Paul, the Manager of the location where I just rented a unit, is extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and explained the process and procedures, including how to use the lock provided and how to manipulate the access code. He was very patient when I asked to see two different units of different sizes located on different levels, thus providing me the opportunity to make an informed decision regarding my needs. The unit I chose is perfect for me. The location is very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. I look forward to taking all my "overflow" there and feel confident it will remain in good condition during its stay there. Thank you again, Paul.

I can’t say enough about how great this facility is! There are multiple storage facility options in my area, but StorageMart wins every time! The facility is clean… and I mean really CLEAN! Daryl, Paul and Maris are incredibly friendly, professional and VERY helpful! Even after-hours, I feel 100% safe here. There are no hidden clauses in the contract here and it’s a simple month to month booking (beware of the places that bill you every 4wks!). The Leaside location is perfectly located too with easy access. I couldn’t he happier!

Easy to set up and account and start storing. I wish they’d tell you that you have to buy their lock because they do not allow any other locks to be used but online they say “bring a lock or buy our own”. As well, an insurance is mandatory and it adds up to the total price, be mindful of that! Other than that, everything was fine, staff was friendly and it was very easy to set up. It’s not a 24 hour access which I don’t understand the reason why but it’s a good facility, well lit, camera monitored, good unit sizes and variety.

Our entry number was old and wouldn’t open the gate. After phoning the office our number was corrected so we were able to get in. Daryl came out to see us in, gave us exact instructions on how to find our locker, and lent me a pen. I have had storage lockers in many places but no facilities have been as clean and well tended as this one. No paint chips, the floors are clean, it is well lit, and the people in the office, including Daryl, are all friendly and very helpful. You couldn’t ask for a nicer place to store your stuff!

Clean and well maintained facility. It’s understood why there’s so much emphasis as a new customer to leave a review; helpful and polite customer service in the office and tour of the building. Of course one would leave good feedback based in the beginning. Was not disclosed some imperative information when signing a storage unit rental but later that information was disclosed when downgrading in unit size. Thankful for corporate customer service. Silly gooses at Wicksteed location.

We were treated extremely well. Paul D greeted us and walked us through the entire process with professionalism and patience. We are an older couple and he found us a unit as close to the door as he could. He showed us the washroom, demonstrated how the lock on the unit works, pointed out the numbering system of the corridors and gave us tips on managing the doors. He was friendly and courteous. Based on our experience we would recommend Storage Mart to anyone.

We had the most wonderful experience at StorageMart! It is very clean and well organized. Daryl helped to show us a few different storage options and was a delight to chat with while we got everything set up. Very easy process to sign up and move everything in. We could not have asked for better service! Overall a very positive experience and I highly recommend. Been with this location for 7 years (way too long!) but the service staff are great. Recently had to change to a larger unit and the team walked me through my best options for size/price. And on the day of my move, I was running late and the office closed at 5:00 but the rep assured me he would wait until I arrived to complete the paperwork. So grateful for the extra service given the stressful day!

Hello, we were in desperate and time sensitive need for storage and this company pulled through immediately. Very personable agents, especially Paul. Great advice as to size of unit when shown pictures of what had to be stored. He also gave us a contact number for movers who were also ready to accomodate the move that very same day. Super easy check-in and great, friendly welcome! Daryl was really helpful and showed us around, explained set-up and gave us a tour. Made sure we understood some of the important lease info before signing. Facility has climate control and very clean. Lots of dollies to help unload our stuff. Drive right up to doors.

It's very clean, secure, and well-maintained. Customer service is great -- the staff (Darryl especially) are very helpful and friendly. Our one major complaint is about the very high price-increases, every 11 months! If you keep the locker for 4-5 years, you end up paying about 50% more than your initial rate.

My experience showed that the facilities were clean, well managed and had an especially friendly and helpful employee by the name of Daryl. He made the experience a very positive one, and would be the main reason that I would return to the company. A definite asset to a good company.
