Our journey with StoreThat was incredible; it began when we purchased our house. We spent thousands on a completely bespoke kitchen, controlled by Blum Finest Motion Technology, with an array of other high value furnishings, as well as imported porcelain tiles of the highest quality for the whole property. We searched the internet to find the best storage company within a 30 mile radius of our home, focused on security and safety for our very expensive belongings. A professional company is likely to handle your goods with a professional approach but a professional company that takes a hands-on let me take care of these goods like they are my own' approach, is what we found when we first met Richard, the owner. Active and very engaging with his staff, you would mistake him for one of the staff, unless he told you differently. After visiting many facilities, my wife and I were in sync when we walked out of the StoreThat office in Canary wharf and said, 'this is the one!" Due to circumstances beyond our control and a fatally diagnosed health issue, we could not afford the payment due in Jan 2021. We explained our predicament to Richard and rather than take a firm approach, he offered assistance from Dominic and himself to try and help sell our items by speaking to retailers, property developers, interior designers and so on, without wanting anything in return. Richard melted our hearts from that moment; the goodwill seemed unreal from a busy company owner. Most storage companies would simply give an ultimatum to pay or have your items confiscated to auction; and even then, if the value acquired from the auction failed to cover the debt, the matter would be legally escalated to collect the balance. Richard had the items listed on good Auction sites and on Store That Facebook marketplace whilst informing everyone in their contacts that could possibly have interest in the items. He was very protective not to list the items on Gumtree and similar unsavoury sites. He advised we could send any potential customers we found to StoreThat and he would happily show them the items, saving us a two hour journey to & fro. Whenever potential customers made unreasonable offers, Richard would reject them and said that "he could not allow our situation to be taken advantage of." This act of kindness is extremely rare to find. The process to sell the items took over a year and through it all, Richard never once expressed a single frustration towards us. Rather, he would direct his frustration towards unremarkable and insulting offers. The final sale of our significant volume of tiles was made in March 2022 and Richard remarkably then organized and paid for our complete kitchen units to be delivered to our home "by his preferred delivery company, who would take extreme care to deliver the kitchen to our second floor flat without a single scratch", and this is exactly what happened. He is still storing our extra-long stone worktop without charge. To us, Richard has grown to become the special uncle you call when you need honest advice about any situation, and Dominic is as genuine as you would ever get in a person. Hand on heart, to say we highly recommend StoreThat is an understatement. To find a company that would stand by you in the most difficult time of your life is an impossibility, especially in London. Richard keeps Store That pricing competitive because he puts people first and he genuinely does not have to, for a company situated in Canary Wharf, where all other storage companies around StoreThat increased their prices annually. For just over five years that we were with StoreThat, Richard chose to keep the price we paid the same as that of Jan 2017 and never once increased it. We gained an extended family in both Richard and Dominic and you can too, should you store your items with StoreThat. Words cannot express our gratitude guys, you stuck by us through our darkest hour, you are the BEST & you are APPRECIATED!

Over the years I have relocated countries many times and have needed use of short-medium term storage facilities for personal effects. It has always been of great regret: staff not available, unit space is allocated as part of large open space, and importantly, no flexibility in terms of downsizing unit space mid contract. The latter is very useful once you have moved most of your personal effects and if you still need additional overspill space, bearing in mind many buildings do not come with cellar storage or garage space. StoreThat is perfect! Staff are friendly and very helpful. The company helps its customers manage its storage requirements. It has secure individual units which are easily accessible. The unit rates are very competitive. I would make one suggestion that StoreThat allows access to its storage units over weekends/bank holidays.

If you are in need of a storage unit I cannot recommend Store That highly enough. Their customer service is above and beyond and they are always there to help if needed. Richard and Dominic take pride in knowing their customers and make storing your belongings easy and stress free! (They will even arrange for a forklift to help transport your belongings if you are on the first floor)! The facility is clean and easy to access. If you are lucky enough to go on a day that Dominic has been baking then you are in for a tasty treat in the office too! :0p When it’s time to move the process is just as easy. This was the first time I ever had to use a self storage in my life. My experience with StoreThat Canary Wharf was nothing but FANTASTIC. I was able to find an empty storage room and complete the process within 2-3 days and that because I took time in deciding otherwise it can be within minutes if you know what you need. My belongings were in storage for 5 months. Oliver Hughes is the manager who handled my case. He is lovely to work with, very responsive, works with your needs , gives you all the options and helps you make the right decisions. The storage facility is A grade. It is clean, safe, easy to access, no bugs, right temperature[cooler] for things to not go bad. I highly recommend using StoreThat at Westferry Rd Canary Wharf.

Store That offered an exceptional service with units that were flexibly sized and priced. Staff on hand were very friendly and helpful and keen to go the extra mile to deliver a stellar experience. A special shout out to Dominic who made our moving to London that bit smoother. Units were clean and secure and if you didn’t bring your own lock you can get one on-site for a reasonable price. Be wary of the opening hours - they probably aren’t as accessible as others, but this didn’t turn out to be an issue for our use at all. If we’re back this way we’ll be sure to come back to you!

I definitely recommend StoreThat if you need storage services near London. If you are like me and have little experience with storages, when you do need them, you'd want someone like them to make your life easier. I personally wasn't sure how much space I was going to need, and they gave me two quotes (for different sized storage rooms) and said they would use whatever storage room would save me most money while fitting all my stuff (once it arrived). Great assistance, easy renewals and friendly staff. Essentially really a great place if you need storage.

We had a great experience with Store That during the couple of years that we were moving house and doing a renovation etc. The office team were super responsive to all queries (alerting us to an overpayment, making suggestions for ways we could save costs when our circumstances changed, assisting us when we needed to visit), and the team on the ground were really helpful during the numerous times we came to load / unload, ensuring that our stuff was carefully and magically stored within the unit. Would recommend. Just wish there was weekend access!

Living on the Isle of Dogs, if you have a gap between your tenancies, StoreThat is an ideal place to store your stuff. For any questions, just have a chat with the team in the office. Oliver and Richard are super nice. It is a breeze to set up a contract online, after which you can simply visit it as you see fit. Their opening hours (weekdays only) might not be the most friendly for office-goers. But as hybrid workers, we find it acceptable. Facility is clean and well-managed with many size options.

This is not your usual storage place, it’s much better than that! Richard Enright and his wonderful team will not only ensue your stuff is packed away safely, they will help you if needed to organise your space and provide boxes and shelves etc. if needed. But most importantly the whole team are always super professional and go out of their way to meet your requirements. And Dominic surely makes the best cupcakes and is happy to share them with everyone ;)

Perfect storage services in East London. Exceptionally clean, light, with CCTV control, without any smells, rats or other traditional "attributes" of storages. After first visit I felt that my posessions are safe and secured. Moreover, every time I met Lidia and Richard (core service experts) - I got great support and complete understanding of my clients needs. They provide an impeccable service: extremely helpful and caring, they reply promptly, they give you all the information you need and they even help you during the storing! Modern, clean units on immaculately maintained secure premises. Storage products (wrapping, knives, padlocks etc) are available to buy on site at a reasonable cost. There's a variety of different sized units and they are very competitively priced, especially for the E14 area of London. We rented a room at Store That for over seven months when we were moving from London to Amsterdam. Great service from Store That Self Storage in Docklands. Nice range of storage sizes, clean, well secured and friendly staff. Decision maker for me the ease of parking next to the storage unit allowing me to quickly add/remove items saving a considerable amount of time when compared to other Self Storage providers locally. I would definitely use Store That Self Storage again as they are reasonably priced too.

I was really concerned about prices and quality of the service especially for London areas. On my first day there, I got welcomed with a hot coffee. Everyone was very friendly and polite, and very very caring, which was a surprise. They made sure i was always happy and comfortable with all the options and processes. Very good customer service skills and good storage boxes. Would definitely recommend!

Outstanding service, Richard and Dominic was super helpful and informative! That was my first storage facility that I rented and guys helped me from above to beyond. It's shame that they are open only Monday- Friday 8am - 5pm, that was the main reason I have to leave them. We were using a unit here for our start-up business and not only were Richard and Lidia and the staff super friendly but they also went the extra mile time and time again to help us with deliveries, shipments and in any way they could. I have had a very good experience of Store That and would recommend it highly. Dominic has been amazingly helpful. In the beginning of lockdown I had movers store my stuff there, and he handled it all very smoothly without me having to go there. He is also a pastry chef and baked me delicious macaaroons for my birthday, which was a very heart-warming touch!

The only reservation is that it is not accessible on weekends, but that is not an issue for us as we live locally. Highly recommended.

Moving my belongings in and out was really smooth. My storage unit was on the first floor and they kindly provided a forklift to help me move my stuff up without me having to carry it up and down the stairs. Everyone involved was very kind and helpful, and communication was clear. Will definitely use again/recommend!

I used this storage for about a year and the service was great. Dominic (the front desk guy) as always really responsive and helpful. Great price and service quality. The only downside was that they are not open on Saturday, and that there is a service charge for using the storage (move in/move out).

Rented a 45 sqft unit for 5 months. Do not be afraid of the first floor units, they can help out with a forklift. Everything is very clean and tidy, I'd say cleaner than most accommodations or restaurants. Dominic was always helpful and very responsive whenever I had questions.
