При оформлении сообщили, что общая сумма за 3 месяца (38 cad), из которых оплачиваешь 2 месяца (38.08 cad) и 1 месяц (первый) в подарок бесплатно, итого за 3 месяца - 38.08 cad. Теперь мы увидели письма за 2 месяца с задолженностью 630 cad и инвойс, где месяц стоит 140 cad + fee. А так же если не оплатим, то склад с содержимым уйдет с аукциона. На данный момент пытаемся разбраться и ждём ответа. Банковскую выписку с подтверждением оплаты предоставили.

I have been going to this storage locker for 5 months now, and the service has been nothing but phenomenal. Jazz is one of the friendliest people I have had the pleasure of meeting, and always goes above and beyond when ensuring I have the best experience with this Storage Mart. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a clean locker and friendly staff!

What an amazing customer experience it was today at the Todd Baylis Blvd location in York with Jazz! Beautiful and patient lady, very informative and welcoming. My friend and I walked in to inquire about the units, we left feeling so comfortable and confident in the information we received! Ask for Jazz when you enter the store, you won’t regret it.

I would 100% recommend Storage Mart (specifically the Todd Baylis location)! The service was impeccable. The front desk associate, Jazz, was so hopeful in assisting me in renting my storage unit. She explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully, and ensured that I was well took care of and all my questions were answered. An absolute gem!

I am still a client even though their price structure is made to destroy you. Reason number one: Shanique. She is kind, efficient, respectful and she always makes me feel like she values me as costumer. The place is clean and I have never had one single bad thing to say about this place (other than their annual price hikes) in 20 years.

This is not the first time I have been to the Todd Baylis Storage Mart in Toronto. Shan and Jazz were wonderful to work with. Informative, clear and courteous. Great place. Very clean, a lot of light not a dark gloomy storage space. Jazz was a great help. She knew exactly what I needed. She also showed me my storage space that I will be renting. I’ve been to few storage’s in the past few years. This is hands down the best one, highly recommended.

10yrs of using StorageMart @ 221 Todd Baylis Blvd. I have to say that Shanique & Jasmine is one of the main reasons I continued with StorageMart over the years. They are professional, courteous and consistently go above and beyond to satisfy customer needs and expectations!

I was greeted at the front desk by a warm and friendly lady named Jazz, who then signed me up and showed me to my unit, while explaining everything I needed to know and answering my every question. The facility itself was impressively clean, and there were no bad odours.

This place is getting to pricey every year been there for 3 years the longer you stay the more it costs ask why it's an American company and that the reason you ask to be moved to a cheaper unit they tell you there is one coming up and then rent it to a new customer

Jazz from the Todd Baylis location was very helpful. She gave us a tour and showed us how to utilize the storage facility. Due to her customer service we signed on the spot. The pricing was also very affordable for the unit size compared to other storage companies.

Great service, the first day I arrived I was greeted by Shanique who showed me the place and recommended a unit which matched my requirements. The move-in process was easy and quick. The location is clean with easy access, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The instructions are simple, the prices are affordable and the storage spaces are very clean. The lady that helped us is Jazz. She is just wonderful. She's hardworking, she has amazing customer service and she's very nice. I highly recommend this facility.

We went to move in. Jazz, the manager, was amazing. She was extremely helpful and caring. She even came up to check how we were doing. We felt very welcomed. The Building is very clean and well kept.
