this storage facility is not the best . it has changed ownership twice since i had a unit there and the unit i had was outside. then the rates went up. i had to get my stuff out of storage because it was just way to expensive save your money try a different storage facility. they do not even have a trash dumpster for guests to use. which would be really helpful. to renters moving in or out. unless you can afford a unit no problem . I am just in a different financial situation . no more storage units for me.ever wasted so much money and at the end of the day the stuff i had in storage .is at my place but alot of it i just gave away because unfortunatly i needed the unit but i could not afford it anymore. i gave it one star because you can use the bathroom and they have a awesome video survilience system. and facility is clean but if you have the $ it could be a good fit . just was not for me..

I rented a uhaul at their encanto location. The next day I returned it and was driving home when I realized that I left my garage opener inside the uhaul. Unfortunately the encanto location was closed. And I could not get a hold of anyone. I was locked out my house so I took my chances to go to their Indian school location. I talked to Christa/Krista And explained the situation. She was very understanding and accommodating she went out of her way to call Uhaul and ask for the code for the key box. And she even went there herself to help me out. I could not thank her enough for what happened. I am very thankful of her. Storage king Customer service is top notch. They really do care about their customers. If ever I do plan on renting a storage unit. I would definitely use their services. It is well recommended!

I rented a storage yesterday and when I arrived there was a lock on my storage! Mind you I had a uhaul full of stuff and was needing to return it that day so I wasn’t charged another day. Well the office was closed and I wasn’t able to get my storage. They were not trying to help fix the situation and the inconvenience and money that this cost me having to be charged another day for my uhaul since I couldn’t put my stuff in storage! Bad experience and they should of refunded me for this month since they dropped the ball on making sure the storage was accessible for me to get my stuff out the uhaul and not having to pay more money! Nobody wants to make this situation right!

Been sitting outside waiting for over an hour for someone to show up so i can pay my storage and get my things the sign outside says they would return shortly after 1 its after 2 absolutely unacceptable i called the phone number it went to a call center that said they couldnt do anything for me and that i should ask them why they were late returning you want me to pay for the full last month but you cant even have someone here to take my damn payment and unlock my storage thank god i didnt go to uhaul first wouldve wasted an entire day of costs

Enrique has been a very great customer service representative at the front desk. He's always helpful patient and knowledgeable about every single detail I needed to know when I setup my account about almost 3 months ago. He he really was awesome and adequate of getting me around showing you my unit everything I needed to know explaining paperwork and everything. I appreciate Enrique and your company for getting me a new storage unit and keeping my stuff safe.

I was looking for a storage to store my belongings and I was very impressed when I found this US Storage Centers. I found the right place and I met Jennifer. She is a very professional and knowledgable woman, and showed me the right unit at a great price. The property including the unite was clean and easy-access. I will recommend this property to my friends and to ask for Jennifer for the great customer service that she provided to me.

Their website won't show you how much you owe. They just wait until your payment is late to charge you a late fee and then let you know how much you owe. Straight up robbery going on here. *edit, response to reply from storage king* You all know I contacted you twice and you never responded. I had to call and when I did yall were like is this Leticia?" Which means yall clearly received my first two messages and chose not to answer.

Do yourself a favor and burn or sell your stuff before you store it here. They are new owners and so far they are either not there when they are supposed to be or their card reader isnt working or something. Now, they have just raised their rates. They call it a "Protection Plan". I went from $29/mo. to $41/mo. for a closet sized space. I;m outta here at he end of March. Place is a JOKE!

Very pleased with my experience here, right when I walked in I was greeted with refreshing smiles. On the first day I was helped by tia and heather, they were very friendly and easy to talk to. Tia made me feel very welcome and I was pleasantly surprised considering I'm a nervous person , and heather had answers to every question I asked, she was very kind to me.

Today I had to pay my unit, I was very happy to make my payment in the office at 27ave and Indian school, since I met Jennifer with that wonderful smile and those lovely eyes! , She attended super professional, note she does work in that location, and she was working in different location, I would change to her location for how professional she is .....

I would never rent through this company again!! I had to pay for a full month my last month and my things were only in the storage for 7 days that’s absolutely ridiculous. I mean even a rental place will prorate your rent. I gave it 3 stars because I like the accessibility you have to your things but some of the rules and regulations are ridiculous.

I was pleasantly amazed and very appreciatIve of the great service that I was presented with by Enrique, he was most helpful in all aspects of how customer service should be done , he went above and beyond what was called for and for that I am most greatful ,anybody that has Enrique on there team is very fortunate, take care of him Thank you :)

Keith was energetic, friendly and very helpful. I was driving from Vegas to Phoenix and he was in contact with me to make sure I got there ok. He also checked to see if the load I was carrying was going to be too much for the unit I reserved. He greeted me as I pulled into the lot and provided great customer service the entire time.

Enrique was very helpful and he was the best customer service representative I have dealt with in a long time. I reserved my unit online and wad told the property manager would call to touch base in the morning and he did. It's a nice change to be treated like your business is appreciated and Enrique did just that!!

honestly the nicest people to deal with. I buy auctions and the manager was very helpful in getting my paperwork handled and let me in the units with no delay. what a great guy and clean facility. getting in and out of parking lot was a bit tricky but doable. highly recomme d us storage centers.

For a storage unit business I have to say this one was so nice to deal with. The girl in the office was so nice and patient and seems like she knows everything she was talking about. It made the experience a lot easier when I was already depressed about having to downsize and get rid of things.

US storage was perfect there was no hassle and Enrique at the front desk doesn’t complicate things. I needed extra space and they had it, I needed help they gave it. The property is secure and well managed they keep the grounds on a true 24/7 survailence. I strongly reccomemd this location.

After looking for storage I drove from CT to AZ and stored my belongings with Cube Smart in NOV 2020. Now a new company takes over and I get a $50 increase, at a time that people are struggling and without work, during a pandemic. This is horrible. Storage king USA

Bad experience. .paid all fees and first month rent when moving my staff. Forgot to put my lock. Tried to acess the facility 2 days after and i couldnt. They have had already cancel my unit .no money back at all.they said they troed to contact me but tbey did not..

Terrible. My unit was all rat droppings and urine. Homeless people was panhandling in the parking lot. Was charged a month after being 5 days past due. Had to move out because of the Filth
