I feel compelled to share my recent experience with Storage Mart, as it has left me dissatisfied and frustrated with their services. In the middle of the year, without any signed agreement or prior notice, Storage Mart decided to increase my monthly rate by nearly 50%. This sudden and significant rate hike was completely unjustified and caught me off guard. When I reached out to Storage Mart to address this issue and seek clarification, their response was dismissive and unsatisfactory. They claimed to have sent me a letter informing me of the rate increase, but I never received any such communication. I requested a copy of the alleged letter, but they failed to provide one, further deepening my doubts about the legitimacy of their actions. As a customer who has been with Storage Mart for several years, I expected better transparency and communication from them. Increasing the monthly rate without a signed agreement or proper notification is not only unethical but also raises questions about their integrity as a company. Furthermore, their dismissive attitude towards my complaint and refusal to rectify the situation only compounded my disappointment. As a paying customer, I believe it is crucial for companies to take accountability for their mistakes and work towards resolving customer concerns promptly and fairly. In light of my experience, I cannot recommend Storage Mart to others. Their lack of transparency, unauthorized rate increase, and dismissive customer service have left a sour taste in my mouth. I would caution anyone considering their services to be vigilant and ensure they have clear agreements and open communication before entering into any business relationship with Storage Mart. I hope that by sharing my experience, others can make more informed decisions when choosing a storage provider. It is my sincere hope that Storage Mart takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their practices to better serve their customers in the future.

Well priced and friendly service. Only annoying aspect was the doors for the units don’t match the dimensions, so you might have a 3 ft hole with a 2 ft door. And there’s some hidden fees you’ll have to deal with, like a $10 a month insurance fee, and after 6 months they increase your price by 20%, and again annually after that. But I managed to get a similar unit for the same price with a door that could fit my needs. Rob likes hair metal too, which is pretty rad.

Rob was amazing I was stressing heavily about my move had to do everything last minute but his calm and Professional Demeanour made me feel comfortable even though the past couple days have not been pleasant trying to arrange my move it was nice to have him call me and make sure I had everything I needed! Moving sucks but it’s nice knowing there’s people out there that understand! I would use storage mart again and again!!!

This Storage Mart is incredible. Today was my first day at this location and Rob took great care of me. Not only did he help me with sizing but he took the extra time to make sure my move in was easy. He did most of this at the very end of his shift and had no issue taking his time with me. If you are looking for a storage facility with excellent customer service I highly recommend this place.

I had the lovely a experience with a Sheryl and Rob. I was trying to get an idea of the space I would need advance before my move date. They detailed be on the units that would be ideal for my belongings. Throughly showed me all the available units and assisted me with the process of obtaining a unit. happy to be located here and trust that i will enjoy stay here.

My experience with Storage Mart was excellent. Staff was great and very professional and helpful. I felt satisfied after each visit. Kipling location has amazingly good deals, and also the manager Cheryl is very polite and a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend this location to my family and friends. This location is great and they have such wonderful customer service always willing to help and give advice on what's best to fit your needs. I would not go anywhere else. I will continue to Support this facility whenever I Need Them again in the future.

Needed storage after a family death. The management at this location made unfortunate circumstances a bit brighter. They were compassionate, patient, helpful in and sensitive to our needs. We felt our belongings were protected at all times

Staff don't clean the facility. Pieces of packaging tape that I saw months ago are still on the floor. Lots of cobwebs in corners and footprints from wet dirt. They should be sweeping down and mopping the place regularly but they're not!

Not only is this location great it is a very well run operation. The manager - and staff - are super helpful. I have had several storage lockers and they are always accommodating to my needs (i.e. when I need to change size etc.).

AMAZING service. This was my first time renting a storage unit. Sheryl walked me through each step and explained everything in great detail. If this company hires more people like her, you will indeed be best in class!

We have had a locker at StorageMart on Kipling for many years. Recently we upgraded to a larger locker. Rob, the location manager, was very helpful and professional. The facility is clean and well maintained.

I have used a lot of storage facilities over the years and Storage Mart at 680 Kipling is without doubt the absolute best. The staff has been so accommodating and so helpful, they really go above and beyond.

Sheryl at Storage Mart at Kipling and Queensway is amazing. She was very helpful and a super nice person. The whole experience from the beginning has been pleasant and stress free. Great Customer Service.

Just closed my locker up, no longer need the storage. Had 1 break in during my time and the staff notified me immediately and put a new lock on for me. Fortunately nothing was stolen. A good experience!
