Seemed odd to not have anyone available on site, first day had issues getting out, then never felt real secure during few times I was there. As anyone could come through gate once opened because of time it took to start shutting. And wasn't happy paying for full months fee when only accessed two days of cycle. Which was actually my fault because I forgot to call the day I vacated, but assuming they could validate by camera coverage but was never given clear answer.

They are always helpful. Lost my key once, they were able to meet and help me switch locks much more quickly than I had expected. I know they monitor their security cameras. There had been some suspicious activity near my unit and a representative called to advise me to check my unit; I did — nothing was wrong. I was very impressed with their proactive approach and for that reason alone I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Used Storage Express when we needed to store stuff before we moved to florida then when we moved back up to Indiana ended up using the SAME Storage Express facility until we decided to stay or go back. Got a great deal too! Very great place...survived two years of storing without flood damage or more than five spiders.

Customer service is very polite and quick to fixing my issues. Easy to get a unit online but when I went in person and saw that the unit was smaller than anticipated, I called them, and they were able to upgrade me in 5 mins with a new code. Honestly, this is the best storage place that I've been to!

The process of getting a storage space at Storage Express was great. On their website I got a space rented in a manner of minutes and then when going to the space, it was a breeze to get into their on-site system and to get access to my space. I highly recommend them for your storage needs!

Nice place, very secure and clean and at least for my size unit it was really cheap, I did have some issues with the sign up process, There are some things that need to be fixed in the system especially with the E-sign pages, But other than that everything else is just fine.

Don't store your items here if you want to keep them. My husband had to put his tools in storage for 2 weeks, they was all stolen in 5 days. .Over 60,000$ and they could have cared less. Been 6 months and not one word or insurance ..lol..what a joke. DO NOT GO HERE

I’m happy with the services over the phone very helpful and polite I was satisfied and became a customer over the phone ... Also love the fact that it’s 24.7 storage with my schedule being different always it helps to have options.

I chose this place because it's close to where I live. It was kind of cool to rent from them because I was able to do all of it over the phone. I can't remember the little girl's name I talked to but she was super friendly super

The staff is really helpful and nice. The only down fall has been 2 beakins in the 2 years ive had my stuff there. But they did beef up security and the 2nd one was caught in the act. Good Work Security …

Nice easy to access no gates on most units.. only thing i noticed was the drive ailes were very skinny... so it was hard for two people with units close together to access their units at the same time

I think this facility is very professional and courtious... No hassles and no pesky manager to make the stay horrible... I would recommend Storage Express to anyone and give 2 thumbs up... Thank You

Great place took me less than a hour to get my own unit but stray away from units 390-500 I went to go check out a couple emptys to see the size and was welcomed in with a handful of roaches

I had my storage unit one day.. and it was broken into. I have not been reimbursed for my things and no one has called to let me know what is going to happen. I was not happy at all.

I have called and dealt with Mary on a couple of occasions. She is always so professional and upbeat. Thank you for the great customer service and rental experience.

This is a nice place to store your things when needed but in comparison is more expensive than some of the others. I only use it because its close to my home

24 hour convenience is what makes this one of the few better storage facilities on this side of town. Very well light area too.

It was clean but wish they would have gave me a room outside the gate so I'll have access 24/7 that would be great
