Good option to stow your stuff at Florence. I used the Right exit one. Fast walk from the train station (even with 4 kids). Originally rented 4 middle size lockers (for 2 carry on suitcases each) but ended up renting the day prior a large one. To consider: - standard hard plastic carry ons without being "extended" to carry more insides (the feature of a zipper adding a couple of inches depth) fit perfectly, 2 per middle locker. There was no visible gap between both suitcases, but didn't struggle to get them in. - If using this expandable feature, only in one of the 2 suitcases, they may or may not fit, depending on how much that extended bag would "collapse". - We had a couple of regular fabric suitcases that tend to be bulkier and have some small compartments in the front, definitely they didnt fit 2 in a middle locker, even if using one fabric one plastic suitcase. - Middle lockers are deep enough to store the 2 middle plastic suitcases AND 2 regular school/laptop backpacks, which was a nice surprise. Bagpacks were 3/4 full. - Place is indeed small and really hot (June 26th). - Ended up renting the large 4 suitcase locker last minute because I had forgotten about the bagpacks, and they were 8. There wasn't middle lockers left. - Didn't try to fit 4 suitcases in the large locker, too hot to make the test. Visually, it didn't feel like 4 suitcases would fit, or 3 for that matter, even with all hard plastic suitcases without extension. When I made the reservation I measured my plastic suitcases and felt like the 4 locker was like with no room to spare, which the middle locker does have (and thus decided to go safe vs having a bad experience). - When opening the locker it said a code to retrieve the stuff would be send to email/message. Never got it. Used the same that were sent initially and worked perfectly. - Place closes early, I believe 9pm,. beware of that, it isn't 24 hours! (opens I believe 7am)

Scam - Overt threat of a large penalty IF you exceed the two hour limit. So, using this service, per the posted signage and rules turns this into a very limited storage with the travel time to and from the lockers being filled with worry about exceeding the time limit. Definitely would choose the human-staffed storage right down the corner from this place. Just not worth it, unless you can pop back every two hours. To be clear - the two hour reservation was for walk-up service - so, if you decide last minute to store, this is a total scam. It appears via the online app, you can reserve longer blocks of time. Furthermore, the walk-up price is DOUBLE of what the online app is quoting. In response to owner - No, this is exactly the place we rented. And yes, there was only one choice for us - two hours. And the nice big penalty (implied), if one were to go over. Why would I write this IF it weren't true, posted, and clear? We were charged 7.9 euro for two hours - so the posted rates of what we paid are different than the web site. We were only allowed to choose two hours. No other options. That is why we had the ticking clock. If we were given the option to choose more, we would have. This was clearly marked in several locations during the checkout and on the email/text: WHAT IF I AM LATE? In the event of you coming back when your reservation is already expired but within shop opening hours, you will be requested to pay a penalty fee in order to collect your luggage.

Absolutely not worth the headache. This company advertises if you run over your booked time they will charge a 50% penalty which we were completely okay with paying. We received a call about an hour into the penalty charge stating we were wrong to go over the time and we were incorrect despite the email confirmation and machine at check in saying we could go over our time for a fee. This company double booked the locker and advised that our luggage would be at risk if we did not arrive soon. We had to cancel our plans and pay for a taxi to take us across the city to pick up our luggage 2 hours earlier than planned. The proximity of the train station and ease of booking on the website makes this company attractive, but then you find yourself in a horrible situation when they double book. I recommend to avoid this company and book elsewhere.

Ci siamo recati in questo deposito bagagli alle 7 del mattino, e l’odore all’interno non era molto gradevole, tuttavia non ci abbiamo dato troppo peso. Abbiamo prenotato l’armadietto, e nel momento in cui abbiamo effettuato il pagamento e la cabina si è aperta, probabilmente per il rumore, è uscita da sotto le cabine una blatta enorme, che camminava impazzita per tutta la stanza. Non ce la siamo sentita di lasciare il bagaglio li, nonostante avessimo già pagato. Capisco che essendo a livello strada e sempre aperto, questi episodi possano verificarsi.

Thought this was great idea as we were in between places and had tours scheduled. It was harder to find than described. Outside of train station and down a quiet street. Disappointed in locker size. Not as large as they show in pictures. We booked 2 lockers for 4 people, thinking that was enough space. Make sure you measure and not use pictures to compare.We had to get third locker with another company because they were full. Definitely book ahead. Otherwise lockers were clean and easy to use with their codes and directions on on how to use.

So easy to use and really well located – just a couple minutes' walk from the train station. One standard locker was big enough to comfortably fit my wheelie cabin suitcase as well as my under-seat cabin bag. There was definitely room to spare for a jacket or small handbag too, had I needed it. Great value for money as it allowed me to relax on my last day in Florence without worrying about dragging my luggage around with me. I would absolutely use this again and would recommend to anyone travelling in Florence.

The interface on the automated access terminal is very intuitive and the large-size lockers are big enough for two large suitcases. The location near SMN station is easy to find and requires crossing the busy streets and train tracks several times but its a short walk nonetheless. Just remember to exit the west side of the station (go right as you leave the train platforms, on the lower level). If you exit the upper /train level, its a long walk down to street level.

Very easy to find and conveniently close to the main station. Very easy to use -- has multiple language options and gives you the retrieval code on a printed receipt and via email. We used a large locker for two expanded carryon luggage and one messenger bag with room to spare! We didn't book ahead, but October is 'slow season' and it was drizzling outside, so there were a lot fewer tourists out and about than usual.

Lockers were easy to reserve online and they were easy to use them on-site. Review the locker sizes online to make sure to reserve the correct size. 2 of us each rented a seperate locker to fit our checked luggage as well as our backpacks. Give yourself some extra time to retrieve your bags in case there are many people picking up and dropping off bags. The lobby only fits 2 or 3 people at a time. Great pricing.

Worked perfectly. I had a reservation, and everything went smoothly. I was especially glad that I didn't have to wait in line for the bag check in the station (the line there was very long, and there was no line at Stow Your Bags). The location was a bit farther from the train station than I had assumed with the "right side exit" description, but other than that there were no problems at all.

Stow your luggage was very easy to use. The 2 stars are because we checked the dimensions of the lockers in advance and they were different online vs. in-person. We ended up paying double to store our luggage because the dimensions were incorrect, and I had measured them appropriately in advance of our trip. Stow your luggage needs better communication!

Worked very well. I booked a locker online. The lockers were very conveniently located and big enough for two medium sized suitcases and a back pack. The only thing that was slightly confusing was a message on the terminal when unlocking locker that a code would be sent within 10 minutes for unlocking, while all that was needed was the original code.

Sooo easy, quick to find and store our luggage. Be sure to be very careful and measure exactly what you space you need, there won’t be any wiggle room, so as long as you’re prepared you’ll be good! Very good service. Just be careful when locking your luggage because you might not be able to retrieve anything you have forgotten after a few minutes that you close the door of your locker. Always book in advance and ask any questions you might have. I had no issues and the locker worked as expected.

Convenient luggage storage close to the strain station. It's a small entrance on a side street. Just book online and enter a code when you get there. Small locker fitted my carry-on and regular backpack, and possibly could fit 2 smaller carry-ons.
