Difficult ordering anything from Spain but this was so easy with an immediate email to confirm the order As it happened my niece was actually home but so lovely to experience such fabulous customer service. Extremely pleased with the bouquet that I bought. Walked in, asked if I could get a bouquet for an elderly relative’s birthday, the lady was very obliging. I chose the flowers I wanted & she put together a beautiful bouquet in about 20 minutes or so. My relative was delighted with the flowers. Good customer service…the lady was very friendly & chatty whilst she was creating my bouquet…would definitely use this florist again & I can highly recommend.

Stunning flower arrangement and precisely as I had requested. I placed my order from Canada using their website so I was taking a chance that my instructions would be followed and that the quality of flowers matched up with the pictures. Studio did the flowers for my Mums Funeral. They were absolutely beautiful, and everyone commented as such, and on what a fantastic job they did. The attention to detail was stunning. Being in Australia we had to rely on them, and they certainly went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend.

Highly adaptable to changing circumstances. I couldn't get away from other priorities to collect in-store, so I called to rearrange delivery which they were completely fine to do so. My order arrived the same day as I called them. Great customer service!

Purchased 18 Red Roses for my Fathers funeral. Paid premium price of £54. When collecting on a tight deadline the roses were old. Gave me some story that the withered petals were growing leaves. Please avoid.
