USED TO LOVE IT....THAT MEANS PAST TENSE!!! I WAS EVICTED FROM MY UNIT FOR BEING THERE TOO LONG AND OF COURSE DENIED US OUR GATE CODE, SAID WE'D HAVE TO BE SOFT TRIGGERED IN THE GATE. COUPLE DAYS LATER OUR RENT WAS DUE, I GOT MY USUAL TEXT ABOUT RENT BEING DUE TRIED TO CALL AND PAY IT BUT "JOHN" THE STORAGE NAZI WASN'T AVAILABLE AND I HAD TO CALL WHEN HE WAS IN THE OFFICE BUT ULTIMATELY "NAZI JOHN" TOLD ME THEY WOULDN'T ACCEPT MY PAYMENT OR RENTING TO ME. WHEN I WAS ON MY WAY TO MOVE MY ENTIRE LIFE OUTTA THE UNIT I WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT AND A FEW WEEK STAY IN THE HOSPITAL (WHICH THEY WERE A WHERE OF) THE DAY I WAS RELEASED I TRIED TO GO MOVE OUT ONCE AGAIN ONLY TO LEARN THAT "JOHN" WASN'T GONNA LET ME INTO THE FACILITY,PROPERTY OR MY UNIT UNTIL I PAID $86 DOLLARS FOR MAY-JUNE'S RENT REALLY I TRIED TO PAY WHEN IT WAS DUE. AND CONTINUE RENTING WITH STORAGE EXPRESS. AND AS OF TODAY THEY ARE TELLING ME I HAVE A BALANCE OF $240 DUE BEFORE JULY AND IF NOT PAID MY UNIT WILL BE AUCTIONED OFF ONLINE IN AUGUST. EVERYTHING I OWN THAT MEANS ANYTHING TO ME IS IN THAT STORAGE. I DON'T RECOMMEND RENTING WITH THEM AT ALL....THANKS TO "NAZI JOHN" AND HIS TEAM AT STORAGE EXPRESS I'LL END UP LOSING A LIFETIME OF MEMORIES, CONSIDERING I'M UNEMPLOYED. RENT ANYWHERE ELSE BESIDES WITH STORAGE EXPRESS FOR EXAMPLE: U-STOR PUBLIC STORAGE EXTRA SPACE STORAGE!!!

9 months ago I had wonderful experience and decided to rent another unit. Well, I unfortunately had a severe medical condition and was hospitalized. I came out of the hospital and I called to make a payment, the guy told me $142. I apologize to him saying I'm sorry I didn't realize I was late on my payment because it's usually only $77. So the next month same thing and I ask what's going on? Then I find out they raised it double. And I tell him my situation and he basically tells me he'll do me a favor after I make the payment of $142.00 He can lower it to $113.60. Who does that? I don't ever ask for free but you know what how come you can go on there and order the same size unit I have and now get it even cheaper for $66 but you can't help me out. Let's not forget my storage was broken into and I couldn't even shut the door it took me 6 hours to do that and no one even called to tell me that it was broken into but call in middle of the night telling me that I'm at the storage unit and I was not on different occasions. Just upsetting that everything you own is put in the storage and when life throws it at you, you get nothing.

They allow vehicles to be stored then other customers have to suffer when the vehicles have oil leak, damaging innocent reliable responsible customers property. Storage Express acts immature and irresponsible (new age society), not contacting other tenants when they KNEW about the oil leak. I have it saved for evidence. There needs to be a section JUST FOR VEHICLE STORAGE. There seems to be no 'problem solving skills'. This is reason enough NEVER to trust this company. Karma is real. This company let me down. They please irresponsibility and immaturity because they don't stand for what is right and justice....no heart. This is after I had a water leak in my storage from the roof(likely cheap labor and materials).

Greetings, thanks for allowing me to do a review. I starting storing my inventory from my shop on Friday July 10, 2023. My experience locating the establishment was easy, yet, locating my storage unit was not good. I thought I was looking for the first three numbers on my storage unit; I drove around for probably 8 minutes before I called and they were very helpful. They told me to go to the front kiosk and locate my unit. Thank a man came on the intercom and helped further. I loved the customer service and helpfulness of everyone. I will be telling people about this establishment. Thanks again for all the help.

My brother in law got his storage unit earlier that day. Overall they place looks secure and easy access for the customers. We ran into an issue were my brother in law was mistaken that the access is 24hrs. They have changed the times from 6am-10pm everyday. Not a problem if we were not 18 mins past 10pm that day. So we called customer service, spoken with her and there was some additional information that was needed. In the end, she was very kind of allowing us into storage. We thanked her graciously and were very satisfied with her services. I do recommend this area.

The worst storage place ever my boyfriend and I were getting his things out and it was millions of mice dropping in his things to the point where they tore through his clothes furniture and 900 leather jacket we are so upset with this storge he had to throw half of his stuff away because the mouse with through them and destroy all of his things and as we were walking through it we seen 5 mouse running around his storge dont ever come to this place if you want your stuff safe and not damaged by a bunch of rats and mice I'm so disappointed and disgusted at the same time

It's nice and new and convenient close but the sign is misleading in the front with the 24 hour rental center but not 24 hour access If I would have realized that I would not have rented the unit I work during the day after hours is when I'm able to do most of my moving I don't understand why you need a 24 hour rental center if you can't get in it 24 hours A-day There's like 30 Cameras or something probly I wonder how many others have had the wrong impression

Very helpful experience in getting to see the storage unit prior to renting. As soon as we were driving back to the unit, we knew that this was the best-looking storage unit grounds we had been to and the unit itself was everything we had hoped for and within the same budget as the other facilities that clearly had smells of mildew. I am looking forward to being a storage express customer for the long haul and will gladly tell everyone!

I love my experience with Storage Express cause it was spare of the moment middle of night on a Sunday type of move & the Staff answer my call right away & helped match me up with the perfect amount of space at a great price. Yes indeed 24hr access so 10 mins later I was moving in. Yes in the we hours they available.

Really easy and convenient , little more pricey than i wanted to spend, but i guess the going rate! Wish was open 24 hrs, i am a night owl and would like to be continuing to move my things past 10 pm but I am sure there are good reasoning for the times as well! Really easy to access and start on line!

One of the worse places I've had a storage with. They rip you in fees once you get behind. I understand you have policies, but if someone is paying you money a month, you should be willing to work something out with them. A live, face to face person would be nice to talk to as well.

Love it Been here for a year or so no problems at all.If we have been late before and they have worked with me. We have another storage unit at another company wunt too movie over too storage Express But they raised their price on the unit's. But this place is a clean nice place.

The only reason it is a four star and not a five star is because the gate access is limited It closes at 10:00 p.m. and opens back up at 6:00 a.m. but yet it is a 24-hour rental storage. Otherwise it is great location, great service, and easy in and out access.

They lost the combination to the lock they put on, and when I called the rep. From their kiosk at the facility, she was incredibly rude, and judgmental. Told me it couldn't possibly be their fault, wouldn't let me speak, told me to watch my

Nice clean NEW unit! So new that u3t was (unfortunately) not listed on the wall map. I called the local # provided and in 3 rings I had a person who answered my questions! The on site kiosk made renting the unit super easy.

Daniel was so great! I needed a unit at the last minute and the kiosk said there were none available so I called the number and he got me one within a 7 minute phone call. Quick, easy, great friendly customer service!

Been a great place, getting unit was super easy they even helped me figure out the size I needed. It was all handled on phone and emails so it works with any schedule. Unit was clean and fit my needs to a T.
