I went in after work on 11/09 about 5.15 to ask a question about a form I had for discounted travel and to have it completed at the post office counter and was met with hostility from the post master behind counter. I stood in queue for 10 minutes as there was someone being served to be shouted at whilst other customer was still there asking what i wanted. I responded by saying I want to ask a question with the possibility of a form being filled out for me. What form he asked with a ting of irritation. I responded by saying I would rather he didn’t shout or raise his voice whilst another customer was present in which he then placed the closed sign! He spoke to me in such a rude way I was actually quite surprised. I said I will wait until he finished with other customer and he threw his hand up and began to mumble and ignored me and pointed to closed sign. I told him I was in queue already. Long and short he told me he wasn’t going to serve me because post office close at 5.30. I left feeling extremely upset and returned to ask for his name which he refused to give me. I unfortunately would not return to this establishment again.

If only there was a zero rating! This place tries to con you, sending a return for free? You are asked to pay for insurance. Sending a parcel you paid for on the Royal Mail website? You are told they don't send post from Royal Mail. Then asked to pay again for postage!!!! Funnily enough via Royal Mail. An absolute disgrace to the name of The Post Office. The most arrogant and rude person I have ever met as well, told me if I left my paid for and scanned mail there he was putting it in the bin! This is not even the first time I have had to go there during my lunch break. DISGUSTING SERVICE DO NOT GO THERE!! The Post Office needs to launch an investigation into this branch and their underhand activities immediately.

Chaotic, unprofessional and crooked. Went to return a parcel which required proof of sending and the man behind the till wanted to charge £12 for this service. Thinking this was off, I left the post office to do my own research and found out this was a free service offered by the post office. The man was therefore intentionally trying to scam us. After queue up again to show the Royal Mail website offering this service, we were told they won't offer it and we should just do it online. Obviously they just wanted your money but don't want to do the work. Will raise this complaint with Ofcom and Royal Mail central office.

Went to pay for a 50p ribena searching through my notes in purse to find small change. Gave him a £2 coin the guy had the check to spend 5minutes checking to see if it's real told him to give my money back and keep the drink what be using this shop again after I've been coming here for 10yrs and have children like why on earth would I have time to be trying to use fake money just disrespectful and rude. Never experienced such embarrassment ever. I did spend £30 with the market stall man outside bought 2 sets of bed sheets which are fantastic and his a good person with some good lil bits for sale

No idea about customer service. I walked in today, waited online for approximately 15 minutes, however, I was the first in line. The lady behind the counter was on the phone, she didn't even acknowledge me. So I went back to the front counter, who actually advised me to stand in line as they couldn't help me, and they then informed me their system is down. Why he couldn't tell me that when I first walked in is beyond me. Not one shred of common sense. The customer service in this place is very hit and miss. Not happy with them at all.

i had to return a package that i bought from amazon and this post office was the nearest drop that amazon had on their system, their opening hours are false. i went there twice 1 time at half5 and i've been told the person who does that he isn't there! and the second time i went there at half4 and got told the same story, the ppl who run it are joke not professional staff ,the post office closes much earlier! no way 9 to 6;30 i had to complain to amazon

There is a young Indian man aged about 20 working here who is the rudest person I have come across in a while. He seems to view customers as an irritant, an inconvenience to his day. I saw him talking today to a woman with basic English and he spoke to her in such a condescending way, like he was dealing with a child. He needs customer service training asap.

The worst overpriced services, I went to the post office to print some copies from my email in total 13 copies and I was charged for each page in black and white , 0.75 each a total of 9.75 to print some papers. This this the most ridiculous service I ever saw if I was a student and I wanted to print a book it will be better to buy the book . RIDICULOUS!

This is the worst post office ever they overcharge for everything make sure you know your postal charges coz they will overcharge you, it's ridiculous and the guy behind the till always tries to short change you so watch out, they are scammers especially with the overpriced charge on posting parcels sad very sad they need to be reported.

Guy told me I cannot pick up my parcel on a Saturday despite opening hours show differently. He saw my frustration especially after I mentioned I reveived an email on a Satirday that my parcel was there. He still have me the biggest smile that he just came back from a month holiday - just taking the piss out of people

I’ve only had great service here. Even during the insanity that is the 2020 tier 3/4 holidays, the staff has always been patient and kind and helped everyone make sure their packages are good to go. Today one of the staff helped me get my overweight package to the states through some creative means. Thank you guys!

Not a posh shop, but they stay open later than the other post offices in this part of London. The postal services are in the rear of the shop. Tonight after 6PM when the postal section appeared to be unstaffed/closed, the man at the front till was able to take care of my postage transaction.

The post offices in Finsbury park are absolutely atrocious! I ordered a parcel from amazon to collect, and the staff threatened that they was considering not accepting the box because it was slightly big!! The person had no idea that this was a wedding gift. I will be making a complaint.

Dreadful staff, always trying to push first class, insurance, other extras on your postage and so rude and unhelpful especially good at bamboozling older confused customers. They're obviously on commission. Would rather walk to Hornsey Rd PO where the staff are great.

I asked for untracked and was charged extra for tracking. There shouldn’t have been any confusion and I’m unsure if this was purposeful, but I feel it was. I’ll nowmake sure I go to the other post office in Stroud Green area instead.

Today I went there to post a small parcel; it was 15:50 waiting outside for two customer inside to come out (given the social distancing rule); the guy came to the door 15:55 and said we are closed! So rude and unkind.

I Just went in asking to print a label for the return of a parcel and I was told they didn't have a printer and to go to a print shop, the lady at the desk was also very rude, worst service ever. I'm shocked.

They’re always so helpful and friendly here. It does get busy at times but that’s due to it being the only post office in the area. Very thankful we’ve got this post office here serving Stroud Green.

Very friendly staff! If you are posting just one item they usually offer to serve you by the till rather than wait for the main post window. Small place with minimum waiting times!

Post office not open when it says it is. Went there yesterday (29/7/23) at 6pm to collect a parcel. Whole shop was shut. They need to update their opening times

I have been using this post office for nearly 3 years and I never had any issues. Always polite. It is busy at time. But staff is polite and helpful.

Says it closes at 6.30pm. Hot there at 6.24pm, they are not ready to serve customers any longer saying "the system is no longer working"
