tl;dr: Shop around for better offers, but in a pinch it'll do. Expect less space than advertised. Also remember to take the receipt, it has the code of you locker, even if you already got it online! Also also check the opening times: Despite being a completely automated operation, our storage closed during the night! The lockers are in practice smaller than advertised, because the lock is taking up extra space. Because of that we had to spontaneously find other arrangements for half our suitcases and wasted quite a bit of money, even after we measured them out beforehand. Speaking of money, this service is quite pricey in comparison to alternatives. For our extra luggage we found another online service for a fraction of the price, where we left the suitcases at a local hotel. The storage location we had was quite small and only had a single access panel. A family handling their bags in front of us held things up for like 10 minutes, so don't expect immediate access. Apart from all of that it works. You purchase online, or at the terminal, get your locker and code, and are on the way. Just with less space than you paid for and at a higher price than competitors.

Si puó affittare un solo armadietto in cui mettere più valigie a seconda della grandezza e viene inviato per mail il codice di sblocco, quindi nessuna chiave da portarsi appresso o di cui doversi preoccupare! Si puó pagare con la carta, bisogna pagare in anticipo e se si ritira in anticipo non viene restituita la differenza. È possibile sbloccarlo momentaneamente per infilare qualcosa e poi richiuderlo, senza costi aggiuntivi. Unica regola richiudere sempre gli armadietti al fine dell'utilizzo o si pagherà una penale. Non so se fosse solo oggi, ma provando a prenotare dal sito ci dava tutto occupato, invece abbiamo tentato andando sul posto e c'era ancora spazio libero

This luggage locker was really easy to use, and convenient . Since it was close to Santa Lucia station the lockers were all booked the morning of my arrival, so make sure to book in advance to not have any last minute issues. The small location was cleaned during the day (someone left some rubbish on the floor and at the time of collection it was gone). I gave 4 out of 5 stars because the alleyway was a bit too secluded and it could be scary in the evening. It also took some time to close the locker door. So if you’re in a rush or don’t know how it works you may leave the door accidentally opened. Overall I had a good experience at half the price of the luggage storage inside the station.

Excellent . After our flights we spent a day in Venice before moving on to our main location and was such a great experience to be able to store our trolleys safely for the day . We had 3 lockers for 7 of us with plenty of space . All codes worked straight away on opening and having made a mistake on the 3rd locker of closing it before all luggage was out on collection just pressed the remote button to the call centre and informed them of the code and details and they opened it remotely within a few minutes . Would definitely use them again

Excellent and easy process! We booked about 4 months in advance for our trip to Venice. I am glad we did because once we arrived all of the lockers were full and people were waiting in hopes a locker would come available. It was in an easy location right near the Venice train station. The electronic locking process made me feel safe leaving my bags there for the day. It was an easy trustworthy process that I will be using again in the future. I would 110% recommend for your luggage storage needs.

Leaving your bags in a random place is never easy, especially if you don’t know the company but Stow your bags was a very easy, reassuring service. They have large lockers which you can book online, their facility in Venice isn’t too far from the station, but is down a very quiet, dark alley next to the post office which is fine during the day, but be careful at night as the facility is unmanned. It’s a very easy service and I fully recommend!

Io avevo prenotato online, tutto perfettamente organizzato: una volta arrivati, basta digitare il pin che viene inviato al momento della prenotazione ed il gioco è fatto! Consigliatissimo. Se si ha la possibilità, meglio prenotarlo in anticipo per non rischiare di non trovare posto.

Easy to find (just follow their instructions!), very convenient to use, no queue, worth booking in advance - we booked the day before and it was full when 2 people turned up without a booking on the day. Standard locker fitted two cabin bags and 2 small back packs. Would definitely recommend, it's the first time we've used baggage storage and it saved so much hassle lugging bags around Venice!

Great price, great storage facility - a little hard to find as it's down the road a bit from the train station. More information or a tip that its near the post office would have been great. We wasted 30 minutes of the 2.5 hours we had trying to find it. Edited: We did not have a data package on our phone so could not call or use maps to locate. Eventually we had to turn on our data to find.

I’m glad I reserved my luggage spaces online the night before! People had to walk out bc they didn’t have available lockers. The lockers were smaller than I thought but we were able to squish everything in. It’s nice that you can open your locker without ending the rental. We had to go back to get some stuff. Unfortunately there were no lockers available when I arrived. It is a small storage place so I recommend getting there early if you want to use this location. It was very clean and modern. It also looked very secure and had a self service way of working. There isn't an employee on site but this seems fine as it's very self explanatory and has easy to understand signs.

The system was really easy to use, especially when booking in advance. We booked a big locker more than 2 weeks before the arrival, yet our locker was about 1.6 meters above the ground. It is really hard to put a 23kg luggage inside of it, which made the overall experience unpleasant. Also metal parts around the door damages the luggage itself, if it narrowly fits in.

As promised, the locker was available and big enough for three carry ons and three small backpacks. As for the line, when we first arrived, we found a group of four or five girls on site who took their sweet time choosing the locker and paying for it right there, so such situations could be a snag if you're in a hurry or cutting it close to the pick-up time.

It was really easy to use, but finding it was a little hard- It’s a small little alley and you have to walk all the way at the end. Also, we did a reservation ahead of time and I’m happy we did because there were no more large lockers available. Other people were frustrated when they got there with their big luggage and there were no big lockers available.

We used the lockers near Venice Train Station (2-3 min walk) since we had a few hours between check out and our train departing. The system works really well but you definitely have to book as far in advance as possible to get the times you want. Mini locker fits hand luggage and maxi locker fits one big suitcase, we had 2 x Maxi lockers for 3 hrs €20.

With a full day in Venice between sleeper trains we needed somewhere to store our bags for 12+ hrs, and this option suited us almost perfectly. Absolutely hassle free with clear instructions and no hidden surprises it helped us enjoy our day to the full. It would have helped us if it opened earlier in the day, but this is a minor issue overall.

Really safe place to keep your luggage in Venice. The service also provides 24/7 surveillance on the place, there are cameras outside to monitor any suspicious activity, and the things would be insured. It is located to a post office in a really narrow alley in one of the main streets of Venice not far away from St.Lucia train station.

Reservation process was good and necessary since it’s almost impossible to find an empty locker when you go there. The size offered is smaller than what they advertise. I reserved the big locker, usefull to keep 4 in cabin luggage’s plus something else. Space was enough only for 2 of them, there was not enough space for the third.

The locker was easy to use and easy to find. The location and the sizes were exactly as described in the website. One small locker was enough for two cabin bags and two small backpacks. It felt very safe too. It's not the closest locker to the train station, but for those with few bags it's the best price in the region.

Al momento del deposito dei bagagli, la porta era già aperta, rendendo impossibile visualizzare gli orari posti all'esterno. Posto comodissimo e super economico per lasciare i propri bagagli. Si trova in un piccolo e stretto calle a 2/3 minuti dalla stazione S. Lucia di Venezia: per trovare il calle basta seguire le indicazioni per le Poste Italiane. L'unica pecca è la maleducazione di alcune persone che lasciano rifiuti all'interno.

Easy to use and pay for. No need to pre book. We were able to rock up and drop off our bags for four hours. When we went to collect our bags we entered the pin and it opened the wrong locker (which was empty) we pressed the need help button and we were immediately assisted and the correct locker was opened.

The entire process was easy. It allowed us to stow our luggage for a day in Venice and pick up our bags at our convenience. We saved a lot of money with Stow Your Bags rather than stowing them at the train station and it felt more secure because we were the only ones handling our baggage. Highly recommend.

It took us litteraly 5 minutes to enter the code and store our luggages. Same to get them back. Overall it was practical, efficient and painless.

It's really useful to leave your bags, safe, easy to book and pick up the things. It costs 10e for 3 hours, no matter how many luggage. There are two types of boxes where you can put your things (in presence) and decide which one fits to you before you leave and lock the box. All recommendations!

We didn’t book in advance and ended up with the maxi locker which was fine. It fit our two carry ones as well as 1 backpack. Definitely could fit way more! The only thing is that they send you an sms code for the locker, so if you don’t have a phone then it would be a challenge.

good value for money. do note this is a pub/bar, so we had a difficult time looking for it. they are just using their store room for storage of luggages. but they offer a much cheaper option than nearby options, since they also offer insurance coverage (based on their website).

My family had 8 hours in Venice and storing our luggage allowed us the freedom to walk and explore the city. The lockers are user friendly to operate. The location is a little tricky to find as it is in a small alley. Signage would be helpful. Overall though I would use again.

Great spot to stow your things while walking around town, very close to the train station too. Fit two very overstuffed 40L backpacks in one standard size locker with a little room to spare. Definitely prebook lockers at least a day in advance as they fill up quickly.

Convenient location but lockers are not as big as advertised. When they say 2 or 4 on their drawings/pictures, those are carry-ons. You will not be able to fit a check-in luggage into smaller locker and will only fit one into large locker. Plan accordingly

It was a little hard to find, but look for the small Postal sign on the main street. Then it is down a dark narrow alley where you can see the bright yellow post office at the end of the alley. If you want to store some luggage it is worth trying to find.

Extremely convenient and very spacious. Small cabin you can fit two backpacks and two hand luggage cases. It felt secure. Only downside is that it’s only opened from 7am-11pm, so if you need your stuff outside those hours you can’t access it.

The Stow Your Bags place was easy to find. The instructions I had been emailed were clear. We had no problems and could spend our last day in Venice case free before catching the airport bus from the nearby bus station.
