Since late 2022, I have been storing my miscellaneous items with Storage King Thomastown. I visited the store quite often and randomly, and the store is always tidy. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Karen and Daniel from the office. They have been patient, understanding, welcoming and very friendly whenever i need assistance. Therefore, I have already recommended this brand especially this store to people around me. Thank you, Karen and Daniel.

I have so much to say about my experience with Shannon Keogh.But to simplify it she is kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and understanding, there just a few of many words I could use. And as a result I will tell everyone I know if they need it including strangers to use your facilities. Thank you once again Shannon AMAZING!!!

Price is reasonable. Annoying that they do not have BPay payment (or other payment methods), and you instead must transfer the money to their account with your unit number and surname as a reference.

I had a very positive experience. Karen the office manager has brilliant accounting skills and sorted my booking details efficiently. I can only assume she had a good accounting teacher in school.

Rented storage recently at reasonable cost. Staff were very helpful and friendly and explained everything fully. Karan was particularly helpful with the whole signing up process.

Just want to thank the staff they go out of there way to help. My first experience using the facility I highly recommend this business to anyone. Cheers …
