The manager at StorQuest as been exceptional in dealing with me. I have been able to access my unit any time I need to without a lot of problems and have had all my questions answered to my satisfaction. The manager has been understanding and helpful when my debit card was compromised. She went out of her way to make sure that the old card was deleted and the new card was added to my account. She also helped me to set up my payment date that matches the posting of my monies in my bank accounts. The facilities are very clean, without trash piled around the area. This shows a lot of pride in operation.

Kimberly provides the ultimate customer experience at this location. She manages this facility with total professionalism, a friendly demeanor, and accessibility. The site is immaculate, well managed, competitively priced and not too far from Sky Harbour airport. We would definitely rent here again. Kimberly makes all the difference in accommodating your storage needs while keeping an eye on the important details; Arizona Storage Inns is very fortunate to have her as an employee.

I wanted to try out a new storage place to hold a few of my valuables and it was better than I ever expected. The staff were really nice and helpful, and the place looked and felt really new and polished. Compared to other storage places I've used, this one felt a lot safer and secure than most. Also, first ever storage unit I've had with air condition! If you need storage, you should definitely check them out!

I am honestly shocked at the about fave in attitude and treatment, not to mention lack of compassion i have experienced lately here. I had raved about them ti everyone, and now i feel awful. With corporate also. Its sad really that people need to be like that. Before: The local staff are awesome , I've only had an issue with s person on the phone. The facility is clean, well kept and easy to maneuver around. The most exceptional part is the staff. Bel is very friendly and knowledgeable. Vicky is incredible. She really came through for me. Fantastic team! It was easy to get set up and I felt so welcomed. It’s so nice to feel confident about the security of my unit, at a reasonable price. I didn’t even realize how much stress I had about moving and storage stuff until it was off my plate. Bel was understanding and provided excellent customer service. I left the site knowing my possessions were sage & secured. ❤️

I’ve dealt with a lot of companies, this has got to be one of the best. Every time I call, the employees are more than happy to try to help me with whatever my problem is it took a few tries to get the computer to work right, but they got it. My friend has had her stuff in a locker for about three years now. As a pastor, I help her out I pay the bill for her.

They have jacked up the prices since StorQuest took over a few months ago. Like literally have increased it every month constantly. The only thing I see different since they took over, is new paint. I was paying $204 and now it’s $259, that’s a 27% increase over the last 4months. Simply absurd. I gave it two stars because it dose look nice.

This place is incredible but what makes it even better are the workers they’re always so friendly and helpful all the time. I was especially content with one of the workers named Bel because she answered a few of my questions and was overall very pleasant to speak to. I recommend this place to anyone looking for storage !!

Bel assisted us with getting our unit, she was so helpful, sweet, knowledgeable, and very efficient. I wish everyone working in customer service was as kind and helpful as Bel was. The units were clean and in good condition but bel’s service was what really stood out to me. She is awesome give her an award or something.

200 and some change for a air cooled 10x10, It just keeps going up and up and up. It is clean, manager is great but rent was raised without warning one month its 185 and then I'm hit with a 200 rent the next month. No warning, what so ever. When's it gonna stop, 300? 400? 500? I'll be looking for a new storage, soon.

Very friendly staff. They couldn't have been more accommodating . The office and general grounds are clean. As well as, the hallways and units themselves. Honestly I have had other storage units at other locations across the valley. This has been by far the best experience. I would recommend 100%!

Before StorQuest bought the property, my unit has increased by $30 over a 5 yr period. In just less than 1 yr with StorQuest they have raised my unit by $30. Absurdity. I can't wait to move my stuff out. Do not rent here! There are much better companies out there, please keep shopping.

They're very friendly and understanding to their customers need great customer service always helpful I wouldn't use another storage most definitely recommend this storage to everyone that I know that made me someplace to store their valuables

When I started here, the hours were 24/7. Shortly after, I was told the hours have changed. No longer 24/7, but the price didn't change to reflect the change. As soon as I can I will get a new place to go to.
