Oh where to start! I have been a patron of this establishment since 2004. One of my earrings fell into my bathroom sink drain so I thought it would be best to get both earrings cleaned. I was told it would be $15 to clean my earrings. I had no problem with that. These are what my earrings looked like AFTER they were cleaned. I was told I needed a polish as well to remove whatever else was still visible. Why would I agree to a polish after the lack of cleaning? I couldn’t believe an employee told me my earrings needed to be polished as well after I was able to VISIBLY pick dirt out from the back of my earrings with my fingernail AFTER the cleaning that took place. Polishing and cleaning are two entirely different things. Why would I polish something that looks like this after the fact? The dirt literally fell on the glass display case yet I was told a polish was needed afterwards. The circled areas are locations of dirt buildup which clearly are still visible after the cleaning I paid for. I could understand if a cleaning AND polish were recommended after careful observation of my earrings upon entry to the establishment but that was not the case. Polishing to remove scratches should not be suggested if a cleaning is what is asked of an establishment. The mention of rhodium coating should not be suggested if visible dirt is still shown on the very surface of an item and visible dirt was removed with a fingernail AFTER a cleaning has been performed. Also, I do not remember the cleaning of any of my jewelry in the past being completed in under two minutes so that just added insult to injury. At the end of the day, it’s not about the price because I would have gladly paid for a polish and cleaning if it was suggested beforehand. It is about the blatant lie I was told after paying for a service. If you can lie to me about a cleaning service, then I can only imagine what to expect for future purchases. Honestly I will never return.

My experience with Studio Jewelers at the Bronx location has been excellent. The sales personnel staff are very professional in their field of Jewelry, are very attentive to your preferences,needs,wants,taste,etc,etc...their customer service is superb! This Jewrlry store is very immaculate. The services includes everything from cleaning,repairing, any type of additions or subtraction to your jewelry of any kind is done on the premises. I really like this place. It is my go to place for jewelry and Lastly the prices are very reasonable and flexible. Lastly and sadly my credit granted from this business was $7,500. I made enough jewelry purchases and closely exhausted my entire available credit. My plan was to pay down my entire credit debt with iddeal Jewelry and I did. Just when I was close to paying my entire credit debt,they closed my account. Don't know why because I was such a good customer.

I want to start by saying that I never give reviews and for me to give one means that this jewelry store is by far the best jewelry ive ever been to. Last week i went to the jewelry store because my son's chain kept breaking and i really wanted to keep the chain that he had because it meant so much more than just a chain. He had his chain since 6months old and he is now 5years old. Millie and Ralph knew how hard I worked to maintain my son's valuables and so they took good care of me and made sure that not only i get a good chain for my son but the same type of style but much more durable than the last chain. I've acknowledged that and cant thank them enough. They deserve all the credit from me. I recommend them 1000% if you like to be taken care of please go to them.

My husband and I saw the great reviews for this location and we now understand why. Our first visit was to size down my engagement and wedding ring, which not many other jewelers wanted to do due to the extreme difference from an 8.5 to 6.5. Ralph assured us that they were up for the task and would make sure no diamonds fell out. The job was seamless and beautifully done! I couldn't imagine anything better. Our second visit came a week before our wedding when I decided to do some heavy lifting and crushed my engagement ring with three diamonds falling out. We rushed to Studio Jewelers and Ralph saved me again and had it fixed the same day! We are forever grateful to you Ralph for your help. Amazing work done here.

I want to give an awesome review with Studio Jewelers. In July, I searched online for a jewelry store that can custom make a piece for my wife. I saw Studio Jewelers and decided to give it a try. My piece that was made was exactly what I expected, the price was perfect and my wife was extremely satisfied. My salesperson was awesome and his colleague Vedo was also great! So much that I decided to bring a custom made medallion I've had over 18 years for repair and purchase something myself and did. In total I spent a nice chunk but didn't feel cheated or hustled at all. I am still going back for 1 more item soon that will be my bday gift to me. Hi had this name chain since I was 16, I’m 31 now . It wasn’t cleaned in years ! The chain popped and plate started to separate. So I had to bring it in. When I received my necklace I started to cry. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Came in for a battery replacement for my watch. The gentleman didn’t say much and didn’t update the time on my watch for me. I spent 20 mins in the store doing it myself. Not worth the exorbitant price of $20. Definitely not ever coming back here for anything else and will take my business elsewhere.
