Storage was advertised as all ground floor, it wasn't. It's extremely inaccessible up many stars and a long walk. The booked storage was locked so I couldn't get into it, and I had a man and van waiting. I was told I had to use a different locker. There was no padlock, so I was unable to secure my belongings. The worst storage experience I've ever had.

DO NOT USE!!! My bicycle, unicycle and tools were stolen, but by some who had a key, the company did nothing but tell me they can’t find the person who broke in and stole my goods. They even refused to show myself entering to prove the CCTV worked and they wouldn’t even do that. Bad form.

The lights outside my container have been out for a week despite three phone calls. It took 2 hours to get access not 10 minutes as advertised. I’m only still using due to such a close location to my home. Update - 4 years later and it’s still dark.

Great storage facility with easy access. Most importantly for me was the excellent customer service. Help was available whenever we needed it.

Dirty smelly containers. Told us it was self storage but ended up not being what I needed!!

Would recommed them highly as the number 1 storage group.

Poorly lit at night, so not pleasant to use when dark
