Returned a cold sloppy bread not fully baked Pizziola and was greeted like a con man! No apology for my wasted time driving back & looks of disapproval. One bad visit- normally good service. I think perhaps new ownership of franchise?

Outrageous! Italian BMT, ft long, plus super substack! In Harold Hill at Esso cost £7.99, in Chelmsford at Esso cost £7.19 and in Romford cost at subway takeaway cost £3.50. What is going on with this rip-off!

Since the new guy took over the good staff all left, hardly have anyone in during busy period. Currently standing here with 1 newby staff member a que of 6 people and he crewed up some of the orders...

My order from just eat was freezing Nothing tasted fresh The cookie was stale an old had to throw away half my order!!! The hash browns were soggy Same with the melted cheese balls! Yuk!!

Ordered 3 times over the last 6 months, how can someone get the order wrong every single time? Missing at least 3 ingredients, no sauce. Wouldn’t ever recommend to order from here.

Order #7eb21 from Uber eats Ordered 9 hash browns, got 6, ordered cheese on my wrap and got none. Order took an hour to get to me Delivery driver was great though

Third time I've ordered through Uber and the footlongs always arrived stone ice cold, it is so hard to microwave it for a minute? Won't order ever again.

Shocking service! Exstreamly rude staff. The bread was rock solid, almost as if they were using yesterdays bread! We will never use them again.

Fair and quick service, tucked away in the back of the garage. Had no problems so far in my visits
