Before I could rent a unit, these people hounded me excessively! I made a simple reservation on their website. I confirmed a move in date during a phone call the next day. For the next FIVE DAYS, the office staff constantly called me (they apparently lack inter-office communication). I canceled my unit reservation because they wouldn't stop calling! It took me threatening legal action to stop the phone calls from them. Expect Total Harassment, even BEFORE you rent a unit here!

Easily the best storage facility in town. I needed a garage unit to store my car ASAP and both Matt and Virginia were an awesome team to help streamline the process. Both are very personable and efficient with getting what I needed quickly. The facility felt safe, secure, and the inside garage unit was super clean. If your searching for storage units, save yourself the hassle because this facility knows how to get it done.

This place is horrible. I have a storage unit here, and every time I come, I can't get into my unit. I always have to call to get a temporary emergency code. This has been going on for several months. On top of that, the managers act like I'm a bother to them. As soon as time allows I will be finding another storage facility.

Virginia was hands down AMAZING! Made this process easy. We were in and out with a storage unit, in less than 30 minutes. Prices were better than what we’d seen with the competitors near by. Happy to know our stuff will be safe during our move.
