I wanted to celebrate my birthday with my nieces. Before I booked for the 7 of us I wanted to first try it out. I went 9am. I booked the platinum package. They started out good, but after the Morocco bath they started on my pedi, I was left for 20 minutes at a time. Whenever the lady started she got called to do something else. It took them an hour to do my pedi mind you I had to wait for another lady to do the painting. Which it never got done. After spending 3:46 hours on 2/6 package I asked to leave because another group came and I was abandoned. I was charged for the whole package, and I was told next time to give that package 9 plus hours. So glad we didn’t go as a family. I’m sure we would scream from the lack of professionalism.
