Amo The Bridge e ho diverse borse e zaini, il mio grande sogno era comprare una loro borsa proprio a Firenze, cosa che invece non ho fatto. Sono entrata nel negozio con il mio compagno ed immediatamente la commessa ci ha guardati con un'espressione schifata che lasciava intendere un pensiero molto simile al "questi non hanno un soldo, vengono solo a curiosare, che schifo...!" Siamo stati trattati con sufficienza e con pochissimo rispetto, quasi al limite dello scherno. Alle mie domande la suddetta commessa rispondeva annoiata, senza interesse, già certa che non avrei comprato niente... E alla fine è stato così, ho scelto la borsa e l'ho comprata una volta tornata a Torino, dove invece mi hanno trattata benissimo. Invito i proprietari del negozio e/o le commesse a giudicare meno la gente da come si veste e a prestare più attenzione ai clienti, un semplice jeans e maglietta non vuol dire che io non decisa di comprare da loro, anzi! Veramente delusa

Mai più! L'azienda non è corretta con gli acquirenti. Ho ordinato la borsa in internet e dopo una settimana dall'acquisto, dato che non avevo nessuna informazione da parte dell'azienda, ho telefonato per chiedere aggiornamenti e mi è stato detto che la mia borsa era stata affidata al corriere e che quindi l'avrei ricevuta entro pochi giorni. Dopo altri 3 giorni ho ricevuto un'email (quindi dopo 10 giorni dall'acquisto)nella quale mi informavano che la borsa in realtà non c'è... un errore nella giacenza di magazzino. E dopo altri 4 giorni mi hanno restituito i soldi! Ma vi rendete conto, è passato mezzo mese! La qualità della pelle non vale niente se i proprietari della ditta non si comportano bene. Dopo ho ordinato la borsa Radley da Londra che e arrivata in 3 giorni! Imparate a lavorare bene! non siete unici al mondo, c'è tanta concorrenza, ci sono tanti altri marchi che offrono la qualità top e il servizio clienti di alto livello.

NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE!! The WORST shopping experience ever! The saleswoman is very rude, especially to foreigners and lies to customers. You will find the prices are MUCH HIGHER in this store. I bought a bag for €350 and found that the same bag was on sale on the official website at the price of € 143 ON THE SAME DAY (50% off and the original price is € 285 online).I asked the saleswoman twice if there is any discount before checking out and she lied to me saying that all products in the store are never on sale. I contacted the store to inform them the problem and ask for any compensation/refund they can make. However, the saleswoman was very rude and refused to do anything. Very awful experience!

Cercavo un portafoglio. Purtroppo qualità scadente che lascia molto a desiderare. Probabilmente merce prodotta in serie in quantità industriali con l'aggiunta del brand "The Bridge" che così ha venduto l'anima al diavolo. Possiedo due borse The bridge regalatemi anni fa e hanno davvero un'altra qualità. So quindi di cosa parlo e comunque so riconoscere un prodotto scadente da uno realizzato con passione.

Il peggior servizio di sempre. La vecchietta dai capelli lunghi mente anche se non parli italiano. Mi dispiace per i prodotti di buona qualità di questo marchio. Fai attenzione se vuoi acquistare il loro prodotto, perché forse c'è uno sconto enorme La Rinascente (il centro commerciale nelle vicinanze). Non ti danno un rimborso anche se è protetto dalla politica dell'UE.

Travelling to Florence next week and was thinking to buy some of Bridge bag since it’s my favourite leather bag…but reading all the reviews here about racism, bad service and so on made me change my mind, I hate to meet with bad service when I go shopping….

Please get rid of those two cold sales women. Entered the store planning to buy since i missed it in Bari. But with such a harsh tone and bad attitude of those two women. I say thank you...wont come again.

The owner is very rude. And she laught at me in front of my face. She is racist. 구경하려고 들어갔는데 이미있던 중국인들이랑 우리가 한국인이라면서 비웃었습니다. 우리가 영어못하는줄 알았는지 깎아줄수없다가 한국어로 뭐냐고 다른사람들한테 물어보고 비웃더라구요. 기분나빠서 바로나왔어요

very arrogant sales staff. i don't know the brand very well and hoped to get to know it better visitng the shop. talking to the staff made me want to leave as soon as possible.

Le borse di The Bridge sono favolose, ma il personale del negozio in centro a Firenze molto maleducato.... Ti fanno passare la voglia di comprare.

店內皮件種類滿多的，一開始店員的態度偏冷淡，但後來結帳時因為遇到退稅機器的問題，他就開始跟我們閒聊，就顯得親切許多 後續因為連線問題，他請我們先去逛一逛再回來取件和退稅單 整體來說，購物體驗還算不錯，我們買的價格也比官網便宜 提供給大家參考。

付錢的時候服務態度很差，收錢結帳沒謝謝就算了，商品裝到袋子後，放超遠的，要顧客自己去拿。退稅單最後一個英文字還打錯，只能算自己倒霉沒檢查到，超不用心！
