully. THE EMPLOYEES ACTUALLY HELP YOU!! They truly do staff some great people! Not once have we hung up the phone or left the facility angry or feeling like we hadn't been heard and anyone who has ever dealt with other storage facilities will understand how incredibly rare that is! And for those like my husband that will just deal with atrocious customer service if the "price is right," well, guess what? This place also happens to be insanely affordable! Yup, you are reading that correctly, a place that is both affordable and they have knowledgeable, helpful staff! Seriously, you will not be disappointed if you bring your business here.

I have been at this storage for 2-3 days now and been met with complete disrespect from the moment I showed up. The website says they have a truck for the move in but they don't. The guy at the front seemed smug and unwilling to help. He made it clear that they would not be letting me use any truck. First it was i had to putin a week in advance. Then he refused to take any insurance i could get. When he took the lock offmy storage Iput a temporary andwent to get a lock. When Igot back he put another lockon mystorage and because they close at 6:45 and i was there at 6:40 said we close at 6:45. I was onlyheld up byhis lock. Customer service doesn't exist with him in that office.

After looking and looking for about three weeks for a storage with resonable pricing i came across this location .... not only did i find great prices but also excellent customer service. immediately i was greeted by a very nice lady that works there, Anabell. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made sure i left feeling good and secure about leaving my valuables at this storage facility. I noticed right away that it was very clean and They offer a moving truck to make everything easy and fast. I am very pleased with my experience and thankful for Anabell for helping me out. Highly recommended this place!

The storamerica is a bunch of criminals organizations that will lie to you to get hooked in the monthly rent, eventually you will give up. The location on 24th Street and Thomas have increased my parking space few times in one year, starting from $34 dollars per month and following month to $133 dollars then in few more months the increased to $164, and now they sent me a noted that beginning of November will be $186 for a parking space that is not the size they rent me from the beginning. I'm ready to move out of there.

I was having the worse few weeks with moving out of my house with a short time to work with and stressing out. I had a very nice and professional lady by name of Clarrissa V. whom was very helpful and understanding about my emergency move out. I ended up with two storage rooms (nice , big and clean)at the end of the day and me and my family are very thankful and grateful that we were taken care of as if we were family. Thank you again. I'm SO glad we found this place. It was by chance because it is conveniently located for us. From the start both Marcus and Taylor (employees) were polite and super helpful. We used their truck which saved time and money since we only have a motorcycle. The rent is affordable and the facility is always clean. We really appreciate them and StorAmerica and would recommend them in a heartbeat. Keep up the great work!

3 years ago this place was great ! When we first rented from Cassandra she took care of everything well and was always on site. But now the management has changed, no one is ever there, and they do not take care of business. Our payments are supposed to come out automatically but never do. Then we get charged late fees and the padlock gets put on. This is ridiculous! Getting rid of it. And taking storage somewhere else.

this place is overall super clean, the manager is so amazing. She is really dedicated to make each visit memorable, and I realized this when me and other individuals wanted to see some units. She is respectful, and overall knows her facility and her job! she made me really look forward to renting a unit in the near future. I think her name was Cassandra, and she also gave me really good pricing for units.

I was in need of a storage facility for some of my prized possessions so i shopped around and found that this place is the best and safest place for my stuff. Anabell was very helpful and answered all of my questions and even helped me pick the correct unit, she was nice and polite and put up with my 10000 questions! They have reasonable prices. A free moving truck to new clients, to help move their belongings to their storage unit, which is a great idea. Talk about accommodations! Very cost affordable and convenient. PODS backed out on us at the last minute and we had to scramble for storage. Nichole was extremely helpful in finding a unit for us and we were even able to use their moving truck! Nichole was attentive, knowledgable, and completely customer service oriented. Helped ease the move! The Store America facility I used in California coordinated with this location and all I had to do was confirm my arrival time and sign my paperwork. Colleen and Rani were very professional and provided outstanding, over-the-top, service! The unit and facilities are very clean. Definitely recommend this location!

Very nice, professional and decent pricing. Setting up was easy. The only issue was that we were promised the unit would be sweeped out due to rice and other debris on the floor. When we went to move in the next day this had not been done and the person on duty had not been notified that this was needed. Minor annoyance but....

First and foremost I set up renting the unit online so that made the whole process tolerable. I'm bad at names, but the young lady that finalized everything was a joy to talk to. Moving the stuff I had to store was a breeze mostly because I paid my grandson to do it. All in all this was a smooth transaction.

Super Clean facility, Low pricing compared to UHaul Storage and others I tried. Friendly staff, carts available & they have let you use their trailer FREE when you move in to the facility! Highly recommended if you are looking for a storage with AC for your valuables!!!!!

We are long time customers. Since 2013 whenever we have needed storage off and on we have ALWAYS used Stor-America. Marcus was so helpful and professional. He was smart and efficient. He gave us the best advice and pricing was GREAT.

A real expensive storage yard. Air conditioned, though. Open till seven p.m. and easy to get into, with a keypad on the front door. Don't buy your lock at the place, they charge way too much.

They never had the truck since I moved in this place for storage . They promised me it later to use it. It's there but always something wrong with it or broken or have no tags .
