I've had a very good experience at StorQuest. I'm a first timer with this company and have found the manager to be very helpful answering questions and helping us getting the paperwork done quickly. He was also very cordial and easy to work with and let us know he could be easily reached and was on the premises if we should need him.

The staff is great. We were greeted outside the office immediately when we showed up. The staff did not try to upsell us to a larger unit or purchase more insurance than we needed. We were in and out with a new storage lease signed in about 15 minutes. The people working there are what make the place great to do business with.

I live right down the street and Pam has changed the whole entire place around. She has cleaned it up and everyone in this neighborhood appreciates her efforts. You can tell she cares about the customers and definently cares about making the rental unit experience as something one can look forward to. Pam is awesome good hire.

The manager is very helpful and friendly. Only thing I don’t like is I had to buy renters insurance even though I already have a plan. Once explained that the coverage provided includes flood damage that traditional renters insurance doesn’t it was undertstandable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

all in all i have no complaints. the customer service is great always friendly always smiles! very understanding and always willing to work with you if needed as long as u keep them informed and up to date on payments. happy and satisfied customer for sure!!! thanks friends at StorQuest on E.
