The doctors I have met here have been incredible, thorough, and very helpful. One drawback for the professional staff is that their schedules are always booked out 1-3 months (not sure if they’re just busy or have terrible outpatient office availability or both). It’s a nightmare trying to get in for follow ups because of this. Schedule ASAP! The front desk staff is where I run into most of the issues. First off, this is the most difficult doctors office to get ahold of. They hardly answer the phones in a timely manner or return your messages when the automated woman says “press 1 to leave a message.” Be prepared to sit with the automated woman for 30+ mins each time you call. Second, they won’t call you back like they say they will. There have been MULTIPLE times I found myself waiting on an important response for 3, 4, 5+ weekdays, and when I called back to get an update they answer it on the spot (meaning they’ve likely been sitting on the info). This also goes for scheduling follow ups. They’ll tell you that they will call you to schedule and the call will NOT come. Take matters into your own hands to avoid frustration and delayed appointments!! Each time I’ve been in the office, the women at the front appear to be almost angry and annoyed when you check in for your appointment and have to ask questions. Overall, I would recommend these doctors, but I would warn you of the terrible customer service at the front desk. If you need anything from this office (info, appts, etc.), pester them until they help you and keep following up!

My mom was admitted for a CVA 11/2/2023, the staff in the neuro ICU was wonderful! Thank you Mai Mai, Carla and also the gentleman in maroon scrubs (young guy/fit/super up-beat). Also thank you to the 9th flood staff including Dakota, Pamella, J’Nai and the team members on the meal team. Thank you for taking such good care of my mom!

The cna and nurses steal. My husband was in critical condition and they stole his phone and my clothing. Reported the cna but she didn’t get in trouble. Not a good experience in this hospital at all just a money pit. St Vincent’s is better they’re all about patient.

Very professsional staff with an extremely short wait time. Doctor Bay was very thorough at explaining his findings and recommendations. Would definitely use them again.
