Got a call from Simon the owner today , he rudely asked me why he didn’t have my phone number (while he was on the phone to me ) not sure why he wouldn’t have my number as he was the person to sign me up for parking over a year ago, then he accused me of not paying him for over a year,when I corrected him an proved that I had been up to date with all payments ,he did not apologise at all, instead he brought up that 5 months prior he had supposedly seen me litter, then he ultimately asked me not to use his facilities anymore, The level of incompetence and lack of care is beyond me, I’m not sure what triggered him to act the way he did but I certainly wouldn’t want anybody else to experience it , would highly suggest to take your business elsewhere as something is not right at store it cheap Still waiting on a refund

Cheap, secure, good customer service, no hassles. Booked and paid online and got an email back quickly saying how to pick up keys and whole process was easier than I was expecting. Only advice I would give anyone is to bring some boards to make a ramp if you're going to use a trolley to carry in heavy items as there's a bit of a step up into containers.

If you're looking for basic and cheap storage - this is the way to go. The staff are super attentive and helpful despite the cheap price. It's not like other storage places with limited truck bays, air conditioning and a cafe. This place does what it says on the box, stores your stuff, for a low price.

BEWARE! The facility has a thief! Even though our storage container was padlocked some heirloom jewellery and designer items were stolen. Our guess is an “insider job”. Do a thorough stock check before leaving each time you visit your container - or move your things out to a safer facility.

Simon is the property manager of storeitcheap. He is very alert, quick, flexible and polite. He went out of his way to help me and even offered to get rid of my stuff as I was having a problem. It's value for money, and Simon is a reasonable person who will do his best to help you.

Simon is a Legend. You cant complain about his services and 24 hour reaponse. As the name says.Its cheap and unbeatable price Based on shipping containers.But its good for the the money you are paying. Same space costs double the price at other places with concrete floor access.

I needed storage quickly over the weekend, even upgraded my storage space, no fuzz, very easy to arrange, Simon gets back to you promptly.Being able to drive up to your container is time saving and so convenient, love it. Highly recommended.

Very good place to store your items in a secure and easily accessible area. The staff are very friendly and always available via the phone if you need them. Cant beat the price. Its a real shame i have moved from that area.

Very happy with this option. No frills, but great communication and our stuff was safe and easily accessed when we wanted. Would recommend.

Unsecured area. Had my items stolen. Somebody picked the lock, and had a truck and took away half of my house stuff. Be warned.
