My favorite part about this StorQuest is the Front desk staff, they are by far the most customer oriented and positive people I have ever met. We rent multiple units for a business here and receive a ton of large shipments on a day to day basis. We selected this location not only bc of its location but bc of the customer service and ability to receive shipments when not there. The staff keeps the facility clean and is always willing to help me with whatever I need. I am thankful that my units are on the ground level b/c I would hate to deal with the snail of an elevator. I do wish that I was able to combine my units instead of having two or three separate ones.

Tina is always ready to smile and very welcoming when I come in to check my stuff. It’s a good feeling to know that someone always care for your stuff while in storage. She takes pride of her work and she’s been with the first owner of this storage facility and was taken by the new ownership. I hope the new owner will see that Tina is a very good asset for the company and will be forever loyal as she was with the last owner of this business. Very seldom you see a very dedicated employee that is passionate about their job and shows care to their customer. Thumbs Up for Tina.

I resently went in to view a unit and the front office clerk was very helpful and kind, I believe her name was Tina. She showed me the unit I was inquiring about and other options just in case I needed more space than anticipated. It was a successful trip getting all the information, expectations and rules upfront. I really appreciate the wonderful customer service she provided. The grounds and units were clean but the elevator is super slow, that can be problematic if I were to come on a busy day. 5 stars for customer service and 4.5 for the elevator.

The site manager, Tina, is the main reason I rent here. I have been using this facility for 7 years and she is professional, helpful, cheerful and just a pleasure to see when I come in. She assists me with my deliveries and I feel like I have a person watching out for me and my deliveries at all times. It is a very clean and very well run facility. I have not considered moving my business storage mainly because of Tina. Storquest recently purchased this facility and I am excited to see how they enhance this stoarge facility.

Made a great decision to rent a unit with StorQuest at this location based on the reviews saying price was great & service was also. Evy was absolutely great and even better than all of the great reviews I specifically saw saying how great she was. She understands what serving the customer means and it shows. Definitely better place to rent than all the "big guys" and the prices are more reasonable for S Tampa/Hyde Park area.

There really isn't anything super fancy when it comes to storage, but the place is clean, the prices are fair, the employees, especially Linda, are nice and it feels safe for my stuff. The fact that it is air conditioned and I don't have to sweat off unmentionable parts of my anatomy or deal with mold when I have get something makes it totally ideal.

Evy has excellent customer service skills. When I came to the office to inquire, she was friendly, welcoming, and very efficient. She answered all my questions thoroughly, and even wrote down notes on a piece of paper for me. After a week, I came back to sign the lease. Thank you, Evy! Lea …

Nice facility located in the heart of Hyde Park. The new manager Raul is very friendly. I've been here for about 3 years and never had a problem .it's a very safe area and always clean. Best of all I can pull up right to the front door, get my things, and go.

Evy is just the best. People like her makes doing business at this location great. Update: Called about rate raise from 127 to 196 in under a year due to market conditions. No return call. Called again, and no credit given for being a long term customer.
