Ottimo locale per la colazione, molto personale nei piatti e nell'arredamento. Si tratta di un ristorante dove gli ospiti dell'hotel Best Western fanno la colazione, garanzia di qualità. Ma in realtà é un locale a se stante dove accedere dal piano stradale. Il ristorante é molto ampio, arredato con originalità, adatto sia a una colazione veloce, sia a un brunch piú lungo e nutrito. Il menù prevede dei piatti del giorno a base di bacon, uova e waffel preparati con amore. Testato a colazione in due, abbiamo optato per un waffel e una colazione salata: tempi di attesa minimi e piatti succulenti. Dispone di WiFi gratuito e il personale di servizio é molto rapido e veloce. Il cibo é buono, fresco e preparato sul momento. Prezzi nella media dei ristoranti di colazione della zona. Vivamente consigliato anche per un rapido servizio take away.

Walked in about 1:30pm on a Monday afternoon. Place was empty. Was initially very taken by their decor and style... however noone served us!! We waited around (not quietly, I might add... my son was playing with toys in a window display, and I was walking around in heels on the wooden floor), another two potential customers walked in after us. One walked out pretty quickly, the other hanging round the counter with me. There was a wooden box with a big red button and a sign that said to press for barista service. It did NOTHING... it felt like a child's toy when you pushed it, that was meant to squeak or something - but didn't. There was a male staff member clanging around in the kitchen out the back who I'm 100% sure saw and heard us. After 15 minutes of failing to get someone's attention, we left.

A big shout to the staff, especially the manager Arun & Vandana . They are superb friendly, provide great service and very attentive. They don't scowl when we want to share the big breakfast as their food portion is too large for us (Asian). They served with professionalism and a great smile, which made me feel at home despite being away from home. Today is our second visit back here to have our brunch. Please also convey our thanks to the behind the scene chef for whipping up the splendid food. And we will miss you, guys as we will be traveling home tmr. Hope to see you soon in near future. Walked in for breakfast just after 7am. Yup, 7am! They open early and we’re glad they did. We were staying at the Pensione Hotel (the hotel which Olivier’s is attached) so Oliviers was a natural choice. The menu is not huge, but there is enough variety on there to suit everyone’s needs. The coffees were good and in decent size. The food was served quickly and so were the coffees. The service was friendly and quick. We also asked for a high chair for our daughter, which the staff promptly brought over. They also gave the chair a clean and wipe before they gave it to us which was great. Overall, a good experience. Would dine here again. For Pensione Hotel guests, the cafe also does deliver orders to the rooms.

Wanted to sit at the table, but was pushed to sit at the uncomfortable chair at the window desk, as I was alone. Then was trying to get waiter's attention for 10 min. 40 min later, I asked how was my order, as they did not even bring me my coffee. The waitress went to the kitchen and I heard the shouts of the cooks. Then she came out and said it will take 5 more minutes. I had to leave, as I was late for the airport. 55 min - just wasted, mood spoiled and I had to leave without breakfast. Do not recommend this place.

I stopped by this morning. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. But the best part was the service. They brought me water without asking them, and they were thorough with my money. I would like to visit again.

Staff wasn't very friendly throughout the whole time we were there. The smashed avocado was waaaay too sour and it took until after closing time before we finally got our food (we literally came in 45 minutes prior and it wasn't overly crowded, so there didn't seem to be a good reason for the long wait). Won't recommend, definitely won't return!

Had some drinks and pizza before our flight, the owner/manager was amazing and the food was delicious!! Highly recommended this establishment . We will definitely be back.

The food was the best I’ve had in Melbourne. It was fresh and delicious (I had the bolognese) and the service was top notch! I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Great and varied breakfast/brunch/maybe lunch menu plus great staff, who have no problems providing gluten-free bread or soy milk in any of the items. My rhetorical question: could there be a better breakfast spot within the square mile?

Friendly staff, great tea (didn't try their coffees, but hey it's Melbourne - it's probably going to be good) and their window bench had powerpoints so I could charge my laptop while working. Perfect spot for remote work.

New refresh look, great food, chill vibes . Nice location next to southern cross station.

After ordering our food and coffee's, we waited nearly an hour and received nothing, when we got the attention of the waitress (the same waitress who took our order), she asked us if we would like to see the menu...

Great place for breaky, we were attending the convention Centre and came here everyday. Fantastic cooked and continental breakfasts. Excellent value, very convenient, great service. Back ground music was peaceful.

Excellent choice - Great eggs benny at a reasonable price. Staff are very friendly. Good antidote for jetlag after a 14 hour flight from Santiago. Love the Jurassic centrepiece display . Good seating options,

This was a great little cafe. Excellent service. I had the Eggs Benedict and it was "to die for". Delicious. I didn't try the coffee, but the tea was T2 for those tea fanatics out there. Lovely quirky place!

Nice place for breakfast. Staff is super lovely and accommodating. I ordered the mushroom dish wich was nice, although a bit too heavy for me (that's not the cafe's fault).

Not excited. Had the mushroom feast and was watery, bread was soggy - not a fan. Staff did tell us it was a +30 min wait, but was still a long time to wait.

The food is priced well and tasted amazing. Along with this the service was was quick and easy. Highly recommended for a nice well made breakfast. More

Wait for 40 mins but have nothing serve. Not that busy but no one come to serve. No idea at all. The worst experience in Melbourne's cafe.

Unfriendly staff, and it took way too long before we got our food: up to 45 minutes waiting time. The food was OK, but not more than that.
