Went to view a car on Sunday, seen it on the website, BMW 3 series in red, booked appointment with sales person for a certain time, and sales person confirmed that time was allotted for me, when I got there informed the receptionist I had an appointment with sales person, was informed sales person was busy with another customer, but was then left to get drink, nice drinks, after 30 minutes was told another sales person would deal with me, but never did, went outside to see car I was viewing and was disappointed in what I saw, car looked nothing like it does on website, when looking around it, it had lots of stone chips and scratches all over, and after being there nearly an hour still no sales person came to see me, walked in to reception and told receptionist car was not for me and left disappointed.

Recently bought a used vehicle from Sturgess. Was given excellent service throughout from James right from my first enquiry to completing the sale in person. I especially appreciated the time and care taken to answer all my questions thoroughly and accurately. Would recommend anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle to check out Sturgess! Update: after needing to make a small warranty claim on the vehicle, James & Sturgess could not have done more to make sure that everything got sorted without leaving me out of pocket. Truly some of the best customer service I’ve ever received - thoroughly impressed. You really can buy with peace of mind!

I purchased a car from another garage, and what a mistake that was! I have a fiat so naturally decided to attend sturgess fiat for the service and parts department. A lovely lady called Tracy has dealt with me ever since, she kept me updated on all my appointments and even when my car was in the garage I was regularly updated. I couldn't recommend Tracy and the service department enough! Basically, I'm never using another garage!

Very disappointed to discover that in order to stop receiving marketing texts from Sturgess, the number they ask you to text STOP to is a premium rate text number and you get charged for sending the text. They do not warn you of this in the marketing text. Pretty disgraceful behaviour. Makes you wonder what are the tactics they used to try to gain income.

I bought a Jeep from Sturgess today and the whole experience was the best I have ever had. From booking to come to view the car to buying was a joy. The staff are courteous and super friendly, but very knowledgable. There is no hard sell and the cars are very competitive and in excellent condition. Many thanks in particular to Tariq and Sam.

After a couple of bad experiences at other car dealers, Carl and the team at Sturgess made replacing my car painless and an enjoyable experience. Only one star as travelled long way by bus for a part they took order even had the piece in his hand to verify. Second day on 4 busses to get there they ordered the wrong piece and stuff be a month or so for my piece I was after. Apart from that 5 star place friendly people nice new cars and that band l brand new car snell.
